Skipped a week in my journal last week, as I was traveling. Had my neighbor water my plants. Came back and everything was looking great with the Lion Claw. I WAS having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants though... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. Also top dressed the Lion Claw and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. She's a big plant for being in a 5-gallon pot. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably once per week. Don't want to overdo it. 8/4 LIGHTLY sprayed with gravenstein apple FFJ and OHN. 8/6 LIGHTLY sprayed base soil area with neem oil / castile soap mixture.

TUESDAY 4/2: I fed her about 1/2 gallon of all the good stuff, and started her on Open Sesame and Tiger Bloom. Increased Terpinator, Bud Candy, and Calimagic, and decreased Grow Big. She's got at least 10 good bud sites and I never even FIM'd her.👍 MONDAY: I spun her around and foliar fed her a few times TUESDAY: I fed her about 3/4 gallon and started her on Open Sesame and Tiger Bloom. Foliar fed a few times and tweaked the timers again.. WEDNESDAY: I foliar fed a few times and rotated her, then took some photos. Only got 7 grams but it was just for fun, I like growing for fun and experimenting. I will grow in small cups again I think and train the plants more.

Since she's the one closest to the outside wall I decided to place some weight on it so it wouldn't grow that much taller and started to grow the lower branches

En esta etapa no agregue ningún nutriente a la solución para evitar que la planta tenga gusto al nutriente, así dicen los expertos que queman esta hierba. Yo lo hago solo por deporte, no porque lo fume. mantuve el ph en condiciones estables a como dictan los científicos en este rubro. la próxima😁 semana corto las plantas y las pongo a secar.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. Burnt the shit out of her. I'm not to happy about it. But she will be fine. Just loosing time. My fault, I gave her 730+ ppm, I'm getting sloppy. She will recover. Greenhouse is ready. So the move is on.

What up fam, weekly update on these lovely ladies. Been a great week as they've started growing upwards and developing new leafs. I started hand watering giving them 16oz of ph'd well water every two/three days. Looking forward to the weeks to come to see how they'll grow. Happy Growing

Week 12 the Apple fritter still growing really good no damages or defects of any kind got lots of white hairs that have shot and I believe it is in its first real week of transition. Looks like it’s gonna have a big stretching week and we’ll see about having some little popcorn buds in the next week or so first big transitional week. The apple fritter is over 8 feet wide and over 8 feet tall Was really really growing fast right now. I expect it to finish around 9 x 9 excited to see some giant apple fritter cola’s.

She is starting to stretch into flower here, and this is where my notes stopped on 7/14/2023 until 8/13/2023. Switched to 24hrs to try to get some more growth out of her. Absolutely explosive growth and I am in shock. Been training her down with those LST clips and gently bending branches/the main cola.

Wow!! It was sunny and hot all week! You can see that they almost doubled their size and are looking pretty much more healthy. That is also because I followed @MadeInGermany 's advice and decided to wait more until I had to water. They seem to have liked that, beacuse there is no more sign of Ca blocking in the leaves. And they grew very nicely, no need of everything. Also following his advice I will use Cal/Mag in the next watering. But, you know, I'm making it cheap... so I will use another home-made recipe: wood ash fertilizer, which include those nutrients and some that are needed in flowering stage -which seems to be starting, so next week will have the flowering label-. It also degrades the N in the soil that could be still causing a little overfeeding (leaves' tips are a bit burnt). However, I admit that my mistake was overwatering from the beggining. Lesson learned! No watering for the whole week and the plnat didn't seem to worry about it. Man! If only it had been this sunny all the time! Plants look very healthier and are way bigger, with huge new leaves. A little amount of pistils showed up in the last days, so I guess it is the moment for stretching. Knowing that, I decided to do a little training on Sweet, as it is the one a bit behind. You can see in the last picture how I took a couple leaves that were blocking light from side branches-future bud sites- and taped them, so they didn't. If results are good I might do the same with Rebel, but I have a feeling that she'll do good without it. Sadly, next week will be all rainy and cloudy... Nothing to do tho. Any commentary will be thanked, even if it is about how cheesy the videos are! 😂
