welcome to Day 71 2/26/2021 I don't have much to say at this point. she has recovered somewhat and I'm very happy with that. this will be her last week I think happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice

things are going good, i haven't had any issues as of yet should be flowering in no time, I'm excited to see what these legendary girls will do.

That's how I know the crop was harvested too early:( ..... but only because someone started visiting my place of cultivation and took my two girls, and left two, so that he wouldn't come back a second time and take them, I decided to cut her down earlier:( that's it such news awaited me when I returned from vacation, but overall the girl looked very beautiful, although she got a lot of stress when the snails ate her, but she endured it and recovered very well:) I will dry the bigger flowers and make bubble hash from the rest, good luck to everyone be careful in nature :).

it's been 3 weeks already, the girl is short, and I performed a major ring cut on her:) this will be my first such growth, I want to see something different :) overall, the girl looks healthy:) I think she will be really great :) as long as she hasn't received the main ones nutrients, but I will introduce her to them in the next watering - she will like it :) good luck to everyone :)!

So, this is my first grow, just starting out. After NJ passed recreational weed, I was like you know what... Went on an amazon spending spree and got some seeds from cropkingseeds and this is it! I let the seeds soak for 18hr in deer park spring water w/ 1 drop of Organic Liquid Seaweed and Kelp Fertilizer Supplement by Bloom City. At the end of soakage, it didn't look like any had cracked maybe one did not so sure. So I did up the papertowels according to the video and have to say I feel a little nervous/anxious that there is too much water/weight on the seeds and feer drownage. I'm going to keep it on there though. I check the towels a few times throughout the day and am surprised they're very moist throughout the day and next morning still somewhat damp. 24 hours in the towels I check my babies and one had cracked but the rest were still sealed up tight, unwilling to share the goodness that we all so desire, cmon babies crack that shell for papa! 11/12 looked like 1 seed popped, yay! I remoistened towels a bit but didn't wanna soak them. I also put some rapid rooters in water to soak overnight gunna throw the seeds in them in AM... I was going to do it tonight but figured I should wait see if some pop out more. 11/13 OMG upon checking seeds at 07:10 I found the papertowels like bone dry OMG WTF!!! Panic sets in but I just set up the little terrarium with 6 plugs and put the seeds in and tore some plugs off bottom of a plug to cover seedhole with. 11/14 Got a sprout! YES!! The plugs look nice and moist just going to let it go! 11/15 Woke up this mornin, saw a new sprout peeking thru and then another about to! I got ansy and took off the little top plugs and found all the sprouts were coming up! Leaving the top plug off, hopefully thats not a bad idea.

So, another diary and another grow! I have made quite a few changes this time to try and mitigate some of the issues I ran into on the last grow as follows: 🌱 Changed my extraction to an 8 inch Sytemair Vector EC fan, it is 3 times more powerful than the previous fan, but will nearly never be turned up much past 50% and only uses 23w at 55%. 🌱 Reduced plants back down to 4 from 6, am hoping this will help me get in there a little easier later on in the grow. 🌱 Installed an under canopy Honeywell fan to help circulate lower canopy during the entire grow. 🌱 Currently waiting for my preorder of 3 x Migro Array 240w lights, best in class efficacy and buys me an extra 1.5ft in vertical grow space as they only need to be hung 6 inches from canopy. 🌱 DWC now has the brain bucket outside the grow room to allow me to make amendments during lights out. 🌱 After last Botrytis outbreak everything has been thoroughly cleaned with bleach followed by 70/30 ISO. 🌱 Various Hygrometers dotted around the room now with 24hr high low displays That’s about all I can think of for now, happy growing all! 😎

A new week with new developments :). Not much to report but the girls are doing really well. Pistils are popping up left right and centre. The stretch on both plants has actually been less leggy than I'm used to from this strain. Ive just been doing straight water feeds with no added liquid seaweed and no top amendments to the soil this week. As you can see the girls really aren't in need of any more nutrients at this time but next week I'll be feeding with liquid seaweed again and the next top amendment dressing isn't due for another three weeks along with another defoliation to allow light to those lower bud sites. I have done some tying down just to ensure a more even canopy for better light penetration to the lower growth. Since I haven't got a lot to report I took a couple of videos and some photos for you all to enjoy. On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. The plants are starting to bulk up now. On day 2 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir is holding at 6.1. My right plant experienced another run away so I reduced flow rate by one carrot can't quite get it right this run... The colas are really starting to fatten up 😀 On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.4 to 6.2. On day 7 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 5.9 to 6.2.

The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew. I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours. My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle. The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants. I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size. This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit. Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush. The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant. The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

Day 9 above soil: Well they survived their 1st week above the soil and are looking fairly happy among the other girls in this Fast Buds fun grow. I have a clear front runner with #3 of the girls being the most developed and certainly the largest of the entire crop.. All factors bed sides medium are the same within the room and the environment is the best control I have had for any of my previous grows so there shouldn't be any "better position" or best of the nutes situation here either. Genetics obviously plays a big role but her speed is above what I expected and even faster than her sisters. They have had their 1st coco feed today and have been given a few waters throughout the week with the biosys tea. I have no real concerns on these triplets and see them growing nicely at the moment. The slight pale issue is not bad on these three so let's see what they can do when they get that organic gold into their stems.

Well after having issues with my 3x3 set up, I decided to move the 2x2 over to the main room and see if it helps get the humidity down. And it did. Went from 65% down to 45% the first day now it goes back and forth between 45% and 50%. Way better then 58% and 66% if you ask me. I also opened the tent up so that it can get a bit of the extra light from my other lights. Especially as one of the buds is up past the light. Lol been a interesting grow so far thats for sure. Bad start of the week or end of last week, not sure.. The middle cob led died so had to order some new lights. Also having a lot of issue's with fungus gnats. The fly traps are packed :/ Update: Fugnus gnats are getting a big problem. Guess it is because of the pots. Hung some sticky traps and ordered nematodes. Update; nematodes arrived and have been added to the pots. Also gave them another feeding. New equipment has arrived so will probably install tomorrow Update: new grow room installed! they seem to like their new home.
