Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. They are growing rapidly, with new leaves appearing almost daily. The stems are thickening, and the overall structure of the plants is robust and healthy. 5/10 Got up super early for wife's appointment at 7 came home and transplanted 4 of the purple punches. Transplants went good. Soil was too dry and a couple fell right in the hole but I was messing around showing my dad. It just got dropped in the hole a little harder lol. The other that happened to is fine though. Definitely make sure your soil is moist enough before transplanting. My transplanting technique for 3 gallon is to put soil on bottom. Set cup in at appropriate distance then replace cup with plant with soil filled cup and fill around it. Leaves the perfect hole. Then you just snip the cups twice on each side, peel it down and fold the cup down and cradle the bottom and in the hole it goes! Holes have mykoscand a little like water. I water a little after transplant. I misted soil whole mixing it up. 5/11 Dad left the windows open last night "because the soil smell was bothering Lynda." I couldn't ficking believe it. They were all fine when I got back but still. Everything is transplanted into 3 gallon containers bit that 1 purple punch that is a little bit dwarfed. I looked at the bottom of the cup and drainage wasn't as good. Must've been the last cup and the jail didn't go all the way through in a couple places. I increased the drainage on that little dwarf and I'll transplant it when I get time. We are going to have some good weather coming up. I need to get my cage moved, my bags sanitized and get on a good watering routine. UPDATE: Went back over at four and everything's dry as fuck but the leaves are uo and every one of them looks happy so I'm holding off watering. I'll start with a quart probably tomorrow. Also cleaned out tge cage and secured the handles to move it. Only thing left is cleaning and sanitizing. These girls have a south facing window and they LOVE it. It was 80 today. I hope we have an early season. 5/12 Transplanted the last purple punch today. I could easily tell the problem was drainage. It was the last cup I had stacked when I drove the nail threw so it didn't pierce all the way the the other slips and tac holes apparently weren't enough. Used mykos and same soil mixture. Soil was extremely dry. I lifted a pot with dry soil and these were heavier. Commercial buddy said to start with a quart a pliant and see how it goes but I kind pussed out and only gave them 24fl 0z a plant. Half the quart. I asked if I should water more and he said to just wait and see how they like this water and up it to a quart next time maybe quart and a half. Im just leery of overwatering. When i watered SOME of them the water literally just sat there and took forever to absorb. Plants werent wilting though. Soon theyll be going outside during the day and in mdoors at night. UPDATE: Went back over at two and everything looks AMAZING. Healthiest looking plants I've grown. Leaves all pointed up. I'm taking my commercial dudes advice and hoping the water next watering. For now, they're doing amazing. 5/13 Everything is doing greatcso far. Gotta figure out when to start nutes. Considering adding silica but don't want to raise ph to much. I'll consult with others but my the soil blend I'm using is full of nutes. 5/14 Rushed morning and I wanted to water bit the plants looked great still. Sticking my hands deeper I can feel a little moisture deeper down or in the drain holes so I decided to give the blueberry cheese and the 10th planet a "touch of kindness" which was a small circle of water from a small watering can around the outside edge of whete the rootball should lid be. I'm working on getting a watering g schedule down. UPDATE: Went back over at five and everything was looking good with leaves praying. Maybe my half measure helped. Doubtful but still. Tomorrow I plan to water. Since the soil has tons of nites ill probably hold off a little while longer before starting the nutrient schedule. I want to make sure I've got the watering down first. One thing at a time. 5/15 The 10th planet and Blueberry Cheesecgot their first REAL watering since transplant. Still being cautious I watered 28fl Oz a plant. I phed the water with an indicator solution and ph down. I gave the purple punches a "cup of kindness" which was a circle of water around the transplant hole. Can't waif to get a watering schedule down. I wanted to start nutes but my soil is full of them and i believe it's too early. I didn't see ANY run off from this watering. I think that's good as I'm not looking to wash away the nutes in the expensive soil I use. I need to start HST as well but I'm doing things proper and "one at a time". That way if I run into a problem I'll know what I did and how to rectify it. At least I hope. UPDATE: Went back over at 3 leary that I may have "overwatered" but the plants ALL looked AMAZING and had shot up like an inch! Looking into hst and will probable fim a few. Top a few and leave one to grow naturally. Can't wait to see how these girls do outside. 5/16 Wow. Just wow. Plants are doing phenomenal! Since the watering went really well I watered the purple punch bit I only used about 16fl Oz as the plants were a little smaller than the others. I'll up it to a quart next time like I did with the others. I want to USE the nutes in my soil so im not washing them all away by watering to run off. I topped 2 10th planet's and FIMed one of them. I want to see how the respond then I'll begin training the others. Off to a Great Start! 5/17 Glad I held off watering. It's raining today. Just showers. We haven't gotten any of that extreme wind we usually do. I have the plants supported but I still worry. Definitely more than I should. Plants are still doing good and acclikatimg to their new homes.

