The Apple Betty girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️ Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!) I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to. I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots. I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover . Watered with a small dose of the full line of Advanced Nutrients I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff) At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered. I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Hello friends. I've not done anything really to her this week. She asked for nothing really.. maybe the odd bedtime story but otherwise she is just resting and recovering from last week's toppings. She has pushed new growth that has supposed me. I need to cut off the next set of nodes but I think I may wait a few days and do the final topping all in one hit. I can't get her into flowering room for another 6-8 weeks so I have some good time to shape her into a sixteen cola mega beast..(I hope). If I do the copy chop cho later this week ishall update some pics of the torture.. ...update..... Did the final topping for 16. She has some interesting variations in growth rates at each node.. I think all the twisting has an effect on how the next node grows. I think I see a way by twisting the branch through a full rotation between nodes you can affect how the next branch set grows... It's just an observation ATM but I will maybe experiment with another plant to test this. She seems okay after the torture. Unfortunately, the Blue am and dynamighty (also due to their long flowering periods) didn't make it. Told my roommate to cut the plants when I saw that video and those pics but it was far to late already..

Dry sift is from the whole run, just leftovers of trimming. Better than I expected. Melts in your hands and round about ~10g (Leftovers of 0.64m²@220W max.). Done with bubbling for a while, dry sift tower works good enough. She was well below the canopy, very small pot. So I am more than happy with the results. “We finally reached it.” — Eren Yeager

So I said no more training but I couldn't help myself only second time I've done scrog and I'm trying to find a balance between plant height and light penetration you can see the plant on the right is clearly more defoliated I'm doing side by side comparison to see what works better

Bud formation is starting ... streatching is happening full swing.....frost already started on alot of the leaves.. organic gardening going good so far feeding kelp and molasses to microbes also bud candy for carbohydrates in amino acids using Big Bud also advanced nutrients connoisseur about quarter strength.... and trichome production is going very well for so early in flower also happy with the height of the plant it is about 20 in tall would have been happy with four or five more in but not a big deal inoculating with microbes and also Big Bloom for its organic matter

29.12.-4.1.25. This was the last week and my photos are from the end of this week (4.1.). Over all I have some things to notice: 1: I think my lights were too close to my plants. I found out, that the top Buds were a little bit smaller than the buds a little deeper. So I think I have to adjust this in an another round. 2: I hat too much small branches. it would have been better to cut them all of, and leave only the biggest on the plant. they don't smell as good as the bigger ones, and the bigger ones were not as good as they could be. 3: I need to feed with clear water the last week. 4: On the moment I turn off the lights I would do now things different. I should let the plant 3 Days in darkness in her pot. (and do a photo shooting) But after this I should chop the hole plant and put her in a watercan for one week. After that I should dry her completely as a hole plant longer and slower than I did this time. I think best could be 65%-55% humidity, so that the plant could be drying for about 14 days. This time I messed things up because I wanted to do a fresh frozen with the sugar leafes, but it didn't work. so I'll do it the next time just dry.

Hello boys and girls we’ve officially reached the finish line! 🕺🏾🎊🍾 It’s been an amazing experience growing this strain. This week we wrapped things up and flushed using Flawless Finish. Tropicana’s colors showed out with some buds going purple, her profile is a real nose-pleaser and I’m pretty happy with how my trichomes are looking (all turned milky with very few ambers) She was thoroughly set free from the salts, and after her final watering 4 days ago I just let her ride it out. Right after these photos, she’ll be chopped and set to dry! I’ll be back with updates once she’s dried and I begin the curing process. 🤝🏾 It’s been a pleasure growing this beauty alongside all of you thank you for the encouragements. Flowering week 5. PH: 6.1 / Saturday - Sunday EC: 1.44 PH: 6.0 EC: 1.52 / Monday - Tuesday PH: 5.9 EC: 1.60 / Wednesday (04/03/2026)- The plant drinks, ph stays 5.9-6.0 and the ec is slowly decreasing.

this is the second week starting from the cut. The roots have filled the 1.5 L pot and we are almost ready to re pot! The first week unfortunately they suffered very cold like 10 degrees but now it is much better and the plants are in full shape! Forza ragazzi 💪❤️

UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

while I was bending the plant, after leaving it bent I noticed that the apical one had collapsed and the leaves had receded, all this in 30/50 minutes ... I then loosened the fold bringing it as it was before ... Was it the LST that gave this stress? or other?💪✋

77 days, for some reason, the girl is growing without me :( the vacation was unexpectedly long, I only managed to get these photos, I'll be back to see them next week on Tuesday, I think it might be harvest day :).

Day 56: Well here we are growmies. The beginning of the end with the 1st willing lady to the chop being the Strawberry Cola. She is so close now and any day, she will be taken out and placed into darkness for 48hrs at least. Her trichrome production is crazy amd shebjas to be even more frosty than the gg4 I love. Her colas are a very nice size and density and arw covered in frost the entire length. I will be checking her trichs with a scope later to see where she is at. watch this space !!!. Herz O.g is looking really nice and potent now .Her lower leaves ares beginning to go a really nice red colour which is also reflected in some of the mature looking buds. She is a 10 week strain and I can see hownanother couple of weeks could see her bigger but I will scope her trichs too as she looks very ready despite the data. She smells sonsweet amd has a chocolate smell I can't shake when nice smell her , a little fuit but def some chocolate , might be a snack bar I can't place but choc all the same.lol She isnt the biggest plant in the grow but certainly looks quality at this stage. Monster Mash is living up to her name in overall limb sizes and length but her buds still look a little less full than her rivals. She is at her supposed harvest window now but seeingnthe new pistils beginning to pop out has me thinking she still has a little more to offer. I will check her too and ensure I don't let my hopes ruin her sweet spot for harvest. Overall a great week to watch develop with so many trichs and colours to observe and smell. I think that rhe Strawberry cola will be out by the next update I feel and possibly the Monster mash so until next week growmies , be safe and free. I am excited tonadd that I now have some more exotic ladies in the soil germinating as I type. 4 x Banana Mash auto 3 x Purple Monkey auto let's see what else we can enjoy....
