New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. This week I worked on hardening the clones. I got them used to 40% RH pretty quickly. My grow set up is subject to some pretty crazy swings from the weather. Outside, it went from 16% to 45% and back to 24% in one week. Going easy with the light for another week at about 180-200 µmol/m2/s. I'm not going to push any parameters until I get them through the transplant. So far so good. When I saw the first roots I jumped up and down and did a bunch of spastic air fist pumps. 😂

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS HAS APPEARED AS 'VEGETATION' THE WEBSITE SEEMS TO BE GLITCHING OUT. THIS IS STILL A FLOWERING WEEK! I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THIS I've now harvested the Northern Lights and Afghan Kush, will add the harvests once they've dried and I've had a chance to weigh up and smoke up. The Gushers and CATB still need a fair bit more time so I have added nutrients again and will decide whether to flush Tuesday next week or extend further. The harvest of the AK and NL means I can spread out the branches out further allowing light to penetrate deeper into the plant (giggity). I've put in a SCROG to hold up the colas and round the back I've used some string to hold up the colas that have fallen over. I think I flushed 1 week too early. In hindsight I should have done 1 more week with the EC at 1.2 then last week should have been the week with Dragon Force with an EC of 2 and I should have started the flush this week. That probably would have been perfect but we live and we learn. I'm gonna er on the side of extending the schedule in future. I think I harvested the Northern Lights and Afghan Kush a lil too early as well, definitely could and should have pushed them 1 week further. I'm not gonna make the same mistake with the other 2. So far the harvest has been modest but the 2 much larger plants should easily make up for it.

Temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros correctos. Seleccioné de las 5 plantas, 3 , que creo que son los mejores ejemplares que por el momento están creciendo bien y tener tienen un buen color, se ven bien sanas, todo normal hasta ahora, van cogiendo forma y están produciendo una tricomada bastante seria, están increíbles. Vamos viendo cómo progresan. Hasta aquí todo, buenos humos 💨💨💨.

So now I have finally harvested my first hydro plant!! It was a pleasure. My partner and I were busy cutting the plant all Sunday. Everything is ready and it is now hanging! To grow: I'll keep it short. At the beginning I worked according to the individual cann thinning scheme. Halfway through the grow I started working with H2o2 because I couldn't maintain the temperatures in the water to avoid illness. The plant was grown like a photoperiod plant because I also had photos in the tent. The plant also suffered a nutrient burn during the flowering phase. I think I worked with the PK 13/14 too early. I'm happy that I was able to learn so much from the grow.

Going off what other people say about 2x-3x growth during the preflower stretch I decided it's time to flip!

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. Flowered her for 56 days, her trichomes were mainly cloudy, with a hint of amber. I removed the majority of leaves, leaving just a few absolutely crusted sugar leaves. She’s been hung as individual branches in my drying tent and will be dried at 55RH - 18*C for between 7-10 days. I’ve posted a few pre harvest pictures and a video. I’ll try remember to post a final dry weight and some bud pictures 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I plant on doing another run of this plant as I took three clones 9 weeks ago, still undecided as to whether I’m going to keep a mother plant. Woche 9 Mal gespannt wie weit sie noch nach oben will. Licht wurde entsprechend angepasst Blütenspitzen auf knapp 900 ppfd, im Zentrum 820ppfd. Müssen nun aufpassen, sobald die Spitzen heller werden, wird die Beleuchtung etwas reduziert um Ausbleichen und Foxtailing zu vermeiden.

Time to start feeding her! She is doing ok but a little smaller compared to other diaries. I figure its because the heat. I’m hoping this is the week she starts to run. Wish me luck!!

I did a light lollipopping since stretch was over. Flowers are starting to form nicely. I won't be able to fix the discoloration, so I am just going to live with it. It's not quite as bad as it looks through the web cam timelapse anyway. Despite all the things that went wrong at first, things were looking up now. And the smell. Just wow, all of the plants smell incredibly strong and great. Very different, too. The Acapulco Gold is very sweet, GMO is very gassy, Sour Strawberry gassy with lots of pine, and the Glookies somewhat gassy but also very sweet at the same time.

All going well. Not had a single problem Super boof is fading extremely fast Ppfd is 1000 in places

Starting next Thursday there will be potential new owners touring the property. It's still a bit early but I'm going to flush now and harvest next week. I think we're close enough. The buds are sticky and smell great. These ones aren't really fattening up that much but they look delicious. It would definitely have been nice to have both plants the same size so they could both benefit from the optimal light distance.

⚠️ This is my worst week in growLife ⚠️ we started with harwest, cos i'v found a few days ago, first mites.. Actualy was too late, and only one option what can we do is - harwest. Ať the moment we are few days to go, but IF we gonna wait and grow thoose couple days until they reach 100%, mites gonna be everywhere... OHH YES, TGEY ARE KNOW AS Well, we already threw away 2 plants, cos two of them were totaly full with milion of eggs, everywhere, leafs, buds etc, that way we need to chop all of them a save Max as possible. This "grow school" - lesson, is pretty hard, hurts and of course -€ as well. Plants do need us every Day and, i need to read more again, i have to watchout them múch better. AT the moment we still choping, and yesterday we Just moved all of Tangie's in Tent 2,2mx1,1m, cos they need i think 2 weeks more. We gonna test and watchout strictly this tent... Thoose fuckin mites are everywhere, i found them in small tent as well, where we have automatics... This is really 😬 Guys, i wish You all, that this my own mistake are enough for you to learn from... 🙋‍♂️ Ohh yeah next tíme we gonna vegetative phase 4 weeks, this one was only 2 weeks.. ⚠️
