Nutrient solution is pumped continuously across bare roots and returns to the tank for recirculation, eliminating media and simplifying upkeep. The Double Wide 6‑ft footprint measures 225 × 212 × 45 cm (approximately 6 × 6 × 1.5 ft) and uses a 180‑litre reservoir, with a typical plant capacity of around 16 sites. The system is designed to run 24/7 from a single central tank and includes submersible circulation pumps; Double configurations are supplied with MJ1000 pumps rated at 1000 L/h to maintain even flow across both trays. The layout scales by adding trays while keeping management on one reservoir.
