So the cbg pretty much didn't make it all 3 tries. There Is still a little bit on one plant of the cbg in pictures. I doubt it makes it. So I stuffed the air tube thru it a week ago, and I stuck a home brewed sour diesel from oasis seeds, with north lights from seedsman both autoflowers. So far its growing, but slow. It should continue. I just set ph, and a light nutrition feed after that. She is propped up to allow the straw access to air on both ends. I forget in these little potters that extra air helps a ton. Is likely why I did not have any luck with the CBG. I will get it again when I win some seeds. She is under the Mars hydro FC4800 light. So far its alive. Thank you Mars Hydro, and my reckless not contained properly attemptat crossing strains for a first mix. another uneventful week. the girl is still creating nodes like crazy ... she is growing sideways rather than rushing for the lights. i raised the lights higher to about 12" from the top of the leaves. i also changed the nutrients from a seedling recipe to an early growth stage recipe that is richer in nitrogen with a higher ec 1.2. i also got to see the roots for the first time, they are looking really nice - white and fuzzy. i made the main nutrient tank more permanent and relocated the used nutrient and fresh nutrient tanks in their own chamber so, it's even easier to do manual nutrient changes (1 container in and 1 container out sort thing). later on, in the week, i noticed the main roots showing a little discoloration, not sure if i should be concerned about this, but she looks healthy.. it was fun using the doser again as i really hate mixing chem's since my days in chemistry labs. looking forward to new aggressive growth this week.

Defoliated her a touch. Sort of disappointed the double topping didn’t work as one side is much stronger than the other—- I would of had a very even dense 6 main point canopy, but I’m rolling with 4 and 2 weak. She’s very healthy though. Just keeping up with the lower dose bloom nutes for now. ✌️💚🌿💨

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

flowers really packing on weight this week. I've had to tie up supports and stripped off quite a few of the older fan leaves. I've started the flush this week to go with the strain timings. any flush advice would be appreciated.

Added Exhale c02 and top dressed in each pot with 1 tablespoon per gallon of growing medium my pots are 3.6. I added 3 tablespoons. It is my hopes that with adding the slow release dry amendments and once the c02 bag sarts growing my plants will finally grow. They are short but have 4 nodes at day 21. What is an exhale c02 bag? “The ExHale bag is a patented strain of mycelium that produces an abundance of CO2 without fruiting. This means that when our bag is activated, the mycelium grows, eating the substrate it comes with, giving off heaps of CO2 straight into your garden, and it does all this for 6 months - guaranteed!” At day 25 I am not impressed with the size of these girls? Hope they hit a growth spurt soon? Their internodes are stacked very nicely. At day 28 growth is very slow. Practically none existent since my top dressing at day 23. 2 plants have received a very minimal nutrient burn. As I do not have a soil ph tester? I will be watering with a ph of 6.0 rather than 6.5, hopefully that helps. ONWARD!

Hi all Well here we are at their stated 11 weeks flowering and I can see how ripe and ready they are looking . They all have a fairly nice trichrome build up now and I had hoped they would pistil flush again but it doesn't look likely now so i am thinking is harvest time any day now. I am now just giving them water to signal theor end coming . I am hoping the plants respond with a panic burst of thc to protect her buds. Not as substantial as I had hoped but as mentioned in previous entries , it has been a simple, lazy grow. Until the next one. Be Happy

Alright, this is the best sativa ever tried, actually my first purple coloured buds. The smell is a lot like pineapples and berries. The effect so uplifting!!💜

It's been a busy week. The Red Dragon is growing really well, and they seem to be shooting up really quick. There's no stretch on them so I know they're getting enough light. So far the Red Dragon is definitely one of my favorite strains but I've got a lot more to get through yet lol. I have got some acoustic ducting. WARNING... Acoustic ducting has Fibre glass in it and is a MAJOR IRRITATENT to both skin and eyes and should be done in a well ventilated area with suitable protection. So, I have also switched from pure batmix to a 50/50 split with a good compost. I have done this as I'm not 100% happy with the level of water retention in the batmix, I'm finding it to be too much and I do not want to run into any issues. I would rather the soil drys out then I know exactly when to water. I have also increased the HPS to 400w (from 250w) it is very difficult to give plants too much light. I am spraying the tent whenever I can, with warm(ish) water to increase the humidity for a short while. I will be looking into fiming and LST probably next week to make sure they have a good base. I have also had to transplant the plants into another pot as the roots are growing like crazy at the moment. I also purchased a dimmer plug for the fan, as I don't need it to be on full all the time (it's a 6 inch fan with duel speed but thats far too much for what is needed now. Other than that all is good

83 days from seed, soil was hot from day 1 & I ended up stunting the plants this run... Low yield at 28g but end product still turned out great! Smelled like straight chem with none of the extras during flower & has managed to maintain that during the cure so far as well! Gave them a corrective flush tonight to drop salts from 1200ppm to 700ppm then fed 5L to each of 620ppm. End result salts have been flushed out to push the final 2 weeks of stacking and finishing. Broke 3 more buds off moving them around for which I’m cranky about but the mrs gets a bit more of an early “test” first bud I broke off went from 10.3g to 2.6g smokes smooth with almost no cough and hits fairly well. Trichomes are roughly 80% milky on the taller one with some ambers appearing on the shorter one.
