Had my controller shut my lights down, luckily I caught it but lost around 9 hours light. I’ve had to leave my grow a few times for medical reasons but I will say this is one stinky strain! And it’s very frosty! Being my 1st ever hydro run I took it very easy so I will run this strain again when my skills are up to par because this has some serious potential!

Stretching a bit which is normal in föower, its a good size plant eventhough i like them vigger it still has potential. Its tiny and underdeveloped compared to the dwc version but what did we expect ;)

Getting so hot here now but she's loving it. Taking 4L-5L of water per day, half in the morning half in the evening. She might get stressed and start to wilt a bit in July & August as it gets crazy hot here during summer but I have a sun canopy I can pull over her if needed. Still no issues with pests. Have been giving her a spray with insecticide every 2-3 days. Starting to feel quite confident of the outcome of this grow already. I tried to grow this strain last season but it went horribly wrong owing to some poor decisions made by myself (tried out a pine bark mulch & some 'companion plants'. Never again!).

Having this plant with the highs and lows makes me appreciate a plant like this and how strong they can be ... The growth has been quick and the bud sites have really started filing in better this second week ..can't wait for the next couple weeks and how big they be..cheers

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) I have stopped the CO2 supplementation for this week and onwards as the plants naturally slow down photosynthesis and it is not needed during the last 2 weeks of flower. Also raised the lights by 5cm to make sure the trichomes don't get damaged and also dropped the RH and temperatures even more than last week, and surely the colours are becoming more and more vibrant as the ladies are fading into their autumn shades. Feeding just water since middle last week, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out even more colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. Gold Sativa has been growing really fast. I had to take solution out of buckets right before update here. Was causing over watering issues with roots growing so fast. So providing more air space between basket, and solution. Should help her perk up a little more. This is my first run of photoperiods in DWC. I think I got most major issues resolved. Welcome to my Epic Buzz Diary sponsored my Anesia Seeds. Bit of lag in a few of my diaries. Apologise to the followers. Swapped atm. Veg Days 4-23 Days 8-28 3 weeks Plant grew really well. Really fast out the gate. Done a repeat of the hard Defoliation method used in my Ztrawberry to see can I replicate that even strong node growth. This was the 1st of very high stress defoliations that will be done. Y, well I wanna see how hardy these genes are. And how they respond to various stress factors. So, my 1st hard defol was done at the end of wk 3. I removed all the fan leafs and left the small nodes to fend for themselves in the hopes it would actually push an even node growth, instead of older bigger fan leafs drawing in more energy and therefore making bigger nodes. You may think she is small. But, look at it from the point of them just been nodes and no big ass fan leafs that make your plant look twice the size it really is. So, stripped her bare. And let her run, and oh boy she did. Lovely node growth. Very well defined. Explosive growth from about 5 days into the hard defol she took off like a bat outta hell. Really took off coming into wk 4. Sadly, this is where the good times kinda stop.. Next wk, its all down kill, hit with a serve Sulphur issue. That came on with hrs and looked like a wk old issue. The response time from growing in co2 is so quick. The plant is finding it hard to show symptoms like a normal grow, where you'd see a gradual illness occur. But, this way. You really have to be on the ball. Its definitely not something I'd recommend doing until you get a few grows under you. The slightest oversight will throw her into a tail spin. Feel free to message me if you're interested in using co2. I'm by far no expert but, I know a fair about of head knowledge and hopefully soon experiences in it also and fixes etc. Methods Will be using my hard defoliation techniques to push this girl to making nice strong nodes, hopefully, that's the idea. Thus far. Its been going to plan. I've achieved a really good solid base, to build heavy buds on. Soon I'll start to tackle some sort of shape. I had to do a repair to a snapped node. Was literally hanging on by a very thin bit. Recovered strong and has set. I might now HST the otherside to counter the energy that this side will have more of now. As when you HST break a stem and it repairs the stem itself hardens up, storing more energy/fluids and helps direct it better up through the full filled nodes, so they're not like straws. So, the broken side will act like it's been HST'ed now. This grow is going to be testing my coco based auto watering setup. The plants will eventually be going into 2.5 gallon airpots which I cut to be very tall and narrow which I hope will give great performance for this grow style. Nutrient solution will be pumped from a 5 gallon bucket to halo-style drip emitters 6 times a day for 5-10 second intervals. I am going to try to use inline flow control knobs to dial in the watering and allow for slight runoff every fertigation. For lighting I am using my HLG 100 watt lights, one per plant. I am a big fan of these quantum boards, they have given great performance in the past! Thanks for reading! 🌱👍 May 13 day 1: the Blackberry breached after germinating in a rapid rooter for 2 days. I am impressed with how quickly this seed popped! It had no issues with stuck seed casings, which I find is the main downside of germinating in rapid rooters. I am excited about this one! May 16 day 3: Auto watering drip emitters are set up, and I am testing them to dial in the amount of runoff it produces. I also planted the seedlings/rapid rooters into 1 litre grow bags and began feeding nutrients. They are still under the humidity dome for now for the time being and seem to be doing well. Day 4: seedlings doing well, they are staying under the dome untill they grow their next set of leaves, then I will take them out and run a humidifier.

Happy with all the weight gain on this lady over this week. Last feed of compost tea. Lady is ready for flush to start!

3 Phenos of Wedding Glue. Dense Nugs I tried three types of training intensities. Pheno 1 I topped all cola sites twice for more tops. Pheno 2 I topped each site once. Pheno 3 I topped the main cola once and tied down the whole plant. Pheno 1 will have the the biggest harvest. Pheno 2 will have the most trichomes and turning purple. Pheno 3 has the largest orange colas. Going to push the trichomes this time. The trichomes are finally starting to turn milky. They were clear for a long time it seemed. I am anxious to harvest these plants and try the flower.

This lady has been such a pleasure to grow. While she is a little tall on the main stem, I'm thinking my reward might be a great cola. She has really responded well to little effort and consistent water and nutes. Starting to throw off some resin and a bit of a scent.

Esta semana podar, clonar y voy adquirir nuevos productos. **6.1.1.- CLONACIÓN DIA8: Ya toca hacer podita, para este tipo de cultivo (SOG) interesa que las plantas tengan un cogollo central… y todo lo demás sobra! Trataremos de sacar unos esquejes para tener esta genética presente, creo que saldrán bastantes, aunque la verdad voy a tener que hacer milagros porque son muy pequeños, pero estoy seguro que saldrán adelante. Si todo va bien la segunda parte de este seguimiento tendrá que ver con esos clones. Vais alucinar con la poda tan agresiva que les he practicado, pero les va a venir bien. Saco todas las plantas para hacer una inspección de forma individual.
