Hi Guys, This week has been pretty good, the plant at the bottom right just seems to struggle her way through everything, she has loads of roots, they keep growing but for what ever reason she look plain ugly and grows very slowly above the water which is evident when looking at the photo lapse I have uploaded. I bought a Torus PH Perfect capsule which is a chemical free way of stabilising the PH, since that has gone in the brain bucket, I haven’t had to make any PH amendments yet. You can see it at the end of the video. They have all been topped for the 3rd and final time around D32-33. I will train some tips down so they don’t become dominant, but other than that, they’re gonna have a free week or so of growth with no more slicing or cutting before I flip them😊 Hopefully the ugly one will have bounced back by then and I can push forward into the transition with 6 healthy bushes.

Se hice el cambio de fotoperiodo a 12 horas de luz y 12 de oscuridad , se aplico tambien poda de bajos y se cortaron algunas hojas que estaban estorbando

Dia 76 desde la germinación y 48 dias después del trasplante se empieza a notar la robustez de las plantas ya miden bastante alto casi 2 M , y estan bastante ensanchadas, lo único que se puede notar la 1051 , sus ramas crecen muy rectas hacia arriba ,la white noise crece con las hojas un poco onduladas aunque no afecta a la planta. Pronto las amarraremos y ataremos con una estructura para que esten más cogidas y distribuidas las ramas y mas seguras contra viento y lluvias que empiezarán en septiembre

Edit: da die Papayana sich auch bis Ende BTW3 kaum gestreckt hat, habe ich das SCROG Netz entfernt und die Pflanze entsprechend höher gestellt. Ganz schön schwer so ein vollgesogener 35 Liter Topf 🤣. Wir sind jetzt in der Mitte der dritten BTW. Alle Pflanzen haben das Entlauben problemlos verkraftet und befinden sich noch im Stretch mit gut sichtbarer Blütenbildung. Es wird weiterhin nur Osmosewasser mit Calmag auf 0,6 EC ohne PH-Kontrolle gewässert. Erstaunlicherweise kein Mangel oder ähnliches sichtbar, ich hoffe das verhält sich auch während der weiteren Blüte so. Einzig die Papayana passt gar nicht zum Wachstum der anderen Pflanzen, die ist sehr gesund, aber trotzdem sehr gedrungen mit minimalen Stretch.

- Sensi Seeds Research The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. - 7 weeks in soil (week 7), this is where the ScrOG is a good method to keep on vegging your plants without getting too tall, saving space for the future stretch. Indoor growers are limited by the ceiling, this is the best way to keep on growing roots, more roots more fruits 😉 Sensi Seeds strains are perfect, it’s a pleasure to grow such genetics, everything is going like expected, each plants are doing their thing very well and dose respond marvelously to the plan, in time with no delays due to shitty or sick and weak plants ! 👍 - For the beginners : Setup the first trellis on the top layer, then lower each corners to the bottom level, smashing the plants and the 2 main stems to the third node where the topping has been done (see previous weeks). You will gain approximately 30cm of growth, and you will be able to keep on vegging them without getting to tall, as mentioned more roots = more fruits, and you will avoid long legs (don’t grow legs!!! They will have to be trimmed later on) where all the popcorns and small buds tend to grow. Remember, you are here to learn how to knock a ball out of the park, this method is complete, you avoid plants getting too tall and finishing with your buds too close from the light, killing all the essentials oils and terpenes (you will kill flavors and scents), you avoid to grow legs finishing with tall plants and just a ball head of canopy, you avoid small buds and popcorns by applying the incoming method in the next weeks where you learn how to clean your legs . Then , once you smashed the plants with the first trellis (you’re supercropping by doing this bro) , the junction of the stalk (at 3rd node) will probably split in half, no worries it will heal by itself. You just need to put second trellis on top ! -Watering and feeding, that is the question ? 😄 I’m looking the leaves lol 😝 They are around 2l every 4 days at this stage , I’m not watering until drains come out for the moment, I’m keeping all the good stuff inside the pots another week or two. Jacky White is gonna treat me right! She's looking delicious and just packin on the buds. Trichromes are poppin up at a good rate and buds have almost stopped vertical growth...I think. I've seen strains start to appear to finish and then just start forming new calyx right on top. She's looking like a promising strain. She's starting to have a beauty fragrance that's kinda reminding me of a pine/kush/grapefruit aroma. I love opening this tent. Keep your stick on the ice and if she's nice take er twice.

What an incredible grow this has been! It's definitely up there with my best and favorite indoor grows I've done on Grow Diaries so far. It had a strong, resilient and beautiful growth from the first week when it fell all the way to harvest. Definitely an easy plant to grow that had an amazing pay off in the end. I think it's safe to say that anyone could grow this strain with mid level supplies and minimal experience and get good results. If I ran more powerful lights and kept a more comfortable environment (humidity etc) I don't see why my yields couldn't get even better with each grow. Even at the 4 ounces of good smokeable buds and 1 and 1/2 of trim and larf I was very satisfied . After drying and curing the plant had a strong smell with hints of flowers and sweet fruit. The taste was subtle fruity and sweet too. Where the Blue Monkey really shines is with making concentrates. I was able to do a few different projects with it. First I did some rosin pressing where the return rate was just barely under a 20%, which is very good. A 4 gram squish giving .8 gram back, that's the best return I've gotten off just bud, no kief or hash pressing. Then I decided to make some rick simpson oil. Ground buds and trim, decarb it, put it into the jars with high proof alcohol 150+, let it sit and shake overnight and then strain into a dark tincture, then use double boiler with no open flames to evaporate all of the alcohol out, and suck up into some syringes. I got 12 ml total...which is equal to 12 grams of RSO. It was awesome, you can smoke it, use it for edibles, a good diverse concentrate. * Don't forget to make your mom a care package, she'll be happy.💚 All in all this was the most productive, and educational grow I've had all year. Not to mention the plant and buds were just gorgeous! Thank you @exoticseed this was an amazing seed you created.

Soooo.... Looks like flowering stretch is over. Buds are forming nicely so far , and they look frosty already😍

Had an issue this week with a fsn getting unplugged and the tent was extremely hot for several hours. Some of the top buds even got cooked. I took off thendesd material at the top and I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.

They are looking healthy and the stems are very strong. Excited to see how big these nugs get with this bud candy. Week 4 today. My grow is always frosty. For some reason a lot of people have told me my grow is the best they have ever had. I’ve tasted other growers grow and their stuff wasn’t as good as mine. Definitely have a great green thumb in growing.!

Final week of veg. Seems like a lot went on. As you can see, the canopy is virtual all even. The branches that were tied down 3 weeks ago were allowed to let go and reach for the light. In contrast, the taller and much stronger branches now became tied down. This took some work - these branches are thick and sturdy - pulling on them too much I am afraid will detach them from the trunk. That happened to the Gelato. It took a little bit of repositioning the wire garden ties everyday to achieve this. I'm happy to send them into flower like this. Speaking of Gelato. Her soil has been hot from the beginning. She has shown signs of high nitrogen levels and the run off from the pot is never clear. I purposely held off from feeding her nutrients bc of this, until this week. A day after feeding veg nutrients at 50% strength, there was yellow-browning and burning new growth leaf tips. This occurred for about 24 hrs on a few leaves then did not get worse. Next watering cycle will get only cal mag. Of note, the pH of any liquid going into Gelato has been consistently at 6.5. A few notes about the environmental conditions. According to VPD charts, the temperature / relative humidity ratio has not been ideal for vegetation. What would have improved the environment would have been the addition of a humidifier to reach about 60% RH at temps around 65 degrees F. Now, we are on to flower...
