Finished the last week of flushing WOO! and its harvest time! I put them in 48 hours of darkness on Wednesday ready to crop for saturday, I will do a proper harvest report next week when I have them ready to go into curing jars along with some pictures and a full report, but I will add this some of the smells I was getting whilst trimming where unreal smells like pine, citrus, beef and a really faint sweet smell I cant put my finger on... I'm not saying that's 100% what it smells like but it smells similar to wild garlic. Well these b*tches took 14 long hours( could of done it quicker but we made a day of it ) all bud is trimmed and primed for drying then curing. Happy Growing 👊👍

The buds are developing nicely and some pistils started to turn orange. I tested different things for the watering this week to avoid having too dry soil or too much excess water. The Wedding Cheesecake continues to have yellow leaves at the bottom despite the add of some biogrow. Overall it looks ok and the buds are growing so I'm not too concerned. I saw no particular issues due to the light leak from last week.

8/7 watered this morning. Cleaned out a lot of the fan leaves underneath the canopy. 8/5: tonight will be last feed, then planning on flushing for 2 weeks. Prelim. harvest date of about 8/21 given the estimates from Humboldt. Snuck in a couple minutes before the HPS turned on to get some better lighting pictures and a look at the trichomes. They’re basically all milky white. Some amber starting in the fuzz. 8/4: water this morning (should’ve been last night but plants did not appear to complain). 8/2: fed this morning. Smell is getting quite strong.

Hi gromie's, well were at day 29 of flowering & day 64 in total. She has grown some really nice chunky dense buds & has a fairly strong sweet/ lemon/citrus smell to her. She is getting closer to harvest, starting to get cloudy trichomes & pistills starting to change colour, Calyx closed & swelling. Nice & sticky!

Esta fue la novena semana de flora. Para ser mas específicos, hoy 25/07/2020, es el día 126 desde la germinación y el día 60 desde que la planta mostró los pistilos blancos y comenzó a florar. Creo que no falta nada para cosecharla, probablemente en los próximos días, ya que todos los tricomas están blancos, y muy muy poquitos están color ámbar. Si bien la semana anterior dije que esperaría a tener el 20% de los tricomas ámbar, esta planta en particular mostró una maduración muy pareja, que no había visto nunca, asi que es muy probable que corte en lo próximos días, con un 5-10% de tricomas ámbar. Esta semana solo regué con agua sin cloro y con un poco de melaza. Si bien para los fermentados que utilizo para alimentarlas no es necesario hacer lavado de raíces, creo que siempre viene bien sobre el final regar solo con agua y dejar que el suelo haga lo suyo. The best photoperiod strain ive grown, its not too stretchy and put on insane amount of weight. 10/10

Super hype to try, lowest yielding strain in the tent. But had the best smells. Buds look fairly dense with a lovely dark deep purple color.

Day 57-63 - First week of flower - healthy growth - Day 61 first sign of flowers - 3l every 2-3 days

2/15: Bud sites are really starting to thicken up. I think she's going to have to fat buds on her in the future. Gave a pH balanced flush today and rotated her in the tent. 2/19: Unsure if I have a light burn situation or a nutrient situation. Opted for another pH balanced rinse in lieu of nutes. Unfortunately I can't raise my light any higher. Will monitor..

It's harvest time and it was a great run! Nice genetics by Barneys Farm as usual! I already smoked the Runtz Muffin and boy this stuff is powerful! Nice hybrid buzz with a sedating effect. My face felt numb after the first 5 puffs really great for pain relief! I was high as fuck but still abled to get stuff done but I would recommend for more experienced smokers! Really nice taste already even though I did not cure the sample at all. Sweet, fruity on the inhale and earthy dough-like flavour on the exhale. I'm gonna do a harvest conclusion soon.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Day one of the 12th week, cutting off the nutrients I feel like it is time to flush. And what I did wrong in the beginning of this grow, was that I placed the plants too far away from the light the first 4 weeks of veg or so. My thought was too make the plants stretch taller in the beginning, but disregarding the par, the ppfd I realized too late that the branches did not get what they needed for length. These plants could have been much larger just for growers information.

After the shock of all gelatos showing male signs, we got our shit together and removed all balls !! Zkittlez is getting out of tent for her black period tomorrow, giving our bigger gelato more space !! We still have one week and a half before Zki2 leave the tent and let the girls ride !! The final 4-5 weeks will go mad !! Need to clean our hps bulb and cooltube.. Tangie will go to their space, cuz she didnt show balls, so less maintance.. cheers and dont give up on hermies.. maybe it was just a bad day !! Temp dropped with a polar mass coming to our town, and water was freezing !! Light leaks were considered too, overwatering/feeding were disconsidered LST and rearrengement will be done as soon as Zkittlez mature..

At the start of week 13 I applied weekly nutrients. The girls are still bulking up and my favorite pheno is turning purple:). On day 2 I did a early harvest on pheno number 2 because it didn't have the traits I was looking for and was taking up valuable light/space so I harvested early...(plus I need the smoke 😉)I'm looking forward to harvesting pheno number 3 asap so I can reveg her to get more clones and flower them all out 😀 I harvested the tops of my pheno number 3. I could have let it go longer but the smell was getting strong lol. I am also eager to reveg pheno number 3 and clone that for my next run. I will let the bottoms of pheno number 3 mature up and harvest along with my pheno number 1. This week has gone very well 👍
