Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. I'm taking a break from recording and posting daily timelapses. Going for surgery in a few days. Will have help but not to document.

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!

i decided its time to start flushing this girls, so for this week only i will give them some enzymes and conditioner and after that just water for the next couple of weeks , lets see how long it will take them to finish 😅😆 so far I’m pretty happy with all of them, nothing to point out all is going as supposed 🙏💚 keeping my Par and VPD the same for now but soon i will start lowering them so that by the ending of this cycle I’l finish around 450/600 Ppfd Week 8 day 50 since flipped to 12/12, I’m flushing and all is going as nomal, starting to fade out and I’m loving the frosty levels so far 😅🤩💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏 No idea why this doesn't allow me to crate a new week but I’ll keep updating here Day 59 F And they are getting closer and closer but stil not ready, checking tricomes every day but all still very clear to my taste 😆 i think one more week at least, let’s see how they roll 🙏💪💚 Day 63 F And they are close but not there yet 😅 provably next couple days , I’ll keep on checking 😆 patience is a virtue, specially in this faze 💚😅 Week 11 day 72 FLower and j just gave them last watering 😅😁 they will have the day to enjoy lights as from today there will b no more of it for this girls 😅 i will do a 48h dark before harvest to increase more the tricomes production and the thc/cbd levels . Nachdem die Cookie Gelato etwas stärker gerochen hat, ist nun etwas milder geworden. Aber vielleicht liegt es auch den Wind den wir in letzter Zeit hier haben 😯

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

🌸 BlueBerry – Week 6 Flower Report Grower’s Journal | Zamnesia BlueBerry ⸻ 🌱 The Girls This Week Both BlueBerry ladies are now true queens, stretching big, stacking huge colas, and getting so heavy that yo-yos are holding them up. Without support, branches would fall under their own weight, which is a good sign of strong flower density but also a reminder of the importance of plant training. The frost continues to thicken, and the trichomes look spectacular up close, sparkling in photos and videos like tiny glass forests. ⸻ ⚠️ Trouble in Paradise – Bud Rot But with big flowers also come risks. This week, Bud Rot (Botrytis cinerea) showed up on BlueBerry #2. • Conditions: High humidity (65%+, sometimes higher) combined with dense flowers created the perfect environment for rot. • Detection: Early spotting saved the plant. It thrives in humid, poorly ventilated conditions, especially inside large dense colas where moisture can hide. How to prevent: • Keep humidity lower during flower (ideally 40–50%). • Maintain constant airflow across and through the canopy. • Defoliate strategically to open airflow inside dense plants. • Avoid watering late in the cycle to reduce night-time moisture. What to do if it appears: • Act quickly. Remove all affected buds immediately. • Sterilize scissors/tools between cuts to avoid spreading spores. • Keep monitoring daily — once it appears, it can spread fast. Bud Rot is every grower’s nightmare, but also one of the most important lessons in environmental balance. ⸻ 💡 Lessons Learned (and Moving Forward) This 8x8 setup is teaching us a lot. For the next run, I’ll be redesigning the airflow system entirely to prevent these issues. For now, the plants are still thriving, and catching the rot early means we can continue with this grow. Big flowers are a blessing, but they require serious air control.
