This tent reeks up the whole block it's pretty intense skunk in the driveway right now. There will be one more update I'm guessing for most of these before the harvest update. This was the most successful autoflower crop I've had in a long time I think theres some really good quality buds on some of these. This week was all about recovery from all the cuts and bends. The lights were turned up to 6, and set a little higher. The light is about 24 inches from the canopy.

This plant get early harvest but it's okay trichome and flower look ok to smoke Smell like bubble gum and grape

So if you checked my entry from last week, I updated it to as the Zkittles ended up being male or hermie. Day 7: These plants were fed today with 685 ppm with 1.5 ml/L of HOG Micro and Bloom, 1ml/L of Green Planet Rezin, 1ml/L cal mag and 2ml/L of Green Planet GPF Uptake fulvic acid, PH 6.0. I have been trying to gently move pots and branches to fill the space left by the zkittles and still maintain a level canopy. I have raised the light inch by inch as the plants grow to hopefully have a more tall stacked cola structure. There is 1 light primarily over the Vanilla kush as it seems to want to stretch more than the others and I want to keep its internodes as tight as possible. I have high hopes for the Amnesia Lemon as it’s branch structure could end up producing some solid clusters. The critical kush is similar, Good stacking but lesser branching. There is buds starting on every plant. I contribute that to the week of 14 hours of light and the 2 doses of HOG red sun which helps stacking and speeds up transition to flower. I am excited to see what happens with these over the next couple days and long term what these Barney’s seeds can do. Update: Day 10- I was away from home working my night shifts and returned home to find dozens of nice little budlets have formed. The plants seem quite happy, color is good, which I like to see cuz I always under feed N in the first bit. I did some mild defoliation to open up lowers. Stems are nicely stacking and about 6” over the trellis. I bent down the stretching Vanilla tops to keep canopy as even as possible.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Good week for the Red Hot Cookie, she is probably the smallest of the 5 strains, but she looks green and healthy, Day 3 from getting wet. I did start prepping the Coco Coir today by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I also have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. I have run several Sweet Seeds Auto Strains in the past with excellent resutls, but this is my first run of one of their photoperiods so I am excited to see what she can do. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. My goal is to have these ladies transplanted by around day 14-17, and have the first toppings done within 48 hours or so of transplant. I hope everyone has a safe and peaceful weekend. Fattening week !! Alternating water/nutes irrigations... Gave the plant Top Bud, 2 times this week, using 0.5ml/l each one, but switching BIG ONE AND TOP BUD so: / -WATER- / -BIG ONE- + -TOP BLOOM- + -TOP CANDY- / -WATER- / -TOP BUD- + -TOP BLOOM- + -TOP CANDY- / --------------- Seems like @growdiaries did not add Top Bud to the database..So i let you the description below.. Top Bud : is a fattening fertilizer for the flowering stage. It maximum concentration of phosphorus and potassium and its absence of nitrates make it an ideal fertilizer for fatterning, while respecting the good taste of the crop. It is also rich in amino acids that benefit the development of flowers. Dilute at the rate of: 0.5-1ml per 1L of water once a week. Apt to: Its use in hydroponic substrate and coconut fiber. --------------

4 weeks into my first grow. What do you guys think?

week 5 when the thrips first showed themselves. I noticed them cuz some silver stains started appearing on some leaves. you can see them better under LED light. So, I sprayed Neem Oil all over the plant. I could notice that if you don't do it well, spraying and rubbing the leaves with a piece of cloth, the oil will also create some stains. 2nd topping. killed some thrips this week, they're cute and didn't seem to harm the plant seriously. Neem oil worked fine to control them. No other pests that I could notice + Defoliation + LST Flowermind (4ml + 0.5g)

Gold Sativa is doing well. I increased nutrition, and I may of been too strong. Been following the routine I been doing through grow with solution changes. She looks pretty happy, and the Spider Farmer SE5000 light is at a good sweet spot for her. She is in a New Level Hydro bucket. Hung them to dry today, very happy to say I have found 3 very very good keeper phenos which doesn’t surprise me as I have grown many seeds of this before. The pictures and video tell more than words can say. I have named my favourite pheno ‘john wayne’ as I have a convoy swagger about my walk every time I look at her😂 I lost this pheno a few months ago and so relieved to have her back plus two other great phenos. Barneys absolutely provides some real fire genetics and I have been a fan since blue cheese and pineapple chunk were released many years ago.
