Day 35 – The Buddha Haze II has really taken off and is trying to catch the others after a slow start. She has some nice flowers starting to develop and looks extremely healthy. She continues to stretch as she has gained 5” in height this week. Continuing to feed the Nectar for the Gods nutrients and have added Triton’s Trawl (liquid fishbone meal that is rich in calcium from fish cartilage and is designed to deliver flavor, aroma and color to the finished product) and Aphrodite’s Extraction (a rich blend of sucrose, fructose, chelated nutrients, and organic acids necessary for enzymatic activity, and a complete balance of vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B6 and B12, which are essential to a plants’ biological growth processes). These two additions are known to increases oil, resin, frost, and terpene production in flower. Continuing to add Recharge as a soil amendment to establish colonies of beneficial fungal and bacterial microbes. Temperatures are consistently between 74° - 78° and humidity between 30% - 45%. Soil pH is 6.5 and PPMs at 321 which is perfect for the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line. Added a homemade Co2 generator to boost carbon dioxide levels and to improve overall plant growth and health. – Zannabis7 Day 36 - Fed the Nectar of the Gods nutrients as indicated above and in photo. Week 14 (Plant Week 14) = Flower Week 5 Humidity management became more serious, so I installed a dehumidifier. I focused on keeping the tent dry and stable, so everything runs properly (less risk of mold). Defoliation continued gradually across Week 13 into Week 14: small cuts consistently over time instead of one heavy session. Today (end of Week 14) I did the final defoliation session. This is the last major trim; I’m not planning to remove more leaves going forward. Buds now have a stronger smell, and the resin is very sticky during handling. If you want it even tighter, here’s a one-paragraph version you can use as a caption: Caption version: “Flower Week 3–4: Started gradual defoliation and canopy control. Plants kept stretching longer than expected, so I added new tie-down points and continued LST. Reduced light to ~60% after heavier trimming to reduce stress. Humidity was high, so I installed a dehumidifier in Week 4 and focused on keeping the tent dry and stable. Today I finished the final defoliation; buds are now noticeably more aromatic and extremely sticky/resinous.”

Did a reservoir change. Found a bunch of seeds at the top buds, did not find any nanners or balls, most likely somewhere hidden in the bud or non at all and still seeds. The other plant in the same tent does not have a single seed on it. Values are average of the day. Hey Guys, Growth has taken off a lot this past week, have had to add a heater to the grow which isn’t ideal but with warmer months coming this should only be temporary. I have the thermostat set to start the heater when temps go below 23°c. Watching Dr Bruce Bugbee on YouTube, he stated that growth does start to suffer below this temperature. One of the plants has some odd colours and growth which I’m pretty sure is Mg deficiency, which is probably due to that particular girl being more sensitive to PH swings than the rest of the ladies. I have had to insulate some of the circulating pipes as the water cooler was struggling to keep the water baths cool. Seems to have helped keep temps down a couple more degrees, I mate have to reconfigure where my water cooler is in the piping run after this grow Finally a special thanks to the GD team for selecting my previous diary for DOTM, very flattering considering some of the great content that was submitted for March 2020! The plant realizes there is an overabundance of light and it seems to understand this and develops accordingly. I see a mass monster. Focused on rates of photosynthesis, instead of photomorphogenesis. Added a custom Lakhovsky ring around the base. It is positioned in such a way that it rotates on itself, as in the photo, and an energy field will develop all around. If we have only 1 ring, the opening goes true north and the 2 wires must not touch. With 2 rings of different diameters, I can alternate North / South openings. (4x10" Copper wire wrapped in aluminum sheathing then further coil wrapped with copper)

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

Week Two: The seedlings received their first and second feedings of Innovating Plant Products. Along with one just a plain watering. (Feed / Feed / Water). The first feeding was on 5/21 of 900 ppm of the veg nutrient line. The pH was 6.3 The second feeding was on 5/24 of 700 ppm of the veg nutrient line. The was 6.4 After assessing the first feeding it was felt the PPM was a bit high for their first feeding. We could have easily done this in reverse order. On 5/26 the plants were given just plain water to finish out their week. One of the seedlings appeared to be a bit deformed and has since been tossed. This one seed didn't germinate well, but we thought we would give it go. Assessing the seedling we simply opted to pull it.

We will start to check the tricomes next week but i think that some more time is needed, the buds are nice and fat and have a tremendous smell, great strain, specially if you like something easy to grow, its really a pleasure growing this strain, i took some monster crops some weeks ago and have a separate diary for these 😁

week 3 flower is going great. I increased my UVA lights to 8 hrs on. Gsc and Blueberry have decent bud-lets already on day 17. OG kush has preflowers. waiting on Blueberry muffin to show pre fowers should be soon. At the end of week 3 GSC and Blueberry are doing the best and starting to get more trichomes. Im waiting on OG kush And Blueberry Muffin to really get going!

It's been 42 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. First week went good. They're all looking healthy and reaching for that light, a bit too much actually so I lowered the light a bit. These first days seem to take forever just have to be patient nothing else you can do.. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

She seems to be budding nicely. However in the past few days all her lower leaves are turning yellow. I know this plant is a heavy feeder and I thought I was feeding enough. She is not growing anymore, but she looks like she has a nitrogen deficiency. I do use the same water which has a low 6 ph. Today I gave her water with a 7.0 ph. Just to get her out the constant ph zone she has been in. 9/17 fed 15 MLS of foxfarm Tiger Bloom 9/19 fed 15 MLS of Tiger Bloom. 9/21 fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 1/2 Teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom and 12 MLS of Foxfarm Grow Big. Per 2 gallons. Day 98 She has a lot of yellow lower leaves. So I hit her up with a little grow big. From what I read, she still needs some nitrogen. Lower leaves turning yellow. Think it's a little too early for that. She is a big eater and it looks like she has not been getting enough base nutrients. Her pot is very heavy, so now I'm going to hold back water until she drys a little. Getting cold out at night. Every morning I go out and she was drenched in dew. This plant I'm counting on giving me bud until at least spring. So now I have been sneaking her in the garage at night with 47 percent humidity. She seems to be very happy about this. Right now 9 pm 60 degrees, humidity 71. Humidity is way too high for her to be sitting outside. Her buds are fattening up. Some time last week I gave her a feeding of just Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. Beasti has no nitrogen and she was not happy about that. A lot of lower leaves turned yellow. So I gave her Foxfarm Tiger Bloom and that seemed to make her happy again. Will not make that mistake again.

Ogni varietà autofiorente della dutchfemseeds è una vera soddisfazione, continuano a riempirsi tutte di infiorescenze appiccicose e profumate e alcune colorate. Continuano a produrre resina e le infiorescenze si stanno gonfiando e indurendo molto. Alcune superano il metro e cinquanta centimetri di altezza, la maggioranza sono più di un metro e molto diramate e piene di infiorescenze. Se continuano così tra un paio di settimane iniziamo a raccogliere le più mature! Resistono molto agli afidi infatti sono meno presenti visto che la resina appiccicosa inizia a dare fastidio a tutti i parassiti quindi è un bene! Un abbraccio a tutti forza Dutchfem
