Day 10F-17F (Day 10F) Everything is looking on point. I’m going to soak in a gallon of lite compost tea diluted to 400ppms on each plant except for #5. I’m still a little worried I won’t make it through the stretch but at the same time I fear N toxicity just as much. I will give one more lite tea before the end of stretch, most likely at the end of this week. (Day 12F) Ladies responded nicely to the tea except for BBB#1. It just isn’t looking as vigorous as it was last week. It’s the only one without an air hose so I guess it couldn’t hurt to grab one. The air hose does without a doubt prevent overwatering in soil and I’m surprised I don’t see more people using it. It’s cheap, effective and gives me similar results to growing in pure coco. I’m going to give one more light foliar spray of 3ml of calmag, 3ml of kelp and 2.5ml of insect frass. (Day 14) Got the air hose hooked up to all 5 plants now. I hate that I’ve been forced to defoliate so much in early flower and it is definitely reducing bud size. Last round my bbb’s had pistil clumps twice the size at this time and they were dealing with severe deficiencies. I’m hoping it’s just genetics or the fact they are larger plants. (Day 15) I’m starting to see signs of N toxicity on the some of the new growth and overall growth on all plants except #1 has slowed. It was most likely caused by the foliar spray/tea combo. No more feeding anything for the next 12 days at least. Luckily it’s still pretty early in flower but I know that N tox can hit really hard after the stretch stops. I would be pretty upset if I vegged for 80 days only to get severe N tox in mid flower. Since it’s not breaking down in the soil, I should be fine. I’m going to defoliate some more of the large bottom fan leaves as they hold large reserves of extra nutes I don’t need. Hopefully these small defoliations aren’t stressing them at all. Next round I plan to do a big strip one week before flower, at transplant and a second big strip on day 21. (Day 17) I think I was over-worrying about the seriousness of the N tox. I’ve seen it hit very hard in mid flower and can’t be too careful. It’s almost always caused by water soluble nitrogen so I’ll try to stay away from that unless I absolutely need it. My case does not look to alarming just yet. I noticed the stunting on #3 right after that last tea so I am going to stop giving the last liter of compost tea because of how unbalanced and separated at the bottom it is. It sure helped out the other 4 plants that didn’t get the granulars from the bottom of the bucket. I‘m planning to give a bloom tea around day 26 and a final top dress a few days later. #1 has now out stretched everything else in the tent. I honestly was not expecting that. If #3 didn’t get stunted this whole week I think it would be the taller/heavier plant.

This sweet seeds lady smells really good at this point. Some of the bigger fan leaves are starting to fade a bit so she must be starting to ripen up. I am finding the bud structure is not overly dense. It’s very foxtailish. But we will see if she fattens up as she swells up in her final weeks. 😎🍿🍻🌱

Tag 94, mitte der 10.Blütewoche und die Lady ist absolut bereit zur Ernte. Ein fantastischer Duft und eine fabelhafte Blüten Entwicklung. Die Trichome sind der Wahnsinn und zu ca. 35-40% bernsteinfarbend. Eine schöne Zeit ist nun vorbei, aber es hat sich mega total gelohnt.

Day 70 The plants are in their 10th week and stacking nicely. Buds are dense, frosty, and starting to show that heavy, mature look. Trichomes are cloudy on most parts, and the smell has intensified a lot. Unfortunately, today I noticed a problem: one of the colas showed signs of bud rot (Botrytis). This happened because my exhaust fan (carbon filter system) was off for about 4 hours, which caused humidity to spike inside the tent. I immediately removed the affected bud and cut a bit deeper into the healthy tissue to make sure no rot remains. From now on I’ll be extra careful with airflow and humidity: Keeping RH below 50% Checking the fan setup twice a day Adding extra circulation inside the tent The rest of the plant looks healthy and unaffected, but I’ll monitor closely every day. This is the stage where dense flowers are most vulnerable. Overall, despite this setback, the grow is going well. The harvest window is getting close, and if everything stays clean, it should still be a solid yield.

This girl kept me busy this week. I had to clean up the bottom of her as I have another plant that has a touch of powdery mildew so I have to be careful going forward. She’s free of it thus far though and I plan to keep it that way! She has been stretching out and starting to really kick into high gear flower wise this week. I tried a different feeding routine and I think she isn’t totally digging it as I have a little clawing going on so I’ll have to go will just plain water to get her balanced out again. I dug out the straw mulch I use that had a bunch of top dress amendments and replaced it with some fresh straw and no amendments. She’s been easy to stress in that sense. Not a hungry lady at all. All in all I am happy with the progress of this sweet seeds lady! Looking forward to another exciting week! 😎🍿

Folder 03 – Chem Brulee – Pheno B | Week 2 If Pheno A is expressing elegance through spacing and structure, then Pheno B is taking a different route. Compact. Purposeful. Focused. This phenotype is developing into a beautiful little powerhouse. From the very beginning, Chem Brulee Pheno B has carried a slightly different personality, and that contrast is becoming even more apparent during Week 2. The internodal spacing remains noticeably tighter, creating a denser canopy and giving the entire plant a compact, sturdy appearance. Every new set of leaves seems determined to stack directly on top of the last, building a structure that feels efficient and well organized. The first thing that catches my attention is the vigor of the new growth. The apical growth tip is expanding rapidly, producing healthy, vibrant foliage with excellent color and leaf development. The newest leaves display beautiful symmetry and texture, suggesting that the plant is completely comfortable in her environment and actively pushing forward. The stem is thickening nicely and already provides a strong foundation for future development. Combined with the tighter node spacing, it creates the impression of a plant that is investing heavily in structural strength before committing to vertical expansion. Looking down from above, the canopy appears remarkably balanced. The side branches are beginning to establish themselves while remaining neatly tucked beneath the upper growth. This compact architecture often becomes particularly interesting once flowering begins, as closely stacked nodes can develop into dense flowering sites throughout the stretch phase. Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Hi Growmies. A good week for the girls this week with plenty of growth now starting to happen. I was worried about the #2 jealousy as she did seem to be lacking something but was too young to mess about with her feed. The Candy Rain was looking similar toonwith an obvious dislike of something in the soil mix. I have begun feeding them with my all time favourite nute , Mega crop. The vibrant green that this non salt based nute helps develop is an excellent conductor for photosynthesis. It has rested so many of my plants over time and bever fails to give them a really healthy appearance. I have seen the recovery with both if the smaller ladies andndont doubt they will catch up with their peers. The Bruce Banner#3 is really going for it with growth and had already pushed 6 nodes out. I have now Fimmed her at her 5th node and plan to quad the lower 4th and 3rd nodes in their l.s.t. I am close to being able to do the same with the Jealousy #1 to. Hopefully by the next update , they will all be underway for their planned growing pattern. I hope your all keeping it nice and green. ITA: topping a tutte le piante compresa la strawberry lemonade. Piccolo deficit della LSD probabilmente dovuto a una carenza di calcio/magnesio, ho quindi tamponato la soluzione con 0.5ml/l di cal-mag della biobizz. In seguito ho piegato i rami più grossi verso il basso i modo da far passare più luce, anche negli intenodi più bassi. La prossima settimana conto di toppare nuovamente gli apicali e fare una nuova LST ENG: topping to all plants including strawberry lemonade. Small LSD deficiency probably due to a calcium / magnesium deficiency, so I dabbed the solution with 0.5ml / l of biobizz cal-mag. Then I folded the thicker branches downwards to let more light through, even in the lower areas. Next week I plan to patch the top management again and do a new LST
