This is her last day in a vegetative state! Tomorrow I will be flipping her, and hopefully I will get some nice buds at the beginning of 2026 :) I did a bit more defoliation and lollipopping — although I'm still not sure if I'm doing it correctly. If someone has any tips, please share. Nevertheless, she has many branches already, maybe not as many as expected for a 9-week photoperiod plant with two prunings; however, I managed to get all of them to the same height using LST and a ScrOG net. Given her Sativa genetics and my small 60x60x120 tent, I am flipping now to manage the inevitable vertical "stretch" during the first few weeks. I think everything is ready for the flowering stage.

First week of flowering. The plant will stretch, so i adjusted the LED dimmer to 100%. Did a good defoliation too. Doing good, very healthy.

This was an amazing firat grow and I’m not done yet love mainlining. Depending on how these dry and the yields come out I may just do lst and get about the same amount of yield out of the grow but I still have another week or so till I chop the others

🌿 Week 11: Frosty Heights & Real Talk (Flower Week 6) First off, apologies for the slight delay! Usually, I drop these updates on Monday, but I was out celebrating my 25th birthday yesterday and, well... let’s just say things got a little out of control, haha! But I'm back in the tent now, and the girls didn't seem to mind the extra day of peace. Welcome to Week 11. We are deep in the flowering phase (Week 6), and the tent is looking like a winter wonderland. But let’s keep it real – while the frost is insane, it hasn't been a "perfect" run since it’s my first experience with living soil. Here’s the honest breakdown. šŸ› ļø The Big Defoliation & Adjustments The canopy got so thick that I had to perform one last major defoliation. I removed a significant amount of the large fan leaves that were shading the lower bud sites. It’s always a tough call this late in the game, but it was absolutely necessary to get that light penetration down to the secondary colas and improve RH. Combined with raising the entire tent to save the tops from light stress, the environment is now much more balanced. If you look closely at some of the upper leaves, you can still see a bit of "tacoing" (curling edges) from the previous light intensity and buds on the top of the sweet spot are not very well bulked because of heat stress by light. I caught it likely and the "scars" remained. 🌱 Organic Struggles & Success The "Autumn Fade" is hitting harder than I expected. The remaining fan leaves are yellowing quite aggressively. In living soil, this usually means the nitrogen is running low what I read as the plant focuses everything on the buds. I’m letting nature take its course, but I’ll keep an eye on it to make sure they have enough gas to reach the finish line. • The Scrog Management: My canopy isn't perfectly level. I have a few "underdogs" getting shadowed by the main colas even after the defoliation. It’s a lesson for next time – I need to be even more aggressive with LST early on to keep everything in one uniform plane. šŸ“Š Stats & Environment: • Genetics: Banana Purple Punch Auto (FastBuds) • Status: Bulking phase. • RH: Dropped to 45%-40% – absolutely critical now to prevent any bud rot in these dense clusters. • Temp: 22-26°C. • Aroma: A heavy mix of tropical fruit sweets and gassy undertones. It’s not a catalog grow, it’s a real grow. The "girls" are finishing strong despite the big hiccups. Thanks for riding along with me growmies, one love! šŸ’œšŸ¤œšŸ¼šŸ¤›šŸ» Wondrej

As autumn approached, the number of daylight hours in the jungle slowly began to decrease. First to 16, two days later to 14 and at the end of the week 12. We let the girls rest and didn't have much to do apart from getting an even canopy under the screen.šŸ‘ØšŸ»ā€šŸŒ¾šŸŒ± One plant showed some magnesium deficiency so gave her an Epsom salt cure. The nutrient manufacturer said that the product contains enough magnesium but apparently one of the girls didn’t find it sufficient. On day 3 watered them with de-chlorinated tap water and Silica, 3 litres. Day7 the first irrigation with Hybrid nutrients has been given, 5 litres each. I’m curious how this line will perform during flowering.šŸ’¦ Running the Ts3000 on 75% , which means 520-620 PPFD. Vpd: 0,88-1,10 kpa. See you soon and thanks for stopping by.šŸ’ØšŸŒž

Buds Incoming & Balcony Patrol Engaged 🐾🌸 We’ve officially hit Week 2 of flowering, and the signs are now impossible to miss—pistils and early flower sites are popping up all over! After running 11/13 light cycle in the tent, I’m seeing the payoff: compact structure, steady stretch, and the first sparkling hints of what’s to come. šŸ’”šŸŒæ This week was all about keeping her supported during this crucial transition. Here’s what she got on her plate: Foliar Silica spray for strength and resilience šŸŒ¬ļø A full round of AlgĀ·AĀ·Mic, Bio-Grow, Bio-Bloom, TopĀ·Max & Cal-Mag šŸ’§ pH adjusted to 6.6 using Bio pH- šŸŒ”ļø A fresh brew of compost tea followed by Effective Microorganisms two days later for that living soil magic šŸ” And honestly? She’s thriving. Strong posture, vibrant color, no signs of stress—and just enough stretch to let those future colas shine. I really feel like she’s found her rhythm now. Bonus moment of the week: My cat discovered the balcony and decided to join me for a little garden patrol. First sniff, first paw on the tiles—it’s officially a shared project now. 😺🌿 We’re stepping into bloom with style, strength, and a bit of feline approval. Can’t wait to see those buds start stacking! Stay tuned—this Red Hot Cookies is just getting warmed up.

Week 5 flower : upped the a&b to 2.5ml litre and steered the pk at 1.2ml per litre Blue cheese : they have completely outgrown the sunset sherbet . I’ve raised the light as the buds at the back of the tent were literally 1ā€ away it didn’t do much harm although the leaves on them buds started to curl a little so I thought best to raise it now before it causes any stress . I’m still watering everyday to run off . I removed a few fan leaves but I am considering doing a bigger defoliation in a few days as the fan leaves have taken over . They are really starting to smell very sweet and filling out .I was worried about these seeds as I have grown Buddha blue cheese about 10 years ago and now they have changed the name to blueberry cheese and I was told they will be different from 10 years ago . So far I don’t think so as they look the same and smell the same at this point I can’t see any difference which I’m happy about as I haven’t had any good blue cheese for many many years .although they smell the filter is definitely controlling the smell outside the tent . Sunset sherbet : although it hasn’t grow very big it’s very frosty and starting to smell . I will carry on the pk for another 3-7 days and will start the flush about 6 1/2 weeks in for 2 weeks with plain water I will also defoliate about in a few days
