Hey Guys! Super excited this week! I've really been wanting to try growing outdoors, so I built a cheap hoop house! Got most of this stuff for the frame from Lowes under 300$. All the soil products I got from GrowGreenMI. Some really cool people out there. One thing I'm super worried about is drainage. Right now those holes are about 4 feet deep and they've got about 4 inches of water in them already. What's been cautioned is that, eventually, about 2 months in these plants roots will grow and reach the bottom and cause root rot to form. One of the biggest things I was trying to be wary of was causing root rot. This was also the biggest precautionary measure I took when mixing the soil. Adding the extra perlite, coco, and clay pebbles. Best advice right now is to build the soil up on the holes another 16 to 18 inches and possible stick a PVC pipe down to the lowest drainage point of the hole to allow some of that natural occurring water to evaporate. Any advice anyone has on it is welcomed! Making a compost tea for the soil outdoors, will probably put 2 cups in each RDWC bucket as well and let that do it's magic for a day or so before nutrient change. Raised the bed about 14 inches as well! All the seeds sank! Off to a good start! Lol

I increased the amount of nuts to: - 0,25 mS/cm - Calimagic - 0,6 mS/cm - BioGrow - ph - 5.8 Started the LST training by day 40 and also took the box that was underneath the pots to increase the light distance.

24/05/2024 lowered the rh to 50% made the silly mistake to overwater but a few days without watering and its like it never happened started watering less but more regularly 25/05/2024 Led on full blast, Rh at 50% but inside temp raised to 27º the plants seem to enjoy the environment 03/06/2024 added kelp meal to soil. 04/06/2024 defoliated and watered 2 days straight for the first time, the plants drank 2L each in one day. 05/06/2024 topped + LST 🤞🏻

Cali crasher is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She had a solution change today. light defoliation as well. 🤞🏻 she don't stretch too much in the next few weeks. Oct 26, 2019 Orange Juice (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (30% Indica/70% Sativa) (63-70 days) Blueberry Headband (2) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (70% Indica/30% Sativa) (65-70 days) Cheese (1) – Day 29 Veg/Day 0 Flower (60% Indica/40% Sativa) (50-60 days) Several issues have been corrected in the last 48 hours. Also, a new LST technique I’m trying. First, am PHing everything. The RO water that I use is 7 or above. Not ideal and has caused some nutrient lockout. Second, lowered the light Much closer. At 100% power, my light is best for veg at 24” and for flower at 18”. The light was at around 36” or more from the canopy. Third, I put a weakass fan drawing air down a 2 1/2“ pipe from the top of the grow closet to about 6-8” above the floor. Meant to recycle some of the warm air. Have seen instant results. It is actually easier keeping the environment consistent. My overnight temp is now 20-22C and daytime is 27-25C. Only a 5 degree difference. Have started making tea from Gaia fertilizer, seaweed extract, Epsom salts and Molasses. PH 6.2-6.8. Feeding every second watering.

Not seen as much bud development as I thought I would have upto now. Trichomes on #3 is amazing way more than #2. As mentioned in previous weeks comments this week is a big week. As you may have seen I have been using the TS1000 for veg and flower upto now. I now have a FC-E4800 from Mars hydro. As these plants are in the corner and side of my grow tent they will be getting a lot more light than the ts1000 was able to offer. Exited for future runs with this light!

Day 22, 11th of October 2021: Helllooooo there. 1st day of the 4th week. Let's see how it goes.... we crazy... So: Mastodon Kush absolutely killing it.... just grow and grow another LST is performed. So one goes that way another one another way lol. Healthy and beautiful 😍 RQS girls both of them do well Cookies Gelato amazing lady.... LST performed. And no complain also about Northern Light neither.... She also deserved an LST training. And finally Spliff Seed girls: Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry are one week younger but they pickin' up quick so soon it can not be seen. Anyways all good yes they grew a lot. CBD Medi Kush is amazing I fimmed a bit by accident of the top "head" no problem at all and again continued with LST. She is a beast. Blue Berry seems to be a bit "pale" let's say light but apart from that she is more than okay. LST is done on her too... Afghani Gold I just love her chunky indica comin' I can see the leaves lol. She received her first LST as well. Spliffs Strawberry is alright as well so I am happy. Actually, not much has changed since last week I just set the lamp back to 125W so approx 40% of the max and the water intake is more a bit so: Lamp is set to be on 125W approx 40% of the full power..... Humidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation switches on in every 2 hours for 5 min.... Watering like 0.08l per day.... Fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family - BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax... so these ones 2x a week.... Epsom salt.... 1x a week.... Ratio can be found above. That's all basically. Great growth from all the girls this week. Stretched massively. I have done a major defoliation to let more light to bud sights. 95% flowers are in light now. I will do another Small defoliation next week. Dry amended top soil with bat guano, worm castings and bio life. Should be enough to bring them into mid flower. I had a slight fungus knat issue but got some nematodes and they are starting to clear along with sticky traps. I have also taken cuttings from a few of the girls to cross a few of the stronger strains and create my own strain. First time I will be doing this so excited to see how it turns out.

The alien vs Triangle has been putting on some weight this last week. Doing my version of the nectar flush. She is very resinous and is definitely the biggest auto that I have grown. Even her lowers look great. Fading out nicely from the bottom, up.

After the successful transplant into the 25-gallon fabric pots, the root systems are clearly enjoying the extra breathing room. This week is all about managing that explosive growth and setting a solid foundation for the structure of the plants. #Environmental Conditions Location: Outdoor Deck Climate: High plains (Variable temperatures and shifting winds) Sunlight: Full sun (approx. 14+ hours of daylight) Garden Updates & Maintenance The focus this week has shifted from recovery to Low Stress Training (LST). Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. Plans for Week 10 * Continue adjusting the ties on the LST setup. * Monitor for any early signs of "the stretch."
