Also look up lollipoping, it's essentially getting rid of all the bottom parts of the branches. As the plants haven't been trained they still have that one big bud in the middle. By taking away all the lowest bud sites on the side branches you will increase the size of the buds at the tops of the side branches.

All looks good from what I can see. You have some space in that net that you can force some of those tall side branches through and under. The buds that would grow up the stem will shoot off and create a new branch. All looks good my mate.
