Week 12 for Moby Dick by fastbuds, She's seems to be running out of food in her pot from the yellow leafing going on. Been giving her FFJ to finish her off. From the way she looks you'd say she's close to finishing but her actual buds don't look anywhere finished... Thinking of adding a little compost to the top soil to try give her extra food😇 She didn't handle the heat greatly.. got a few leaf's burnt but seemed to only be the yellow leaves.

No os e comentado creo pero hasta ahora hay 2 armarios, uno con 100w y otro con 150w en el de 100w hay 4 red cookies gelato en 7L.y en el de 150w hay 5 ejemplares de red cookies gelato en 15L de maceta. El cual en donde practique el crooping fue en el de 150w , que veréis todos los céntrales partidos . Hasta ahora alimentado total con bases de advanced nutrients más big bud y bud candy. E tenido algún problemita en la sala con las humedades que pronto estará solucionado aunque no fue mucho hay que decirlo todo. ( máximas en interior de 70 % en pico alto…) eso está mal así que la solución es un deshumidificador potente y a seguir. Hasta aquí todo espero que disfrutéis con los diarios y buenos humos 💨💨💨

Cosecha: -632 gramos secos, mucho más de lo que esperaba. -buen sabor, olor potente, efecto muy cerebral. -me atrase en varios procesos, lo que alargó al menos en unas 2 semanas el cultivo, sin cometer los mismos errores creo que se puede lograr más cantidad y más rápido. -Advanced nutrients siempre me ha dado buen resultado, aunque los productos son caros, en el segundo cultivo estoy probando otro fertilizante más barato y hasta ahora con excelentes resultados. -seguiré usando el mismo sustrato(turba + vermiculita en proporción 50/50). -en el segundo cultivo(Jamaican Dream 2) es posible que la cosecha sea más grande y más rápida, ya que voy aprendiendo de los errores cometidos y voy refinando el método. Quite good result considering that she only got around 6h of sunlight, the buds didn't grew too big but they have a lot of THC, this is perfect for people who live in the city and just want to grow some small plants on the balcony without getting too much attention, the smell was really sweet and she offers a good resistance against bugs, and i didn't even applied any insecticide. We are going to use this plant to do a fresh frozen extraction 😁

I really hope they get back on track with the new nutrient regime. 2/8/2021 - 4 seedlings transplanted to larger 3 x 3 inch rockwool cubes to allow the seedlings to establish its roots first before transplanting to the RDWC system. 6/8/2021 - 2 plants are relatively normal looking but the other 2 looks deformed. I'm quite unhappy with the seed performance thus far. Poor germination rate, inconsistent genetics and weird phenotype. I wonder where Weedseedexpress sourced the Harlequin seeds from.

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. It was time to open the pot again and have look at what's going on. Did the Living consume all the leaves yet or is there a nice mold coming through? My youngest didn't like the taste of that particular banana so we tossed it in the pot as well. 3L of dechlorinated tapwater, with no feed and no microbes. PH Min to 6.3 ---------------------------------------- June 29 The medium was so dry, I had to water the pot first before any digging could take place. I was seriously concerned for the Army, having to withstand these temperatures. To my surprise, I actually found a couple still! Unfortunately the banana was all but untouched. That wasn't cool, digging it up and it not being infested with Worms. I'm holding my breath for next week. I flushed the pots once this week. And use once with enhancer and a very small dose of shrot flowering fertilizer. And I tried very hard to lower the humidity and make the daytime temperature not more than 25 degrees 💐🛸👽💥1

