Day 62, harvest day. I will update after the drying and curing process. Wish I could've let them go a little longer but had to harvest slightly early. For my first attempt I'm happy with how the ladies turned out! Nice gassy smell, big sticky dense buds, great colours and 81g altogether wet trimmed. Lost one due to growers error but I've learnt a lot for next run. I will be growing one Auto Chem OG along side one Auto NL x BB from Oasis Genetics. Have a great day and happy toking! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’จ

Theyโ€™re on an 11/13 light schedule. Canโ€™t wait until they reach puberty!! Of note, my version of Silky style early topping Notice the single shoot node on what is the biggest one The clay pot proved to be no advantage. That plant is smaller than most.

I changed the fertilizer from organic to inorganic. It was seen that the plant was needed nitrogen, the plant was rather weak in growth, and the color of the leaves was yellow. When i had return to mineral fertilizers the plant immediately restored.

This week the Chicken n' Wafflez continued to bulk up steadily. Buds gained noticeable size and density while resin production increased across the entire plant. The sugar leaves are now heavily coated in trichomes, giving the flowers a very frosty appearance. Environment: 25-26ยฐC โ€ข ~60% RH ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Feeding: Water, CalMag & 1x Orgatrex The aroma became more complex this week. Alongside the sweet fruity and jam-like notes, a more herbal and spicy character started to emerge, adding extra depth to the terpene profile. ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒฟ Water consumption remained stable throughout the week and the plant showed no signs of stress. The foliage stayed healthy and green while the flowers continued stacking along the main cola and side branches. Feeding was kept simple with plain water, CalMag and one application of Orgatrex. ๐Ÿ’ง Overall, this week felt like a transition into the final stages of flower development. Buds are swelling nicely, resin production is ramping up, and the terpene profile is becoming richer with every passing day. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Another solid week of growth!! The two big plants nearly doubled their height and both had a lot of undergrowth this week! I plan on trying my hand at LST tomorrow. I added more soil into the pots yesterday. I still feel it is too low but I don't want to shock the plants too badly. I watered after lifting the plants up some and adding the soil. I plan on feeding them tomorrow night. The first white pistils have sprouted and there is a distinct aroma of marijuana in the air!! I hope they hold off another week before really start to flower. It's amazing how fast a month can go by! I may not keep the little plant past this week. We'll see if she makes it that far... Here's to another week of healthy growing!! Peace!

So folks, here are the final results: R01: 81.9g R03: 86.75g Total Dry Weight: 168.65g ( 2 Plants | 15L Pot | 100x50 Tent | 180w Light ) As you know, I did a partial wet trimming before drying to make it in time for the contest deadline. I havenโ€™t had the time yet to give them a perfect final trim, but Iโ€™ll try to pick out the best ones and share a few pics here soon. Other than that, itโ€™s been a journey with its ups and downs, but in the end everything turned out great and met my expectations, they are frosty and stickyโ˜บ๏ธ Big thanks to Zamnesia and Plagron for the chance to try out your seeds and products in this contest! Smoke review coming soon... just waiting to shake off this cold first ๐Ÿคง๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿค›๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and not sure if sheโ€™ll make it to week 12. Still doesnโ€™t have the percent of amber that Iโ€™m looking for so sheโ€™s still going. Gonna flush her tough tomorrow with some sledgehammer and pHโ€™d water. Day 72 - Still not ready for chop but sheโ€™s plumping up quite a bit. Gave her 1.5 gallons of water with foxfarmโ€™s sledgehammer and hopefully can get all the nute pushed out so she can finish strong. Day 73 - Getting closer but sheโ€™s still not there yet so hopefully this next week sheโ€™ll start bulking up more and trichs amber before chopping. Sheโ€™ll keep going until the trichs are how I want them. Day 74 - Sheโ€™s still chugging along and not quite ready yet. Each day she fills up with more trichs and not at the milky too amber ratio Iโ€™m looking for. Hopefully by the end of the week. Day 75 - Thinking sheโ€™ll be ready for chop this weekend. Nothing else really going on, just waiting to chop. Not sure if I should continue giving her water or just let her dry up until sheโ€™s done. Day 76 - Still just waiting on this girl to finish. Whenever I think sheโ€™s close, she throws a million more clear trichs at me so really no clue now when sheโ€™ll be finished. Might do one more push of foxfarm sledgehammer tomorrow and then just let her be till sheโ€™s done. Try and get as much nutes out of her and I can. Day 77 - End of week 11 and flushed her with a gallon of water and 15ML of Foxfarm Sledgehammer, PPM is down to about 223 so hopefully sheโ€™ll go into her final push and be ready for chop sometime this weekend. Still not a whole lot of amber trichs so until sheโ€™s got the ratio I want, sheโ€™ll keep going.

