day 65: Removed some leafs that were about to fall off by themselfes and gave her about 5.5 liters of water. I also noticed some more amber trichomes on some buds. day 66: just visual check. more trichomes turning amber. I guess it's time to chop her in a few days. day 67: just visual checks. day 68: Today I gave the plant another 6 liters of pH-regulated water without any additives and removed 2-3 dry leaves. While some buds already have quite a few brown trichomes and look as if I could harvest them in 3 days, other buds look as if they will need another 2 weeks, both in terms of the trichomes and the pistils. According to the current plan, the next watering day is Tuesday. Then I will reassess the situation. day 69: Just visual check and refreshing humidification. The "ugly" spots continue to spread, but I hope it's okay and that she will last until the harvest. day 70: Just visual check and refreshing humidification. day 71: Removed some dead leafs and gave her about 5 liters of water. I will give her an extra 1 or 2 liters tomorrow, so she will have enough water (hopefully) for the next few days that I'm gone.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas Rainbow Melon feminizada de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Calyxes swelling slowly and uniformly :) Looks more and more like a Chemdawg family strain grown in hydro, as she should :D Will be the biggest harvest, doesn't smell too strong yet and doesn't have the most resin but OG Kush is a legend and the looks don't always correlate with the quality of the effect and flavor. I still have very high hopes for her :D

Howdy, This week has gone well, plant seems healthy with no noticeable deficiencies. My res leaked because a tube I had in the back was in the wrong place but all is sorted now. Thinking it was a crack in the tub, I drained it... So I had to replenish with a new set of nutes which I'm going to drag out for another 5/6 days. PPM's are steadily dropping and PH is increasing so shes definitely ready for a richer feed. Also learned about different TDS with the whole 0.5/0.7 conversion rate. When topping for the 3rd time, I was a little too rough with one of the colas and it snapped without me realizing. I noticed about 2 hours later by which time it had already dried out a bit, its still alive but the growth is stunted. Added a bit of PK as I noticed a few fan leaves had purple stems, cleared up within 2 days and back to lime green 🙃🌱 Update 22/08 - Day 30 from Sprout. Changed out res as PH kept dropping and leaves started to go very slightly yellow. New nodes are already growing well, 3 times bigger than 2 days ago. I think I'm going to flip on or around the 6th of September, which means a total of 45 days veg, or 6 and a half weeks. Next couple of weeks will just be about pruning lower leaves and some HST/LST. Might get a scrog net, tried using a tomato hoop but the one I have is shit... Going well so far anyway!

Wow! She grew this week 😜! The buds are stacking up nicely and the sugar leaves are starting to frost up with trichs. Surprisingly, not much odour yet😕. Her tent mate BlueCookie is real sticky and fragrant. Added B-52 to the nutrient mix this week. Watered on Apr.21 FL 25 and Apr.24 FL 28, with 1/2 gallon (nutrients as listed above) poured slowly topside. Lightly defoliating every other day or so. I'll likely try to reveg. this girl after harvest ( for clones), so I have left some larfy buds down low for that purpose. That's about it for now. Day 77 - Was her last day. To be truthful she wasn't 100% ready going on the trichomes but needs must and the other photoperiod girls need their space now. It's crazy how my own personal ability has changed over the years. Blackberry is a strain I've grown every 12 months roughly, GrowDiaries is a fab place to track your learning. Looking back through my old grows I must have been mad to think they were ready to harvest! Way too early! Maybe that's the biggest thing I've learned - patience. Don't be too eager to chop, there is a lot to be gained extending by 2 or 3 weeks... Anyway, back to this girl. She has been chopped and trimmed. Have a look thru the pics, if you see a piece of black tape on the stem the apex bud on that branch was BACKBUILT. I have to say the technique REALLY does work. Those buds look fatter and denser than the others that have been left natural. It seems effective to be done about halfway through flowering, but no later than 3/4 of the way. FINAL UPDATE: So after 2 weeks in the drying net she weighed out to 87.81g. Not a great deal but she was compromised by the photoperiod plants she shared the tent with. It wasn't the full purple phenotype like I had twice before but still she looks pretty.

Day 37 - Did a little defoliating, I’m really hoping it doesn’t stunt her too much. Guess time will tell! Day 38 - Everything seems to be ok after defoliating a bit yesterday, just feeding and waiting on her to really start flowering! Day 39 - No major changes with her, still growing like a weed. Day 40 - Still looking good. Day 41 - Just waiting on her to start flowering. Pistils are popping but no budding yet. Day 42 - Growing like a weed for sure! Really starting to stretch. Think she might be starting to flower finally. Hopefully, cause she’s gonna outgrow the tent if she keeps stretching!

it has now clearly gone into bloom. really nice pistols and if it continues like this, it will become really thick buds. it has got a few yellow leaves but that's not bad. it has also grown a few centimetres

Day 43. Light is on max output, heat enormous and they RUN !!!! thought intensity will stop them a bit , but i think i do only worse ... We have +30 heatwave in UK, i live in attic , so for 4 more days everything will be out of control. Watered today. 6.3 phed water. I love simple and affordable Mars Hydro products, if you can cope with heat TSL2000 can do magic in your tent ! Will update after heat wave us over. Should be in 4 days back to +20 ;))) Day 45. They GROW !!!! Distance is insanly small, but i have 30 cm of space left, wont move light for a week, then i will try to have 20 cm at least again. Planing last top up, need two more waterings before it, so it should be on last day of this or first of next week. Thinking to take down all LST at that time, need pots to breath better, too thin fabric, they dont keep form. Day 47. Drink every two days !!! 4 liters goes to nothing !!! Huge, still streching, tops almost rubbing TS2000, heat 30 inside, humidity 65-68 ..... will need heavy clearing again !!! Devil is looking droopy because was just watered. Happy Growing !!!!

End of week 3, moving into week 4. The ladies got one of their very last defoliation. And definitely need some water and a feeding. So I top dressed with worm castings, Gaia Green's 284 and a touch of 444. Also got some recharge as well! Super simple! Just keeping my temps and humidity dialed in as good as I can and keeping a good feed schedule and water schedule and they're thriving very easy organic grow!

Hi guys, as we are in isolation I thought it would be a good time to try and grow my own weed so got my self a 1.2 x1.2x2 tent 600w hps light and all the shogun nutrients I’ll need. Also running a 4” carbon filter system. I did some research on the best way to start autos and I went with just planting them straight into there final pots on 18/4/20 the medium I am using is already charged so using just 6.8 ph water with the light been on 24hrs. All 3 seeds Sprouted in 72hrs. Going to keep the light on 24hrs for another 4 days then will switch to 18/6 in week 2. Was struggling with low humidity a couple of days in, so purchased a humidifier which seems to have helped bring it up to between 60- 75%. Also adapted the clean air intake to my tent so it’s bringing in cool out side air. Can’t help but keep on checking on them like a kid in a sweet shop 😂.
