We're starting Week 7 of Flowering 🌺 So far, everything seems to be quite nice. Buds are becoming more dense and I can see milky trichomes. Leaves are fading, perfect time. Since the last pH was 5,6 in soil, I'm just using tap water with pH 7,8. Soil should have enough buffer capacity to rise up above 7 and they are not supposed to uptake too much nutrients anymore. I'll just let her ripe for another 1 to 2 weeks. Head buds looking really fine, I guess their time will come in the mentioned time. Maybe in a week I'm going to cut of most of the fan leaves, which allows the lower buds to get more light. In this case, they get another 2 to 3 weeks of flower for catching up. From what I can say from now about Happy Hour: So far I like the bud structure. Not too fat and not too stacked. When buds are lining up from the bottom to the top, I'm always anxious about possible bud rot. I also like the colours and the flavour. Not too loud, not too mellow. Just like "tea time" not "concentrate tea time". Nice sugary odor in the air, without overwhelming someone's nose. Also doesn't smell earthy at all, just a pleasant tea like sugary smell. From now on, no fertilizer is needed, I'll just let her metabolize the rest of the nutrients that's left.

I poured a whole bucket of 1000ppm trough the coco yesterday as long she goes under 800ppm runoff from her normal feeding. Shes massive under these bars, thats a spiderfarmer SE5000 (480watt)

Hello Canna Fam, Firstly thank you for stopping past and having a look at my grow🤜🏼🤛🏼 Today marks the start of week 8 and some of the ladies are slowly frosting up. The 2 Gorilla Glues which have been a bit behind in growth have finally stretched and started to flower officially. There is still along way for the 2 and they may flower for up to 15 weeks if I look at other diaries with a similar delayed growth. Today is the start of spring here in sunny South Africa 🇿🇦 and as things warm up we should hopefully get better growth. Thanks again for stopping by and happy growing y’all✌️🏼

This plant that I harvested today I've only defoliated and she took well to that. I LST and defoliated the other plant and she is still ripening will harvest her soon. 285gramms of wet bud is quite good for first grow, so i should get about 60g dry, I'll update actual value when dry. She was in the tent with 4 other plants under the Skyline 1000 lights which pull 500w from mains. She filled the room with some sort of orange/lemon candy smell. Smells really nice. I'll update when I harvest the other Candy Kush and report on taste/effect once dried. ------- Day 79 I harvested the other Candy Kush, gave 280g wet, not much of a difference between the trained and untrained plants, although I think she could have gotten fatter had I left her longer. Looking at the buds now that they dried up they got much smaller :D Really loving the smell, can't wait for them to cure.

Nothing much happening of note this week except that they have suddenly begun frosting up faster than I expected. Had to do a couple more defoliations just to take care of the humidity. Shot this video today at the 10 week mark. Maybe another 4 or 5 to go.

16/01/22 - final two weeks (we hope) this strain has an 8 weeks flowering time so realistically should only be two more weeks. pistils however are still mostly white and long - around 20 of them have curled in. The plants are staying moist alot longer which has led to more time inbetween watering. that being said the smell is strong and the plants look healthy. more or less letting it do its thing now.

LSD × Zamnesia — Week 6 From Seed (Week 2 of Flower / Early Pre-Flower) Quick recap for anyone just joining We’re at Week 6 from seed, which we’re counting as Week 2 of flower. Plants were grown 12/12 from seed, with only leaf tucking and very light bending, no topping, no hard training, no defoliation so far. The goal with this run is maximum natural expression of the genetics, not shape enforcement. This week marks the transition into pre-flower: stretch is active, structure is being decided, and the plants are still very much setting their architecture. ⸻ Room & Environmental Conditions (Stabilized This Week) After some fluctuations earlier, conditions are now much more stable, and the plants are clearly responding well. • Temperature: ~27.5 °C • Humidity: ~65% • CO₂: ~900 ppm • PPFD: ~600–850 • Smaller plants: ~600–700 • Taller plants: up to ~800–850 • Plants are managing light by growing into the photons naturally • Nutrients: • Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom • Following the Plagron feeding schedule • This was the only change made • Watering: • pH: 6.5 • EC: 2.4 • Root / Reservoir Temperature: • ~17 °C (a bit on the cold side, acknowledged) • Plants are adapting well and showing no negative response so far ⸻ Plant Observations — LSD × Zamnesia Honestly… these girls look outstanding. Even though LSD is often described as a more indica-leaning hybrid, these plants are expressing a strong sativa-style structure: • Tall, upright growth • Dominant central main stem • Side branches present, but clearly secondary • Very uniform behavior across all plants → strong genetic consistency Each plant is showing roughly 12–14 nodes, with: • Lower branches well developed • Side branches about half the size of the main stem • No signs that side branches want to overtake the main cola This is important: 👉 this is not a training issue and not a phenotype split All seeds are behaving the same way, which tells us this is genetic expression, not grower influence. ⸻ Training & Defoliation — Why We’re Doing Nothing There has been: • ❌ No topping • ❌ No hard training • ❌ No defoliation Only: • ✔️ Leaf tucking • ✔️ Very light bending when needed Why? Because at this stage, we want to: • Let the plants decide their final structure • Observe whether this genetic wants: • One dominant main cola • With several secondary colas supported by under-canopy lighting This run is about listening, not forcing. And with under-canopy lights active, even those secondary branches are getting meaningful light, which should pay off later. ⸻ Where We Are Right Now • Plants are still in pre-flower • Stretch is ongoing • Bud sites are forming, but structure is not finished • Each plant is moving at its own rhythm, which is exactly what we want to see This week is about stability, not intervention. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week (Week 3 Flower) Here’s what’s likely coming: • Stretch will continue, possibly peak • Clearer confirmation of: • Dominant main cola behavior • Final spacing between nodes • Pre-flowers will become more defined • Still no rush to defoliate unless airflow becomes an issue • Feeding stays consistent—no chasing, no stacking products Next week is about watching, not reacting. ⸻ Final Thoughts This marks a clean, confident Week 6 / Week 2 Flower checkpoint. still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

This week is starting phenomenal for this lady as well, she's growing veery fast under my tsl2000 by mars hydro and she has developed big leafs man, it's just a blessing to see this lady every morning, her sisters are phenomenal as well and so this isngonna be a beautiful 2x4 run with different flavors!
