Absoluut een keeper voor mensen zoals ik, die van fruitige tonen houden! Planten lijken in eerste instantie alleen "zo zo", omdat ze niet zo extreem frosty worden als sommige andere genetica. Maar ze kleurt (bij de juiste temperaturen) mooi en bouwt prachtig dikke bloemen op, die alles meer dan goedmaken! Al super-intensieve fruitigheid tijdens de bloeifase, wat bij het drogen en vooral bij het curing (vanwege de intensiteit) bijna ongemakkelijk dreigt te worden. Eerlijk gezegd: Ze blijft bij mijn multi-genetica-grows regelmatig als laatste over, omdat ik me bij het curing/burping bijna een beetje misselijk voel van de intensiteit. Maar uiterlijk na het malen wordt je duidelijk: Je zat er zo ver naast! Nee, het is niet te veel, het is precies goed! En dat is zo precies, in elke zin: Mooi harsachtig, intense vape met geweldige smaak, dan langdurige head-high, extreme ontspanning en intense couch-lock. Zeker niets voor gezellige rondes, meer voor het tot rust komen op al stressvolle dagen. Maar ook je beste maatje, als je niets te doen hebt en gewoon wilt chillen!

Eindreview - Critical Kush (RQS) Inleiding Excuses voor de late update. Ik heb tijdens de groei geen perfect logboek bijgehouden, dus ik voer nu alle gegevens in, een paar maanden na de oogst. Problemen & Lessen Deze tweede indoor run was een enorme leerervaring: • Germinatie: Het was veel te koud in het begin. Les: Ik zal vanaf nu altijd een verwarmingsmat gebruiken. • Voeding: Ik heb de fout gemaakt verschillende voedingsmerken te mengen. Ik realiseerde me ook dat ik geen fan ben van top-dressing, vooral omdat ik een mulchlaag gebruik om de grond vochtig te houden. • Waterproblemen: Ik had te maken met een voedingslockout door de Ca/Mg-verhouding van mijn kraanwater. Het heeft een zeer hoog calciumgehalte en is lang niet in de buurt van de 3:1 verhouding. Les: Ik zal in de toekomst Epsomzouten (bitterzout) gebruiken om het water in balans te brengen. • Timing: De oogst viel samen met mijn zomervakantie. Dit was een grote planningsfout die ik in de toekomst zal vermijden. • AI vs. Intuïtie: Ik vertrouwde te veel op ChatGPT in plaats van naar mijn intuïtie te luisteren. Ervaring komt van het observeren van de plant, niet alleen van het scherm. Rookrapport Ik kweek voor medische doeleinden, dus het effect is mijn prioriteit; smaak is secundair. • Smaak: Kruidig, houtachtig, met tonen van dennen. • Effect: Uitstekend voor spierontspanning en pijnverlichting. Het is een zware "couch-lock" strain. Wees voorbereid op serieuze munchies! Oogst & Opbrengst Ik heb het uiteindelijke droge gewicht niet genoteerd, maar de opbrengst was bevredigend ondanks de problemen. De potentie werd officieel getest op Cannafair 2025: • Vroeg Oogst (Voor-vakantie): 26% THC. • Laat Oogst (Na-vakantie): 23% THC.

Nice plant to have, full of trichomes! Really incredible and very heavy smell, love this strain a lot! Takes Topping and LST pretty well, although in the beginning it seemed to be trailing because I took away too many leaves! Handle with care, but great plant!

Grew easily, producing a good amount of wet bud- definitely a smoke for night time, its a wonder I got this posted on schedule.

If you want resin and buds strong as diamonds Critical Kush is your strain, buds shined like diamonds, the resin looked like humid drops and when dried the weight is much higher compared to others, with a same size bud in a grinder you get more weed and joints are biggers!

This one was undoubtedly the pride and joy of the grow and a big thank you to RQS again for the beans: 1:. If u followed her neighbour grow (northern lights) then you know the CK was a bit of a bully. She grew strong and dense, crowding out the other plant in the cabinet. It took 4 months to grow this plant out and that pales in comparison to the 9 it took my wife to grow another human (for the second time). It’s for this reason that the harvest report is delayed as I wasn’t about to sample the all-time best of our harvests with my grow partner in the penalty box. All told, we timed it pretty close😉👍 and further details will follow shortly. Update - Taste/Smell/Effects🍭🍭🍭🍭 We agree, it’s only a 2 week cure (so subject to change) but we’re getting a smooth, woody kinda flavour and the smell is definitely coming out as earthy and somewhat herbal 😉. Effects - it’s only getting 4/5 lollipops because it’s not cured yet and profile isn’t fully developed. It hits pretty heavy and almost immediately. Starts very cerebral and sativa-like (which is interesting). It then shifts to a more “buttery”, relaxing, light body stone showing the indica dominance. I wouldn’t say it’s debilitating couch lock and haven’t had effects like these since the last diesel strain we grew out. More mind bendy and less couchlocky than the diesel for sure. Exactly what’s been needed recently. Perfect👌👌👌

Average to above average genetics that should be given a more experienced hand to yield maximum quality (and quantity). With the sativa leaning phenotype, expect abundant yields of gassy, acrid citrus flowers that have above average bag appeal. Taken down at 58 to 60 days -- the effect is stoney, being initially cerebral. Full body relaxation should be felt shortly after, with the cerebral effect fading after an hour or two. High lasts three to four hours (maybe longer if tolerance is very low). Do not use if you need to be alert or mentally sharp. Growing notes: This phenotype likes cooler temperatures, especially late in flower. Definitely an overall light feeder that needs a boost of CalMag in Weeks 2 to 4 of flower. Does not respond well to recommended dosage of powerful bloom boosters. In these growing conditions (noted in the journal) flowering should take 60 to 70 days. I believe the effect would be more narcotic the closer to 70 days you take her.

Excellent strain, crispy, sticky nuggs of dense gooey goodness. Extremely smelly buds.
