GT 100 Hydroponic System

NutSystems’ GT 100 is a square-format NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) system built around an integrated reservoir and shallow top tray. A submersible pump runs continuously, lifting nutrient solution from the 100 litre tank to form a thin film across bare roots before it drains back for recirculation. The design uses minimal media, maximizes oxygen at the root zone, and maintains a low profile (GT systems are about 22 cm tall), making it well suited to typical 1.2 m square tent layouts with a single overhead light. Recommended plant counts are commonly 4–9, depending on cultivar size and spacing. The GT 100 kit typically includes the tank, top tray, silver correx cover, spreader mat, delivery tube, and an MJ1000 pump rated around 1000 l/h for reliable, 24/7 operation.
