Things progressing, does defoliation really improve yield? I’m hearing conflicting arguments

She is all done stretching now and soon will have fat smelly buds. She's doubles in size in the past week progress has been great coco coir is defiantly the way forward! Feeding 7L ever other day have switched to bloom feed. Install a carbon filter and extractor fan to bring the tempter down and fam to keep buds from roating. Will need to get a better reflector to allow more light to reach the edges of the tent.

Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 27/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.4PH water with 0,5ml of each: Grow, Bloom and Max, and 1ml of each: Heaven, Alga-mic and Vera, I use about 1/3 of the nutrient dosage on the chart, to achieve about 200/300PPM (500 scale). 01/01/2020 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.4PH water with 0,25ml of Grow, 0,75ml Bloom and 0.5ml Max, and 2ml of each: Heaven, Alga-mic and Vera, mesured about 280PPM (500 scale).

The buds are still growing and I have already discovered the first amber-coloured trichomes on Bruce Banner and S.A.D. #4. I think the harvest will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Until then, I will continue to observe the trichomes with the microscope.

2/26: Harvested both Black Jacks and both Gorilla Girls tonight. They got a rough live trim, then chopped, washed, and hung to drip dry. Big, heavy, frosty buds on all 4 of them!👍 3/2: Still drying in the closet...amazing aromas!

That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed. Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B) 15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active. 🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on. 📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range. Slight tip burn early week → gone after pH stabilized. first 2 plants are lemon cherry cookies auto and last one is frozen face auto the white stigmas and streaching side branches are streaching outwards I’ve done more lst and defoleation for light penetration to each bud site

Growing for seed but will use weed for concentrates ( hashish)😁 06/06/2018 Begin 11.5 - 12.5 light schedule, try to get buds fattened up looking for heavy crop of seeds. Also looking at trichomes for maturity, get as many ripe seeds as possible. Ps.found first fully ripe seed today!👍

Looking back at recent weeks I realized that I mustve had a weird filter put over my pictures because some spots of most of my pictures are really unnaturally green looking. It kinda angers me but I fixed it, quality of my pictures looks much better now. Picture 1 - Day 36 - Beginning of Week 6 Video 2 - Day 36 - Just a quick vid of how things are looking in the tent rn. The jamaicans are growing good too. Picture 3 - Day 36 - Dwarf 1 looking good, he has stopped stretching now at 70cm. Picture 4 & 5 - Day 36 - Buds on Dwarf 1. Picture 6 - Day 36 - Dwarf 2.1 has weird looking new growth and isnt growing as fast as Dwarf 1, I think he will probably stretch a lot soon since he is in flower now. Picture 7 & 8 - Day 36 - Dwarf 2.1 shooting pistils. Picture 9 - Day 37 - Dwarf 1 going ok. Picture 10 - Day 37 - Trimmed of some of the dying lower leaves of dwarf 1, still contemplating a flush on both the dwarfs. Picture 11 - Day 37 - Dwarf 2.1 also going good. Picture 12 - Day 39 - Dwarf 1 going strong. Will flush at next watering. Picture 13 - Day 39 - Dwarf 2.1 also going good. Picture 14 - Day 40 - Just a quick vid of current setup, started lst on the jamaican pearl that I topped. Picture 15 - Day 40 - Dwarf 1 is developing a lot of buds. Loved growing this for my first plant it impressed me throughout and was all worth it the buds taste great, not the biggest as I made a few mistakes throughout but the quality is definitely there, excellent flavours now cured will definitely grow this again with a few changes love it!

Day 71. Girls just perfect ;))) As any grower i would want, bigger, fatter, stronger, but they are in that range anyway, now main thing not to screw up ;))) Girls on nute, water, water+calmag, water+silicaAcid, water+molasses rhythm and just love life ! Day 72. Got more presents, thank You Zamnesia ! Asked for 4 strains, got 2 ;))) Still 10 beans and full grow by one house, like i always try to do. Always wanted to try out Runtz, all grows that i saw - was sick ! Kalini Asia - new taste and strain for me 4sure ! Day 76. All is good , they are missing CalMag from those lights a bit and with such amount of buds, but should be fine. Todays watering was only with CalMag, ph 6.5. Next watering full nute blast, should be fun to observe, they are starving a bit , so i hope for huge grow rate after. Tried 4 month cured weed at a friends, he had to chop girl on week 6 of flower, with nutes still being fed. After an hour head pain , ash was still black ... I would never try not to flush .... Happy growing !

Week 3 is plagued by heat, as am i. Was on work trip during week 2 - 3, SO did some work on her, she did fine, Plant did good as well. As noted in the beginning of the diary, i will continuosly remove Fan Leaves of the Main stem throughout Veg, Defoliate a lot and later maybe pull out the scrog. Transplanted on the one day i was home at Day 16, from 3L Plastic Pot to 20L Airpot, but my GOD was she already rooted, not bound, but already some ring roots. Watered her in until some runoff after a Watering by SO on Day 14. Day 14 was 0.8L 5.8 PH 1ml/L Power Roots and 2.5ml/L Terra Grow. Also First Defoliation. Day 16 was Transplant, Watered her in with 3L, 5.9PH, 1ml/L Power Roots and 0.5ml/L Terra Grow, and a bunch of Great White Mycorhizzae sprinkled around the rootball. 20L is also filled with Plagron Terra Lightmix, Rice Husks, and a dash of limestone. Rest of the week went fine, albeit very hot. Shes pulling through though!

Hi growers! this is my first grow and I will try to be as detailed as possible. The first video is day 2 and the second video is day 6. The first pot is the Fast buds BlackBerry Auto, second pot is the Fast buds Zkittles Auto and the Two at the back are the SweetSeeds Honey Peach CBD. originally the back left pot was meant to be a Fast buds Tangie'matic but the seed didn't germinate so around day 4 of the grow I decided to germinate another Honey Peach CBD Seed. Equipment using is: 2 x 300w Viperspectra LED Lights 4 x 12L Fabric Pots 2 x 9" Clip Fans 1 Standing oscillating fan 1 Thermostat with RH reading and a cheapish Carbon Filter kit from EBay. As this is my first grow i have been on quite a tight budget but if things go well I will be slowly upgrading all of the equipment over time. Notes: As you can tell by the video I am very limited to space, I can't remember the exact measurements but I think its 48inches cubed

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.