Things seem to be progressing well overall, buds are fattening up nicely and you can clearly see pistils gradually turning brown with more and more trichomes appearing. The smell situation is interesting: not much odor around the tent itself, but when I open it up you definitely get that classic Northern Lights smell, very piney and earthy. It's not overwhelming yet but it's there. Now the bad news: as you can see in the photos, she's self-pollinated. I'm seeing the first seeds forming in some calyxes. I'm hoping it's just a few and won't impact the harvest too much, but in the worst case I'll just use the whole crop for hash. The hermie issue from previous weeks finally caught up with me. Environment has been pretty stable this week. Temps sitting around 21-24ยฐC during lights on, dropping to high teens at night (sometimes hitting 17ยฐC). Not ideal but the NL genetics are handling it fine. Humidity has been bouncing between low 40s and mid 60s with one spike to 66%, probably from watering and humidifier refill. VPD has been in the 1.0-2.0 kPa range most of the week, which is acceptable for mid-late flower. PPFD stayed steady around 640 during lights on, and CO2 is just ambient as usual with the typical spikes here and there. Feeding this week was a bit all over the place as I'm trying to find the right balance. On Mon 13th I gave her 1.5L with full bloom feed: Bio-Bloom, Bio-Grow, Top-Max, CalMag, SUPERthrive and Acti-Vera at pH 6.30 and EC 0.95 mS/cm going in. Runoff came out at EC 0.93 mS/cm and pH 6.11, so pretty clean. On Fri 16th I went lighter with just 1.5L of Alg-A-Mic (3 ml/L) and CalMag (0.3 ml/L) at pH 6.16 and EC 0.26 mS/cm, didn't get any runoff that time. Then today (Sun 19th) I ramped it back up with 1.5L of the full mix: Bio-Bloom (4 ml/L), Bio-Grow (4 ml/L), Top-Max (4 ml/L), CalMag (0.5 ml/L), SUPERthrive (0.27 ml/L), Acti-Vera and Alg-A-Mic at pH 6.20 and EC 1.60 mS/cm. Runoff came back at EC 1.70 mS/cm and pH 6.20, so the medium is holding a bit more salts than what I'm putting in but nothing crazy. Visually she looks healthy apart from the seed situation. Leaves are a nice green with no signs of deficiencies or burn. The buds are stacking well and frost is definitely coming in on the sugar leaves and bud tops. Structure is still tight and compact with all the main tops sitting at roughly the same height. Overall I'm cautiously optimistic. The hermie/seed issue is a bummer but as long as it doesn't get out of control I should still get a decent harvest. She's bulking up, staying healthy, and handling the cold temps without drama. Winter is here but she's not impressed, just keeps on growing.

I'm being very consistent with training her under the trellis. I'd say she will be ready for flower in about a week๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€. I'm so happy for how she pulled through my bullshit. Not to mention my 3 year old nephew got in my tent and tore what little leaves she did grow in the beginning. Man this girl is a survivor. Watering every 10 days or so with a light compost tea to keep the microbes on point.

