Čus allemaal! De meiden hebben het nu achter de rug. Ik ben best tevreden over zowel de opbrengst als de kwaliteit. De geur is echt verleidelijk en ik kan niet wachten om het uit te proberen. Momenteel neem ik echter even een pauze van het roken. Wat betreft aanbevelingen, ik zou iedereen zeker Blue Gelato 41 van Barney's Farm aanraden. Het lijkt erop dat deze strain me veel fouten heeft vergeven. Dat verandert echter niets aan het feit dat je de meiden goed in de gaten moet houden en moet aanvoelen wat ze nodig hebben. Als je ze aandacht geeft, zullen ze je echt belonen met mooie, stevige toppen met een luxe geur. Het is heel goed mogelijk dat Sumo Boost van Shogun die geur heeft versterkt, zoals ik heb gelezen (als ik het mis heb, corrigeer me dan). Van Advanced Nutrients heb ik alleen Revive gebruikt na ingrepen zoals topping of defoliatie (zowel in de groeifase als in de bloeifase). Ik hoop dat iedereen het net zo goed doet als ik. Kijk gewoon naar wat de planten willen, en niet naar wat ze je in tabellen vertellen. Čus! En nu moet ik me weer richten op het tweede dagboek met Ice Tower van Hombre. Ik heb het behoorlijk verwaarloosd, dus laten we gaan!

Genetica zeer sterk en ongelooflijke productie van dichte bloemen rijk aan trichomen, heeft heel goed standgehouden tegen de trainingstechnieken, de ontwikkeling was langzaam maar heeft het beste gegeven in al deze tijd.

Ik zal later een volledige beoordeling geven. Voor nu kan ik zeggen dat het de stinkendste plant is die ik ooit heb gekweekt. Ooit. Er is absoluut niets stealth aan.

BG is een prachtige, sterke strain. Gedurende de hele groei vertoonde het geen tekortkomingen—mooie groene bladeren en dichte, grote toppen.

Indica Wirkung und dafür auch ganz ordentlich. Kopfhigh im Vergleich zu den anderen gering. Blaubeergeschmack ist dominant.

Encantado. Un poco predispuesta a botrytis en altas humedades. Biscotti Mintz mas resistente.

01/12/2024 Harvest 2-3 weeks early!

This played out exactly like another photo period I grew the year before. I bought it as a clone and it was already growing for at least 3 weeks. This was back in late May (approx) - and it was outside for a good 5 months, maybe a bit more. When the heat kicks in here, any photo period that's been going for so long will just mess up. I have had great success with photo periods - but they have to be germinated around late June. They just can't handle the prolonged heat and go haywire. This one produced hundreds of bud sites, but they were all really, really, small. Exactly the same the plant I grew the year before (an O.M.G. from Ripper Seeds) It's not the seeds, it's the climate and timing. But all was not lost, the buds were a pain to harvest but they were incredibly sticky - so I turned into some lovely bubble hash and gave the rest of the flower away.

Easy to grow but susceptible to bud rot as the mom and the clones all suffered from bud rot to some extent. The stretch I saw when flowering out the mom was almost absent for the clones, so it seems like the stretch depends on the amount of light used. The buds have a sweet/sour berry and old fruit aroma. I tested each plant with my tCheck, and the THC ranged from 14,5% to 16,5%. I find the taste and effect... OK. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, and several friends have told me that it is the best weed they have ever had, but personally, I find it a bit bland. It was the prettiest grow I have ever had, though, with absolutely stunning colors towards the end.

Did form some male flowers and contaminated the other plants. The pheno i got was like completly GSC and not a hint of Blueberry. Still very strong. Just not what i expected and the herms problem.

It was easy to grow, but smelled a lot in veg already. It stretched more than two times in flower. The leaves and buds got a lovely purple hue towards the end. The terps went from a crisp pine during veg to a pine, gasoline, and orange peel after the dry. Now, after two weeks of cure, the buds have an earthy scent with a hint of ripe fruit.

Sadly I discovered some ball sacks on her and according to the information I have read she's a true hermaphrodite and its down to the genetics, I have heard other growers complain about this particular strain from barney's . Anyway Im glad I spotted this yesterday before the sacks had chance to release pollen and mess up my other plants. I think if I grow this again I'll decrease the veg time just in case this happens again or do two at the same time hoping there'll be no issues, so the moral of the story is check you females for ball sacks frequently

The blue gelato 41 grew very vigorous during vegetation and bushed out rather than growing tall. That being said it did reach nearly 7 feet tall so not a small plant by any means I would encourage stretching and light stress training its entire course of vegetation. During veg it was a very hearty plant. I would also encourage a slight nitrogen increase in whatever you’re doing it seems like it just wanted more.
