I am dropping a seed from Pure Instinto Seeds called Gorilla Cookies. I am grow it under the Spider Farmer G3000. The light use to be named the G300w. I scuffed the seed and have placed it in water. It is on a Spider Farmer germination mat for a little warmth. It will remain in the cup for 24 to 48 hours. Basically once I get a tap root started. I will put her in a 4 gallons of coco/perlite substrate. My schedule is about a 9 week vegging then flipping to flowering. 🤞🏻 for a great grow. Getting so frosty that the leaves look like cotton balls but the buds ain’t fattening like my mango chutney and critical Kush is! Mind you, the don’t have that frost that gorilla Zkittlez does lol

Everything is dense with tight buds. Decent yield to her, I think. Nice light green color and smells. Fruity/blueberry scentbto her for sure. Going to be harvesting in less then a Week. I started flushing a couple days ago. I want to let her pot dry out, become lighter in weight, before I chop it. To ensure she's properly flushed and because I'm going to chop as an entire plant so If I chop it when the container's lighter then heavy, it'll dry faster for trimming/jarring/curing. All the hairs appear to be orange and curling back in; if not already done so. I checked with my scope and am beginning to notice amber trichomes far and few. Another reason im giving her another 4-5 days before taking it down. Definitely there, but i like to wait a tad bit longer. Also, I feel the flush is important, although others can say otherwise.

This is my side-grow. I do have 2 girls in flower, but I wanted to fill my room, and I started these as soon as I could. This is my first time (Well second, counting the flowering girls) growing in coco, and I still not all sure what I do, but I will try my best to do right, and learn from this. I am using RO water. The girls are on day 22, and everything seems to go good. I see they are dark green and are going to lay down on the nutrients on the next feed. The girls have been topped around day 12, and later done LST Day 24: Decided to do some more LST on these girls. Girls are growing strong, and looks healthy, other than they are a little dark greenish Day 26: The dark green leaves are getting worse. They are almost shining, and I'm sure I have a Nitrogen toxicity. I think I mad a bum-bum, giving my babies the nutrient water for my grown-ups 😱, so I have given them a good flush with ph 6.0~ RO water, and let them dry out, before giving them a light-mix, and hopefully this will do the trick as they are still growing strong 💪

Had a small issue this week where temp dropped a bit, I was on vacation for a few days and a window got left open to the room the tent is in. The room got down to 62f with the lights on. lights off temp wasn't much cooler. I noticed some canoeing on leaves near the center of the room, I am hoping this was just caused by the temperature stress that happened by the sudden drop. I fixed the temp and issue and it should be back to normal. Trichome's look great under microscope. Getting tightly packed and very cloudy, very little amber color at this point. Cheese #1 Has swelled up quite a bit over the last 5 days, The buds on it are noticeably larger than the ones on Cheese #2 I have moved the led light to cast more on cheese #2 in hopes to get the buds on it to catch up to #1 Still dealing with small calcium deficiencies, I will do a light flush this week of 1/2 strength nutrients and Cal at 6.5 Mid Weekupdate: Flushed plants with 1/3rd nutrient dose and full strength cal mag. Adjusted ph. to 6.5 to allow for better uptake of calcium. The calcium issue isnt bad just some small spotting but I am trying to get ahead of it as there is supposed to be 4 weeks left on the strain. The buds have started to tighten and get more dense. Hairs are about 40% red, some are receding into the bud. Smells like citrus.

Its finally harvest day. It seems she would need 4-5 days more until harvest but she is to small and she cost me too much so i harvest her with the other small ones to get space for another plant.

👉With each day it grows a noticeable amount. Its staying short and the leaves are actually touching the media on the lower set. Its actually on its 3rd node, and i will probably top it on the 4rth. I lowered the light from 36 to 24". This week i will lower it again to 18". The plant is short but its growth is still vigorous enough. under the leaves there is vegitation emerging as well. I like the fact that its staying short, I will probably need every inch of of my tent so the longer its stays short and grows like a bush, the better. 👉Im doing the week 3 nutrient schedule for another week because week 3 is the highest levels of grow nutrient. My EC target is 1.7 and is near the high end of the recommended range. I usually start with 2 gallons and then mix and pH the batch. If the EC is high I then ad pHd/calmag/ArmorSI water to lower the EC to the desired range. Im feeding 1 liter of nutrient solution and the runoff is an average of .6l. I give this 2x a day. The EC is slowly creeps up over 3-4 days and when it gets to 25 to 30+ EC I use a liter of rinse solution before the next fertigation. the rinse solution is same water source as the nutrient mix, (RO water at 5 micro-Siemens from a medical grade RO unit) with Armor SI and Calmag pH's to 5.9. The machine isnt at my house so I mule the water in 6 gallon water carriers. Eventually the plant will be big enough that more solution is needed at each feeding. During the Critical Purple and Hindu grows, the EC would actually never guild up because the plants were absorbing a lot of the nutrients. I will gauge the needed inflow volume of nutrient solution by the amount of run-off. Currently 1 liter is what I determined is the minimum needed to keep the coco wet and buffered. As the plant absorbs more water the drain off will decrease. I will target 20-30% run-off from inflow volume. EC value also determines inflow volume but to save on mixed nutrients I like to precede a feeding with the rinse solution if the EC is too high. 👉I disinfect the water jugs 1 time a week with 1% bleach. I disinfect my nutrient solution dispensing jugs at each batch mixing. My watering can and measuring vessel, I rinse with the H2O2 spray at each use. 👉To help keep the grow clean I have a 1 gallon garden sprayer filled with water and 60ml of H2O2. The recipe is usually just 30ml/gallon, but I wanted it a little stronger. I spray the exterior of my cloth pot once a week to rinse of the build up nutrients and prevent mold, mildew and green fungus. I also use the spray to disinfect the drain trays as I swap them out after a feeding. I have a couple dozen white wash cloths that I use to help clean and dry things. I use fresh wash cloth each day, and keep everything as clean as possible.

I cut it today and it was a nice plant 🍃 and I faced some difficulties in the beginning, but I had a challenge. I thanks to everyone who supported me . I will keep you posted after dry .

Big lady, what a wonderful bush full of sweet and fat black cherry punch flowers I'm growing man, I'm so happy to be able to grow this strain 2 phenos are a little small but very sticky and full of quality, super sweet aroma very fruity, I love this strain, I hope to be able to select some phenos with this genetic in the future, very recomended guys!

This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality.
