Defoliated them a little. Nothing special. I try to keep at least 3 or so big leaves below the net jfust in case there is an issue with the plant where it shows the symptoms at the lower branches first. I believe this way I'm faster to diagnose in case something does go wrong with feeding. Oh yeah, trellis is about 30cm (give and take) above the pots

Today was just spent checking her over, turning her pot and doing a quick check of her trichomes which are close, but not quite ripe enough yet! 10/17- Wow!... Nine weeks of flower DONE! 😎👍 Now my sights are set on getting this girl finished up and on her way to 48 hours in the dark before she's hung to begin drying. I went ahead and watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.7 @ 72℉ and checked her trichomes, which are looking just about right! This journey is coming to a close in the next couple of weeks with her harvest, drying and trimming up. She is getting some frosty leafs.

Smells like fruity pebbles! She is flowering really strong, the flower stacker from Humboldt's is super legit and she is still producing new flowers. Chunky fruity smelling buds. The pollinated branch is great, pulled handful of seeds and they look great. Super excited for the super sativa mix of Jack Herer X Durban Poison. Flushing and will harvest her next weekend probably. Das Blümchen gibt Vollgas! Die Blütenstände werden immer dicker und duften schon extrem betörend fruchtig. Der Duft sorgt mal wieder für Uneinigkeit. Melonendüfte oder doch Rhabarber? 🤣 Insgesamt sorgt die Pflanze bisher für Begeisterung. Die Buds sind für diese Phase schon extrem weit entwickelt obwohl gerade mal die Hälfte der angegebenen Blütezeit verstrichen ist. Wo das noch hinführt bleibt abzuwarten. Entweder sehen wir nach dem angegebenen 56 bis 63 Tagen keine Blätter mehr unter den Trichomen

End of week 4, beginning of week 5. This will be my second complete grow in a RDWC system. I have just over 18 months experience in growing. For the first year I had a few plants that I grew whilst doing my homework. I'm still applying my learning's but I think the pictures are enough for me to claim I've done pretty well completely on my own. Still undecided in defoliating but that top shot I have is a pretty damning photo. My idea is to let the plant choose by removing sicker leaves in there that I can pull off easily or feel damp and soft from humidity. In saying that...it's been healthy all through atm. I think the lights below really help in keeping the humidity down a little and also negating the shade response from how thick it is. Anyway, still experimenting, lots to learn.

Nicer weather, strange how different the two plants are. Girl scout cookie is very bushy, but no real flowers yet. Kush is tall and thin with much less foliage, but far more flowers.
