I defoliated the 3 plants to give some light to all the branches. I broke one branch of the Cashew Kush during the watering. I inadvertently pulled on one of the string used for LST with the bottle cap. I also noticed that another branch of the Cashew Kush broke because of the LST, but the tip is still attached to the rest of the branch. I already broke 3 branches of this poor Cashew Kush so far, sorry little plant 😞 I also almost completely broke one branch of the Jack Herer but since it was still attached a bit, I've tried to fix it with some tape and wire. I already did that in the past and it worked but this time the extremity of the branch did not make it 😔 I'm now watering every 2 days. No fertilizer yet. Due to increasing humidity before defoliation, I put the fan ON 18h/day again. Humidity was around 65% before the defoliation and 62% after. For the last days of the week, I set the dehumidifier to 50%. I slightly reduced the light intensity from 75 to 70% to try to reduce the light burns of the top leaves. Next week I'll set the lamp to 12h/12h. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Blackberry Cake : 25cm Jack Herer : 32cm Cashew Kush : 32cm

Well I was gone for 10 days and came back to absolutely astronomical growth! Must of grown a foot and a half at least! No signs of pistils yet, which means she's got another foot even before the pre flower stretch! What the heck have I gotten myself into. Did some minor defoliating, mostly removing growth tips below the 4th or so node, and LST clips to try and control height and canopy. All she had while I was done was 90min drip irrigation every 3 days and a quick spray of LCPT.

A lot of growth this week, the back right is rather spindly and tall compared to the rest so will need to train her down quite a bit I think. I have some soft ties coming in the post tomorrow so will be doing some extensive LST over the next few days, aiming to spread out taller plants and giving the shorter ones a chance to catch up. I did do some HST this week, but I botched a few up and had to add a splint to one of them. The tall one also has a couple yo-yo supports as she was leaning over a little bit. PH swings are less frequent but do happen from time to time, went as low as 4.7 PH during lights out but doesn’t seem to have affected them. I am determined to have an even canopy by the end of the transition period this time 💪

🌿 Grow Diary – Tag 84 | Blütetag 24 „Radikaler Haarschnitt, erste Harzschicht … und die Schädlingspolizei dreht wieder ihre Runden“ Diese Woche war klar: Schere raus – untenrum einmal Kernsanierung. Die Ladies wurden ordentlich gelollipopped und ich hab wirklich nicht gekleckert. Der Eimer war am Ende randvoll mit Schnittresten. Alles, was unten nur Energie klaut oder im Schatten gammelt, ist beinahe konsequent rausgeflogen. Ab jetzt geht die komplette Kraft nur noch in die Tops. Die Kush hat mir dabei kurz den Puls hochgetrieben. Etwas instabil im Aufbau, beim Schneiden halb auseinandergefallen – ich durfte erstmal wieder puzzeln, welche Triebe ich eigentlich behalten wollte. Kurz Zelt-Chaos … aber wieder eingefangen. 😄 📏 Höhe & Stabilität Der Stretch ist jetzt offiziell vorbei. Endhöhe: ca. 1,10 Meter – besser hätte es fast nicht laufen können fürs Setup. Viel höher und wir hätten Licht-Tetris spielen müssen. Zur Stabilisierung hängen jetzt überall Pflanzen-Jojos. Diese kleinen Rollen mit Nylonschnur, die die Äste sanft hochziehen und schwere Buds stützen. Schön gleichmäßiges Blätterdach, nichts kippt weg, alles entspannt. Echt kleine Gamechanger. 🌸 Blütenentwicklung Jetzt startet die eigentliche Show: Buds stapeln sich sichtbar erste Trichome / Harzbildung leichter, süßer Duft im Zelt Man merkt richtig: 👉 Produktionsmodus aktiviert. Jeden Tag ein bisschen frostiger. Ernährung & Feintuning Allerdings zeigen sie langsam klar: 👉 Phosphor- & Kaliumhunger Die BioTabs-Tabletten waren top für den Start, aber in der intensiven Blütephase einfach etwas zu träge. Plan: Mikroben pushen → Bodenleben aktivieren moderat PK nachdüngen → Blütenaufbau unterstützen Ein kleiner Schub, damit die Buds richtig Masse machen. 🐛 Reality Check: Nervensägen-Alarm Und ja … natürlich gibt’s auch die weniger glamouröse Seite des Grows. Tripse und Trauermücken zum Beispiel. Doppelt hält leider nicht besser. 😅 Tripse → silbrige Fraßspuren auf den Blättern Trauermücken → kleine schwarze Nervflieger über der Erde Nichts Dramatisches, aber einfach maximal lästig. So dieses typische: „Könnt ihr bitte einfach verschwinden?“ Werden natürlich beobachtet und in Schach gehalten – aber eingeladen war hier definitiv keiner. ✅ Wochenfazit Lollipopping erledigt ✔️ Stretch durch ✔️ Höhe perfekt bei 1,10 m ✔️ Jojos stabilisieren alles ✔️ Harz & Buds starten durch ✔️ Tripse nerven ✔️ Trauermücken nerven leider genauso ✔️ Unterm Strich trotzdem: richtig guter Fortschritt. Jetzt heißt’s wieder: füttern, beobachten, feinjustieren – und zuschauen, wie aus den Ladies langsam kleine, klebrige Harzmonster werden. Grüne Grüße & happy growing allerseits Rocko 🌿✂️ 🌿 Grow Diary – Day 84 | Flowering Day 24 “Heavy haircut week, first frost… and pests being annoying as hell” This week had one clear mission: Scissors out – clean up everything below the canopy. The ladies got a proper lollipopping session, and I definitely didn’t go easy on them. By the end, the bucket was completely full of cuttings. Everything down low that only steals energy or sits in the shade had to go. From now on, all power goes straight into the tops. The Kush caused a bit of drama though. She’s slightly unstable structurally and basically fell apart while pruning, so I had to puzzle together which shoots I originally wanted to keep. Short chaos in the tent… but fixed. 😄 📏 Height & Support Stretch is now officially over – finally. Final height: around 1.10 meters, which is pretty much perfect for the tent. Any taller and we’d be fighting the lights. To keep everything stable, I installed plant yo-yos everywhere – those retractable supports with nylon strings. They gently pull branches upward, support heavy buds, and keep the canopy nice and even. Small tools, big impact. 🌸 Flower Progress Now the fun part really starts. You can see it every day: buds stacking up first visible trichomes/resin light sweet smell filling the tent That moment when you open the zipper and think: 👉 “Alright… production mode activated.” Each day gets a little frostier. Nutrition & Adjustments What’s becoming obvious now: 👉 early phosphorus and potassium deficiencies The BioTabs tablets worked great so far, but during heavy flowering they’re simply a bit too slow. So the plan: add microbes → boost soil life moderate PK supplementation → support bud building Just a small extra push so the flowers can really bulk up. 🐛 Reality Check: Pest Squad And of course… it wouldn’t be a real grow without some annoying visitors. Thrips AND fungus gnats. Double trouble. 😅 Thrips → those classic silver streaks on the leaves Fungus gnats → tiny black flies hovering around the soil Nothing catastrophic, but seriously annoying. That constant “can you guys just leave already?” feeling. They’re under control and being monitored closely — but yeah… nobody invited them. ✅ Weekly Summary Lollipopping done ✔️ Stretch finished ✔️ Height dialed in at 1.10 m ✔️ Yo-yos supporting branches ✔️ Buds & resin starting strong ✔️ Thrips annoying ✔️ Fungus gnats annoying too ✔️ Overall, still very happy with the progress. Harvested back in Week 14 but the website has been stupid and not letting me update