Week 10: Buds are stacking and the frost is building! Observations: Week 10 is in the books and the girls are looking beautiful! The bud sites are really starting to fatten up and stack nicely. We are seeing some great trichome production developing on the sugar leaves, giving them a nice frosty look. Looking closely at the pistils, we have a mix right now. Many are still bright white and shooting straight out, which means the calyxes are still swelling and the plant is actively packing on weight. However, on some of the more mature colas, the pistils are just starting to darken, turn orange/brown, and curl inward. Plant Health & Nutrients: Overall, the canopy looks healthy and vigorous. The fan leaves are a very deep, rich, dark green. I did notice some very minor nutrient burn (crispy brown tips) on the edges of some leaves. It's nothing major to worry about, but it tells me the plant is right at its absolute limit for nutrients. I might dial back the feeding/EC slightly (especially the Nitrogen, given how dark the leaves are) so I don't stress her out as she finishes up flower. Next Steps: Going to keep the environment dialed in, keep an eye on those leaf tips, and just let her do her thing! The smell is really starting to come through now.

My first grow has turned in to a science project. Switched from AN pH perfect Grow/Micro/Bloom to AN pH Connesseur, still giving 50% dose. Had rain Monday maybe, didn't water for 3 days, hit her up last night with the Connesseur and just a tad of Big Bud, looks really good this morning. Yesterday I had mini buds with white pistils, that's why the Big Bud. Everything else is normal- watering 32 oz of water/nutrients at night, MAYBE mist the top soil but haven't really needed it. Will most likely switch to AN Connesseur bloom next week. Very satisfied! (copypasta from my SG journal, same same).

Welcome MJ lovers We are here today for final thoughts on a very interesting strain that I was lucky enough to grow ๐Ÿ€ TROPICANNA POISON โš•๏ธ A brand new variety from the famous seed bank, SWEET SEEDS And yes, this definitely has a very sweet scent ๐Ÿญ Impossible not to recognize it, even if different varieties are grown all together ๐Ÿ™Œ It smells wonderful and quite intense ๐Ÿคฉ I would like to specify as always that I will not dwell too long on the effects it induces, because I am strongly convinced that Cannabis is a decidedly subjective substance.. So the best I can say is that this is a weed that tends to have more effects on the "Indica" side, but is still stimulating for the mind at the same time.. But here are the terpenes to be the master ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ Honestly I haven't done a smoke test because it's still too early (I'm writing this review to be able to participate in the contest) But with the vaporizer you can clearly feel the same hints of sweet tropical fruit with slightly earthy and citrus notes on the palate that were perceived during flowering ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ’ Personally it reminds me a lot of the scent of a bitter orange juice that my grandmother gave me as a child This is also the magical side of these flowers, or at least in general the sensations and memories that certain scents bring to mind.. Fantastic ๐Ÿ’š And if everything is accompanied by a good effect, even better ๐Ÿ˜Ž However.. I would certainly recommend this Cannabis to those who want fruity and sweet flowers ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ But also to those who maybe like me are more of a Kush type, but who appreciate having exotic plants in their garden with a beautiful purple shades ๐Ÿ˜‰: 1: Sweet Seeds didn't exaggerate in their description.. If you take this ganja around with you, whoever tastes it will make you a real guru ๐Ÿ‘ณโ€โ™‚๏ธ Provided that the plant has been grown properly and above all that its flowers are dried and cared for correctly โ˜๏ธ Because a large part of the final experience depends on them.. It is an art ๐ŸŽจ Which, added to the work done by the breeders, can culminate in a real masterpiece.. And that's it . For those who want more specific information on the cultivation process, I invite you to view it week by week, where I tried to transcribe everything I did best ๐Ÿ“†๐Ÿ“† I also took a couple of photos if you don't feel like reading ๐Ÿ˜‰ I conclude by thanking Sweet Seeds again for the opportunity to have been able to cultivate her genetics ๐Ÿ™ Thanks to all of you for the great appreciation received ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ And a thousand thanks as always to the platform that hosts us, Grow diaries ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช See you around here somewhere.. There are many seeds to germinate.. Stay connected ๐Ÿค™๐ŸคŸ Ciao โœŒ๏ธ ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น . . . . .
