I've been waiting for at least some trichomes to turn amber. I prefer to harvest when there are at least a few amber. I took the PL2 3 days before the PL1. Flushed them for a week only

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

This grow went pretty well she was a very branchy plant, responded well to lst providing me with a wealth of super sticky buds. I had a slight deficiency problem but that was on me. I didn't do a wet weight when I cut her down. All the buds are super sticky and have a nice citrusy lemon smell that you would hope for from any lemon strain. I will definitely be growing this strain again. I will update final weight and smoke report later after the dry and cure. Made some rosin with trim and popcorn buds at bottom of bowl trimmer. Put in about 14 got like 2 a lil more than 2 gs back.

Die Erste Woche ist um. Etwas Spargel am Anfang aber das ist nicht schlimm, die Pflanze ist dennoch sehr vital. Die Reise geht los!!!!!!!!

so i let the plants veg out for another week (per my girlfriends recommendations). here's a plug to CocoForCannabis.com, I learned a lot there and I give a lot of credit to high frequency fertigation in coco. I defoliated twice just this week, and within a day or two all of the leaves have come back. i did one large defoliation today as I plan to flip to flower on Tuesday. I'll let all these grow vertical and then I'll do one final cleaning at the end of week two. I'm loving these barneys farm genetics - the plants are strong, and I'm getting the craziest lemon scent - like lemon candy. not a lot of skunk coming through yet, but I'm sure that will come in flower. i also cracked on of these plants right down the main stem when doing the quadline LST, and it just powered straight through and didn't even show and stress signs. full credit to the genetics on that one. included some before, during and after pics of defolation. unfortunately my timelapse got messed up AGAIN (stupid wyze cameras) so I only was able to pull like two days, but you can see some of the daily quadline training and how fast they flip back up and grow out

Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing.In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Here is a video tour of my back yard jungle. I am in the process of a huge clean-up now that the plants are ripening up and the buds are getting heavy.