Questa settimana ho deciso di cambiare lampada tornando ad usare una vecchia hps che usavo prima, e ho notato che i risultati sono ottimi, con la lampada a LED sembrava che la fioritura stesse durando un'eternità, perciò ho provato a cambiare per vedere se la fioritura potesse velocizzarsi e sembra essere così. AGGIORNAMENTO: Giorno 8 NOVEMBRE, ho dato una bella sfoltita a tutte le bimbe, credo che questa sia l'ultima volta che le tocco anche perché questa volta ho eliminato alcuni rami veramente inutili e superflui.

It was a week with a lot of activity. First of all, she had her first full week of flowering and did a bit of a stretch. Also I switched her to the left side of the tent, to space the plants more evenly. We are getting to a canopy, although one of her roommates probably is male and will be removed. More about this when I update my Xtrakushh Diary. Also had time to fit the scrognet. It fits way better than last grow, much tighter. We had some problems with the lighting. I probably hit my timer with one of my sausage fingers, making my lights turn on in the middle of the night, thank god I found it out in time. They maybe had an hour or two of light for one night. Still something she really doesn't need with this strains tendency to hermie under stress. She still looks happy. Did some gentle leaf tucking, some LST under the net, and a little defoliation. The branches might be short but they are very sturdy and should be able to carry large and heavy buds. And we had won the @Sweet_Seeds Halloween give-away and got to choose three of their legendary strains: Tropicanna Poison, Red Hot Cookies and Runtz XXL auto!! Thanks guys!!! Loving the terps on this one. This pheno was pure banana, exactly what i was looking for. * bad comments: cant think off anything

I’ve stopped tucking over the past week to avoid snapping shoots during stretch. At this point I’m letting the plants do what they do best and focusing on environment and nutrition rather than manipulation. Once the second trellis net goes in, I’ll start assigning individual squares, spreading the canopy a bit more, and following up with a defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration. We’re currently 9 days into flower and the plants are healthy, vigorous, and drinking well. I couldn’t ask for a better run so far. I expect to see bud sites forming across all tops by the next update as stretch begins to slow and flower development kicks in.

Week 8 Flower This was the last week in The Fox's Den for this stunning Pineapple Kush girl by Royal Queen Seeds. She smells dank asf and still super gassy (which is something I absolutely love ⛽) she was flushed all week with 6pH water for each flushing (I use tap water between 150-190ppm). She was taken down on Day 56 to finish off a great 8 weeks. Her fan leaves were taken off and she was hung in a box, where she'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. Casey's Rollex OG is still making progress. I neem oil treated after last update. I did twice 4 days apart from one another. It should of killed or sterilized any critters. Time will tell if I got them. She is still making progress. Possibly a little stressed from neem oil. Hopefully the pest are gone. If not then I am gonna get a Insecticide soap. I need to have this resolved prior flower starting in a few weeks. Everything else is going well.
