sound week on the soil. this grow is really lovely. starting to see some promising bud sites. I think i might trim too much but i want the buds to get the light.

Another steady week of bud development. I haven't really done much with those apart from the occasional removal of yellow leaves and tucking nuisance leaves under the net. The plants are all still growing in line with the previous expectations, with Topping and LST being the biggest, Mainlined next and then LST only in last place. It will be interesting to see the results though. Should only be a few more weeks until harvest, as a large majority of trichomes are already milky.

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

Strawberry Gorilla Automatic - FastBuds Day 57 - watered with 500ml of RO tap water with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. Considering her pot size, I'm seriously impressed with the size of bud growing on this plant!! She's so beautiful too, a full spectrum of colour, from her flower to her leaves👏🏻 She's also started to smell really good, because she's the only flowering plant in the tent right now, you just get a wonderful bang off it when the tent opens 👌🏻. Not much work on her again this week, just her second daily watering with 500ml 👍🏻

The Case of the Overdosing Indica: Act II - Week 8, The Heat is On (and the Flowers Are MIA) Brandenburg's sunshine streak is back, relentless as a crooked cop on the make. Auto Overdose, bless her green heart, seems to be taking it all in stride. Though the growth's slowed to a crawl – just a measly 4cm this week. Not exactly setting any world records. And here's the kicker, folks. Still no sign of those flowers we were promised. Starting to think this "auto" label is about as reliable as a dame with a gambling habit. Maybe this dame's playing a long game, one that don't involve the fireworks I was promised. Had to give her a little tough love this week. Took out some of the deadwood – leaves yellowing at the edges, smaller branches reaching for sunshine they ain't gonna get. Gotta focus on the main event, right? This dame's starting to sweat under the pressure, and so am I. Stay tuned, folks, the plot's getting thicker than a bowl of undercooked porridge in a cheap diner.

Start of week 9, lots of leave are dying, but there was bud growth during the previous week. This will be the last feeding before flushing next Sunday. Some of thehe branches are very heavy, they twist and bend if not supported, hopefully that is a sign of bud weight and not weak stems.

8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. I DONT SEE ADULT THRIPS BUT I SEE THE EGGS AND SHIT IN THE CREVICE AND SOMETHING IS COMING AND EARING SMALL LOWER FOLIAGE. I RIPPED TWO INTERIOR BRANCHES OFF THE PLANTS I TREATED BEFORE WITH CITRIC ACID BECAUSE I FOUND A COUPLE STOPS OF MOLD ON THE STEM. AFTER RESEARCHING THRIPS WITH A.I. UNTIL IT LITERALLY CHANGED PROTOVAL AND STOPPED HELPING ME SAYING IT DANT HELP CULT8VATE CANNABIS AFTER GIVING ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS AND OPTIONS. I SCREENSHOTTED THEM THOUGH. I USED THE SAME MIXTURE OF CITRIC ACID AMD DAWN ONLY HALF STRENGTH AND HIT THE 10TH PLANET AND PINK KUSH THAT ARE PATIENT ZERO. THEN I TOOK A SPONGE AND EITHER DEFOLIATED OR WIPED THE LEAVES WITH A SPONGE AND SAME CONCOTION ON THE SPECIAL KUSH IN THE TEN. I DEFOLIATED MORE AND THEN "SPOT TREATED" A FEW LEAVES ON A BOTTOM BRANCH OF THE 10TH PLANET WITH MITE X. I'M WAITING UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE THE RESULTS AND BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE ORGANOCIDE BEE SAFE AND I KNOW IT WORKS GOOD BUT IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT. IM HOPING ILL FIGURE THIS OUT. 8/24 Didn't have time to do a video or take any pictures. I pit a lot of work in the garden yesterday. I removed a couple small branches that had mold on the stem. If I had listened to my intuition and moved that plant (instead of listening to my dad) I probably could've negated this mess. Windy as hell yesterday. Maybe that's why I don't see mich damage from the thrips. The runt in the 50 has some silver ingredients on it. I'm considering using spinosad. Those are way earlier in flower and that shit WORKS. WATERED TODAY;BIG MK ULTRA 1.5, THREE IN THE BACK ROW, CHEMDOG AND TENTH PLANET ALL GOT 1 GALLON. THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. I THEN FED EVERYTHING WITH A QUART OF FOOD. I'll keep an eye out on the dosage and see what the can handle. I left out plant doctor as I'm dealing with thrips. Took a leaf that looked like sep off the pink kush in the 50 with half used soil. I didn't have much time to look around but I will when I get back and I'll put some vids/pics up. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. ILL EITHER ORDER SOMETHING TONIGHT OR PICK UP THE LAST FEW INGREDIENTS I NEED TOMORROW. LOOKING THROUGH THE GARDEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! I WISH THE TRICOMES WOULD DEVELOP A LITTLE FASTER ON THE EARLY SPECIAL KUSH BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. THESE GIRLS HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL AND BACK ARE REAL TROOPERS. 8/25 I thought about putting the late flowering special kush in the barn because it looks cloudy and we are supposed to get rain. I chose to wait until I got back but it started raining already. It's not raining right now but it will probably start again. I'm just worried because I haven't staked the branches. It's a strong plant though. I'll check on her when I get back. I'm looking for some Castille soap this morning and the rest of the things to make a diy lost coast plant therapy. The plants look good though and the flowers are really stacking up. I don't see that silvery shit so it doesn't look like it's spreading real fast. The pink kush is in early flower and I'm considering spinosad for them. They have a long ways to go. I'm not sure. I may just use the diy spray. I'm not sure.

