Got these harvested, and wow oh wow do they smell like dessert. I decided to hang dry these since the weather has been almost perfect conditions. All in all a super easy strain to grow that produces amazing flowers good for either flower or extracts. Happy Growing

Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

***May 13 No reservoir change any more until the end of flower. I'm just filling it up with water as it goes, I'll let the plant flush itself out for anything it needs. Mainly because it's gotten too big and heavy to take out of the tent comfortably. The branches are all leaning over, and the buds are starting to finish up now. I have to take the loop to it to check the trichomes, but I think in another week or a little longer I'll be able to chop her down. Man I'm so excited to see what she brings to smoke!! I've never seen a freakshow with big nugs and not looking like a wiry mess, so I am a little proud of myself for a first hydro hahaha. Still dank as hell when I open the tent. Sorry for all the late updates, things are getting busy!

After 48 hours of darkness, the time had come and the Purple Lemonade were ready for harvest. Since she reacted very well to the training and grew with enough space between the buds, I decided to dry upside down. Dry weight and smoke report follow after curing. Stay tuned...

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! Es una variedad sencilla amarillean un poco por una carencia de magnesio que solventare con los productos de Agrobeta ya veréis cómo recuperan. En las fotos podréis comprobar que 3 de 6 sufren bastante la carencia de magnesio. Suivre les conseils semaine 1. Une fois que les plantes ont colonisées le pot de 1L, les rempoter dans des pots de 3L (qu'on va arroser avec 3L). Cela doit prendre 4 à 7 jours en moyenne. Surveiller l'aspect des plantes, les pointes des feuilles. Observer le haut et le bas. La couleur de la plante doit être uniforme entre chaque partie sinon c'est qu'elle a un manque ou un excès. Le plus souvent étant donné les engrais complet que nous utilisons il s'agit d'un excès. Dans ce cas il suffira simplement de faire un arrosage à l'eau au lieu de l'engrais et de reprendre les engrais à plus faible dose. Les tiges sont un bonne indicateur de la santé des plantes, hors génétique spécifique, elles doivent être verte et tendre, pas dur. On continue la FIM et la taille de certaines feuilles qui peuvent être gênante.

Very fast seedling process, seeds stayed soaking for 24h and in the water they were already showing the first white root hair, another 48h in the paper towel and the day I potted them up they showed cotyledons. They took around 11 days to reach third node and complete germination but honestly I belive it could be faster if in better enviroment, mainly the humidity which was low and I transplanted them a day late. From day 5 I started feeding them exact same nutrients and ratio from the first vegetative week but starting at 0.4EC and increasing by 0.1EC/day until 1.1EC

Starting to see some purple on some of the leaves and I smell them every time I open up the tent . Just giving them regular ph water now and waiting for the harvest. Older leaves are also fading yellow .
