2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. The short one is budding up nicely, but the taller one is still stretching. The short one looks to be considerably more indica than the other. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights. 2/12: Today, I tackled the project to raise my ceiling another foot. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. I sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: The taller one is still stretching a little bit, but the 2-footer is just budding up. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

Week 8 all fem plants had one watering with just water and 2ml/L florakleen in order to prepare the soil for bloom nuts in the end of the week. Temp in dark period increased a couple of degrees and they already look slightly better. Auto noname strain must be about 15-20 days from ready to harvest 😝

"Impossibility is a kiss away from reality." —Amanita I am really impressed with the RQS products, especially the easy bost. I think the micronutrients are a bit strong. With the bactohemp the plants have developed very well. I am normally a plagron fan and ordered the RQS batch out of curiosity. Now I regret not having bought the RQS mycorhizas as well. However, the bactohemp also works very well. I had ants and they went away with the cinnamon tea. I have applied spruzit twice and once alg a mic as a foliar nutrient. I think the micronutrients from RQS are a bit strong and I advise to dissolve them in 12 litres of water or more. But this is just a guess. Next week I will use them more dissolved and I will explain. I have not used the easy grow but instead I have started to use sugar royal from plagron. However, I am impressed with how the RQS autos grow. Next batch I will use Mafia Seeds with the easy bost and the RQS mycorrhizas. The RQS pots are also a marvel. I am glad to have had the opportunity to use these products. Plagron soil with coco fiber (2:1), mycorrhiza from bactohemp, some neem powder and the easy bost from RQS in the marevelous pots also from RQS are a working very well this year.

D71/F24 - 11.29 - There's not much to say about these two. They didn't even hiccup after the defoliation, though it does appear their stretch has just about finished. They both have fat greasy prebuds right now, and the Passion Berry has particularly long pistils. Added 10L to the reservoir, and turned it on for a couple of minutes. 11-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 21 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 52% (lowest) 12-4 Temperature: 25.5 degrees (lights on) 22 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 57% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. 13-4 Temperature: 26.5 degrees (lights on) 23 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 56% (lowest) 14-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 45% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. The reservoir is almost empty, there is 850 ml left. 15-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 20 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 59% (highest) 49% (lowest) No pictures. 16-4 Temperature: 23.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 53% (lowest) Today i defoliated both plants heavily for the last time, you can say i did a method called: schwazzing. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Going for another run at drunken bitch slap. Last attempt HPLVD destroyed everything. So all new equipment from new buckets to new light. Which is the HortibloomLED Solux 350. I have it on at 50 percent. Virus is gone as far as I can tell after resetting everything. Plus extra sterilization I have been doing. So she germinated, and sprout well. Everything is looking pretty good at the moment. Welcome to the second week, the plants continue to grow steadily and healthy. The temperature in the tent is a steady between 22 and 25 degree Celsius. I am beginning to add my nutrients to the water. I use Canna, I always start with the CalMag additive, and from there i add the proper nutrient for the plants current phase. Its a bit difficult to type in the exact values of what I use in the diary, so I will have it exactly written in the Week comments most likely. I prepare a 10L watering can, there i add CalMag, and after that Terra Vega. As this is the first dose for the plants, i start off easy with 8ml/10L, that water should suffice for the next two days. After that is used up, I will raise that continuously. Im happy with how they are growing. Thanks for everyone who’s tuning in and have a good day :)

We had a mainline break and the clone is doing well so far so good but this main line break down the main stem with actually a blessing in disguise. Next week's post you will see all the new colas that were formed as a result of the stress induced here I will create an artificial knuckle using wire, masking tape and gorilla glue. The reason I will reinforce it is so that when I do high stress training again the split won't break open again.

Hey growmies! This is always amongst my favorite weeks of growing, week 4 of flower. The stretching stops and our flowers start the long, beautiful process of fattening up! throughout this week I kept pulling off fan leaves, I know it's controversial with autoflowers, but this girl is big and has a lot of fan leaves. I started using my PK booster this week, lil buds are getting stickier and fatter every day, check out the timelapse! If this flower finishes nicely then the competition is already a W for me, since we would be looking at a decent harvest and weed is a great reward in itself! hope to see you next week

Cellular respiration is the fundamental metabolic process that occurs in all living plant cells (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds) to convert glucose into usable energy (ATP). It requires oxygen and produces carbon dioxide and water as byproducts. Root respiration is not a separate type of respiration, but rather a specific instance of cellular respiration occurring in the roots. Roots absorb oxygen from the air spaces in the soil to fuel their energy needs. Roots require a substantial amount of ATP for essential functions like nutrient and water absorption, as well as growth and maintenance of their tissues. The primary form of respiration in healthy plant roots is aerobic respiration, which is highly efficient, yielding up to 30-38 ATP molecules per glucose molecule. Anaerobic Respiration (Inefficient): If roots are deprived of oxygen (e.g., in waterlogged soil), they switch to anaerobic respiration, which is far less efficient, producing only 2 ATP molecules per glucose molecule and also generating alcohol, which can be toxic and kill the plant. A soil without organic matter will generally have a low Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Biochar is often prized for its potential to increase soil cation exchange capacity (CEC), but this effect is highly dependent on the specific properties of the biochar (feedstock and pyrolysis temperature) and the soil type to which it is applied. High-ash biochars, especially those produced at lower temperatures and applied to acidic or sandy soils, can significantly boost CEC by providing abundant binding sites for cations like calcium (Ca²⁺), magnesium (Mg²⁺), and potassium (K⁺). Biochar is more sustainable than typical organic matter for long-term soil improvement primarily due to its high stability and resistance to microbial decomposition, allowing it to persist in the soil for hundreds to thousands of years. This longevity provides a lasting positive effect on soil properties, particularly by increasing the cation exchange capacity (CEC) over time, while regular organic matter breaks down much faster. Biochar generally offers a much higher CEC than coco coir, though specific values vary greatly; while coco coir might sit around 40-60 cmol/kg, biochar can range from tens to over 200 cmol/kg, with sources like Acacia wood biochar or even coconut shell biochar often surpassing coco's capacity due to its porous structure, creating significantly more cation-binding sites for nutrients, making it superior for nutrient retention. Needs to be charged similar to coco but at a much higger rate. But shhhh.. it's a secret. Recommend a balanced ratio of key cations, particularly calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K). A widely accepted general "ideal soil" cation saturation ratio is approximately 65-85% Ca, 6-12% Mg, and 2-5% K. That's roughly what mine gets.

So week two finished and I think she is looking well, this is my first ever grow so anyone sees anything I'm doing wrong do let me know as im here to learn, my next thing im pondering for this week is she ready to be tied down (LST)? She is standing around 5.5 Inches and has leaves and shoots coming off everywhere.. lets see what week 3 brings hopefully she carries on as she has been doing.

Day 84: The Lsd25 are finally ready for a wet trim and hanging. I would normally hang compete until dry then trim but due to the already present budrot ( sorted out now and Neutralized) , I am going for a wet trim to get some density out for their drying. They have been good to grow but like the BlackBerry , I dont think their yield will be shattering any records. The LOS girl has a major case of leaf mould due to the dark period of 4 days and not enough airflow. Sorted with a bud wash and shake dry. They will be both trimmed up this evening for their slow steady dry. The previously dries #2 is curing now and gave me 41g of very nice buds. Will do a full harvest report as soon as they are ready for jarring. Peace and love folks.