Eighth Week / 27.06.24 - 03.07.24 Week 8 was smooth sailing with no major issues to report! 🌿 We've settled into a good rhythm with nutrients: 2ml BioBizz Grow, 0.5ml CalMag, 2ml TopMax, and 2ml Bloom per liter. 🌱 Watering every three days or so, and it seems to be working well for the plants. The deficiency in Apollo F1 has improved, and the Cookies Gelatos are now developing trichomes on the sugar leaves, indicating good progress in resin production. ✨ Everything's on track, and the plants are looking vibrant and healthy!

Week 7 has started and I'd say, overall she's looking good and healthy. day 45: It's time to give her some water and new "food". I took the opportunity to remove a few of the lower and inner leaves and arrange them a little more openly with some garden wire and string. Regarding those lighter leafs in the top center (pictures under the LED make it really look worse) and the reddish/violet stems i won't do anything for now but observing. day 46: just visual checks and refreshing humidation. day 47: The soil was already dry again, i guess because of those high temperatures during the last days (up to 38°C inside the box). As she seemed to be doing quite well, I decided to carry out a slightly larger defoliation. Some might even call it “soft lollipopping”. But as a beginner, I want to try the experiment and I'm more afraid of mold than a slightly lower yield. So I removed about 1/3 of the leaves and small shoots in the lower area and also took out some fan leaves and leaves that were growing inwards or covering other shoots. I then used some string to give her a new shape to bring the individual shoots back to a more uniform height. day 48: just visual checks and refreshing humidation. I guess she isn't too sad about her new haircut. Additionally playing around with the smartphone microscope I recently bought. day 49: The first pistils are beginning to change color. No water needed today, but i guess for a fresh watering tomorrow. Removed some leafes that wouldn't get much light The weather should cool down again today and in the next few days, so I'm hoping for lower temperatures inside the grow box. Today I will leave the box open for a while and try to cool down the room in which it is standing. day 50: My guess was right, it's watering day. Felt like she needed a little more nutrients so i slightly adapted my plan.

12 days to full transplantable roots. Right on schedule as expected. Moved 6 of the 12 clones (1 per plant) into a new 45L Rez that I cobbled together in an evening. Just small enough to fit into the cabinet. Hopefully the roots don’t choke each other out for territory while we work to reveg, re-flower and ultimately seed em all for the new F3 line. We’ll pick the best buds from the lot for the next testing run once we see what the pheno variation looks like from the main run in the tent. It’s a process and annoyance not to be yielding bud off a grow cycle but it is what it is if you want your own signature stuff. Alls good for now. Let’s just hope that the 6 coats of paint I threw on the lid is enough to keep out the grow light penetration🤞. Shoulda used black, whatever.

Week 10 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers Seems like she's finally settled in her new pot as the new growth is pushing back in, she's getting wider for sure. I've been defoliating a little here & there just the stuff not getting any light on the bottom. Wont be topping for a while now really going to let her do her thing for a while before any thing else is done to her. She's still getting fed FPJ. 😎

Zwei Wochen in der Blütephase sind nun vergangen, und die Pflanze wurde sowohl gescrogt als auch gelollipopt. Durch das Scrogging wurde die Pflanze weiter flach und gleichmäßig verteilt, sodass das Licht auch die unteren Bereiche gut erreicht. Zusätzlich habe ich durch das Lollipopping die unteren Blätter und schwächeren Triebe entfernt, um die Energie auf die Haupttriebe und Blütenansätze zu konzentrieren. Diese Maßnahmen fördern eine bessere Luftzirkulation und Lichtverteilung, was die Entwicklung gesunder, kräftiger Blüten begünstigt. Die Pflanze sieht jetzt schon vielversprechend aus, und ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in den kommenden Wochen weiterentwickelt.

Here is the update for actual week. The summer hits very hard - since almost 10 days in a row, we have 30°C outside and it was the right decision to set the day phase from 6pm to 6am. cutted down most of the fanleafes today. all trichomes turned opaque so i will start with the first "clear-water-flush" in 2 days and will flush them 4 times on any 3rd day!

Pow pow and it’s already Week8 Girls are definitely in stretch now getting some training on ScrOG net to fill this tent in full. Somewhere this week they will all go through defoliation process and planning to lower the upper net.