Hello present and future growmies! Welcome to the start of week 9 for Queen Citronella. First things first, please go and check week 8, I update daily and the week is now complete. Day 57: Her majesty is parched and so overgrown in her space that I've decided to give her a haircut. It will hopefully make her easier to move about too. I've fertigated 10l today and performed LST adjustments and significant defoliation. Made a little collage to show the training I did. Day 58: Tried to colour correct photos. Any good? Day 60: Disaster! SOMETHING has gone horribly wrong! The Queen is unwell and now I shall try to figure out why. It seems like heat stress but I don't get how. Alright I think it is heat stress but I am not sure how, the temp hasn't gone above 26 degrees to my knowledge. Two things have changed this week first my house has been about 3 degrees warmer, and second I switched the main tent to 20 hours. I wonder if the additional time and the extra heat in the house has caused it to get too high. I have opened a flap at the side of her tent, and I am going to drop the light in the main tent down to 19h. As well as this I am now leaving a window open when the lights are on. Hopefully I can stop it getting worse but it is all over the plant. :( Okay soI think I have caused nute tox/shock - specifically I think what happened was an accidental big overdose of CalMag raising the EC too high. These symptoms came on way too fast to be a simple deficiency or lock out, and the PH wasn't so far off as to cause these issues. I've treble checked and the temp hasn't exceeded 26 degrees, nor dropped below 17. I flushed her through with PH water today approx 40 litres - until runoff was clear and correct PH. I am not going to nute her for a day or two. Day 62: I have ordered the queen a new tent. 75 x 75 x 200. She's still asleep at the moment but I'll photo her later. She's really taken a hammering from, what I now believe is, nutrient toxicity. Day 62: Her majesty is looking much revived compared with the last few days. I THINK she will be ok. I've made a video assessing the damage. Ouch. Sorry your majesty, please not off with my head! Day 63: Alright I have a new tent for her majesty arriving next week and I've new airflow for the main tent. She seems to have recovered from the burn and is stretching again. End of week summary: First big mistake and first serious issues for Citronella. Sorry about that. However she has now recovered and is growing again. I cannot undo the damage but I think I have halted any further damage. Let's see what happens next week.

We are starting to get the nitrogen issue handled. She was almost white! lol now all new growth is a healthy green, just in time to stop, and start giving her Phos. She just ate every drop of nutrients out of her soil during stretch. I think the white spots on some of the leaves are light bleaching so we went ahead and raised the lights another 12" to 36" total now. We also noticed it looks like her roots receded back into the soil some? Does that make sense? Surprised by how well the water is wicked to the medium from the water bottle, it took a long time, but wick works as intended. I was unsure how much if any nutrient would be transferred via wick but the high salt content altered pH at certain parts. Right before the symptoms arose I decided to supercrop the stem top to bottom on one plant, shortly thereafter the burning happened from the same plant from running 8.0 pH, and nutrient uptake ground to a halt on the plant that was dealing with stress. She doesn't seem happy. Remedied with aluminum sulfate, things seem to be coming back to normal. I need to be more careful with salts. I need MOAR knowledge. How many weeks shall we veg? Going to take a while to fill that canopy with just two plants, should probably start topping now but I'll wait until pH problem Is remedied first, a couple more days hopefully 🙏. I defoliated maybe 6 bigger leaves that had burned yellow on one plant, as it comes back to optimal range, this will be a good opportunity to observe the subtle differences that early defoliation can make. Added a pound of tourmaline powder and biochar, both increase soil urease and invertase activities. *2025 Didn't charge the biochar skewing my ph drastically. Urease is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea into CO2 and NH3 and is a key component in the nitrogen cycle in soils. Invertase (d-fructofuranosidfructohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.26) is the enzyme that capable both break down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage between d-glucose and d-fructose of sucrose and transferring αβ-D-O-fructofuranoside residue to an acceptor substrate (Toledo et al., 2019). Since tourmaline is widely distributed in the natural environment and has many excellent physical and chemical properties including radiating far infrared energy, permanently releasing negative ions, producing an electrostatic field, releasing rare microelements, and stimulating the growth and metabolism of microorganisms and plants, tourmaline had been conducted to alleviate potential environmental pollution. Perfect for how much seaweed I've added just incase.

30% of the pistils are brown now. Trichrome are 100% milky. Started flushing on this week. I hope that buds are still going to fatten up a lititle before harvest.
