13MAY2025:Pre-Flower. Curious how they will Stretch from now on.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Northern lights has been growing good. I did some lst and defoliation on her today. One of her branches started to split, so I bandaged it back, and went to the cheap lst clips. Hopefully that heals up nice and fast. Beside that she has been growing like a champion. Every is going good. In about 2 to 3 weeks she will go to her tent and flower. Went and got a bigger light for flower I didn’t really expect to get them this big considering how bad I did my first grow but those were autos

Love this strain!! Nutty and meaty spicy terps one one of my favourite to medicate with and grow Both plants where grown in 1 gallon pots so nothing to big of a yield but was expected with the small pots . One plant was canna nutrients one was remo nutrients

Transplanted her to a 5 gallon pot. Gave her some root stimulator, fed her some nitrogen and just look how lovely they are taking off, my plans are to veg her for a very long time.

Successful Germination 😎 So far so good, all 5 seedlings are looking healthy, could have let them stretch abit more but.... I don't mind their size at the moment 👍🏾 Really excited about this grow because I know what to expect already and it is AMAZING! 😁🔥😎

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

01/04/2023 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed Second week of my Shogun bloom 🐉🐉🐉 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - the girl responded well to the change in nutrients, so I continue to feed the same as last week when I adjusted the nutrients for flowering Jungle Environ X - bud stimulators 🌼 Bud Candy - bud stimulators 🌼 Atami - ATA Calmag - it is recommended to use Calmag when growing under LED lights I stopped the Hesi Root Complex - no longer recommended this week Training: LST: just a slight LST, I attached some small twigs with string to let more light shine on them 💡💡 Defoliation: I did more defoliation so that the leaves did not shade the already forming buds and the plant could breathe freely - Shogun had a lot of leaves that blocked the flowers from the light, so I removed them all 🍃🍃 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000, the girls are doing amazing under this great light, I can see a big difference compared to my past results 💡💡💓 In general: The girl is very strong, she has a strong stem - trunk, that is the basis for a proper plant 🌴. It's a sativa, yet Banana is taller. I assume that he will catch up with Banana in peace 😊 Buds are already forming at the ends of the twigs 🌸 and there are many branches 🌾. It resembles a small dense bush. Muy contento por como se ha dado todo este ciclo, pero con muchas ganas de corregir ciertas cositas que he ido aprendiendo en este cultivo, muy agradecido con la planta y con este aprendizaje! Felicidad absoluta En la expocannabis de Uruguay pude analizar 2 muestras, f5 y f2. El f5 tiene mayor thc y mas % de terpenos! Mas presencia de limoneno, luego linalol y un poco de myrceno! Mientras el F2 tiene mas presencia de Myrceno, limoneno y linalol. Menos thc que f5 y menos terps, esto ya es otro nivel! Entender quimicamente como esta tu flor, esto otro juego! Saludos Jardin33ro

Thing's are still going well, feeding is going well and they are eating at 2.2 e.c, plenty of food and boost in the solution with no burn, I may increase over recommended amount, had some weird stretching on two of the plants, not sure if something is wrong or just the genetics.. seen first video for example.. Ended up having a fair amount of stretching from the two Jaffa Cakes relative to the washing machine so I've out up the second support net but used it to further hold down the branches. They are drinking lots at the moment, fill recommended dose of A/B/B-52/BigBud, drinking a total of 5-6ltr per 48hrs, e.c coming on around 2.4 to 2.6 however plants seem to be absolutely loving life :)