Unlucky but Lucky. Auto night queen DNF. After 9 days its time to go on. 1/5 seeds germinate from that package 😀 Luckily I happened to find treasure at Saint Patricks day 🍀 3 blue streak seeds. All germinate in 48h in same place than night queen spend that 9 day. In facts Aprox 10years ago i bought 5 of these seeds. Made f2 from them and when raised there was phenotype that was producing much more branches than others so i made f3 seeds from the bushy f2. Lovely blueberry taste and smell. Not feminised so i go with 3 seeds at beginning. Had once 6/6 Males. these seeds are 7 years old. Planted 20.3.24 Sprouted 26.3.24 Lets see what we got. To be continued...

État des plantes : saines et vigoureuses, aucun stress observé cette semaine. Paramètres ajustés :PPFD augmenté à 800 (cible atteinte selon les données). VPD réglé autour de 1,0-1,1 kPa (cible atteinte, valeurs mesurées : 1,06 kPa jour, 1,09 kPa nuit). Température moyenne : 24,4 °C (jour), 22,5 °C (nuit) - cible stable. Humidité moyenne : 65,22 % (jour), 59,98 % (nuit) - ajustée pour maintenir le VPD. CO2 : ~900 PPM (cible atteinte). Solution : eau claire Notes :Les paramètres ont été optimisés cette semaine avec une augmentation de la lumière (PPFD) et un réglage précis du VPD, adapté au cycle automatique. Aucune intervention stressante, les plantes répondent bien aux conditions. Objectif pour la semaine prochaine :Maintenir les mêmes paramètres : PPFD à 800, VPD autour de 1,0-1,1 kPa, température et humidité stables, sans stress supplémentaire.

2/12 Week 7 Hairs beginning to show up more each day and the growth tips are transforming. Continuing to encourage bushing by defoliating the top canopy every couple of days. Lots of bud sites in their future. Lowering Nitrogen by putting them on all Bloom nuets , prob should have done that weeks ago. 29 inches high no sign of slowing. No problems unless we hit 40 inches. Then I gotta think 😣 Don't see any reason to worry stretch should end in a week to 10 days or less and there are a few things I got up my sleeve. Actually these are the kinds of problems I signed up for and Ive nothing to complain about, this stuff is fun. 😁 Here's hoping for a big arsed harvest! I was asked why I am letting the lower end of the plants get so over grown. The idea is that this will slow down the upward growth and maybe get them to bush more later. When the room exists in the flower tent that will be cleaned up. Hitting them with the kangaroots again one last time in the morning to see if we can get those root balls expanded for bud building. 2/13 Pics Starting to get some height differences(less than 2 inches) between the plants under the LED and those under the HPS so I have changed the HPS out for a MH light to slow down the height gains in the flowering tent. Their nodes could use some shortening. Have other reasons but thats it for this grow. Hung a small 2700K 30 watt LED directly over Aeryn out of the path of the main light to give her just a bit more red spectrum. Not much but something. 2/14 Rearranged the tent to give better access to the photos and allow better hanging of the small LED and give a bit more light from the MH. Runoff tested on all plants and ranged from 550-600 ppm which just leaves us all kinds of room later for more nuets. Heck this is perfect 2/17 Stepping down the nuets slightly 2/19 End week note: Finally see some very slight nitrogen def on Aeryn so nuets back up, found the bottom end of of it. Folding in PK at a low dose Flipped week back to veg, only in flower the last day or so of the week

excellent recovery from the top pruning I did last week, again watering with top crop top veg and they seem to be doing very well enjoying the substrate and the fertilizer and the climate

Week 17 - Flowering week 8 Last weeks… plants are starting the maturation process. Buds are getting thicker and dense. The war against pests is over: plants will have a peaceful end of flowering. -Pineapple Kush: most advanced plant, a good surprise: pretty dense flowers: stinky, sticky, rusty colors. 👌-Dutch Kush: despite of a serious injury, losing more than 1/3 of the plants: the flowers are pretty with a strong smell. 👍-Dankberry is correct producing heavy buds 💪-👊Lemon Cherry Cookie is getting thicker and taller days after days; it’s a fun one-Bud plant. Double Dutch: signs of classic end of flowering deficiency (yellow and dead leaves) -Wham Boom : need a little bit more time ( hybrid Sativa +) but flowers start enlarging. Last watering with nutrients week 7 : Start flushing at the beginning of week 8.

Light Alaska Fish water, BT and Silica this week. Also stripped the lower bud sites. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous 😍

Vamos al lío , las 3 semillas que germinaron con éxito se colocaron en macetas de 0.6 litros y asomaron 3 , 100% ratio germinado.
