This is a great solution for anyone who can’t justify the cost of an expensive PAR meter. It performs the job reliably, while also offering useful extras like RH and temperature monitoring, plus a built-in CO₂ meter. Connected to the app, it becomes a solid, all-in-one entry-level setup for keeping your environment under control.

Samsung LEDs do an incredible job. I initially considered adding supplemental spectrum lighting (Add Lite bars), but after multiple runs without it, I’m consistently getting excellent results. Once you’re running a high-quality full-spectrum LED panel, the real key isn’t extra lighting — it’s how you build and feed your soil, and how well you keep it alive. In my setup, liquid nutrients are completely out. I’ve been using the same soil for about five years, continuously amending it with dry inputs. I also rotate in other plants like tomatoes and fresh herbs — the goal is to never let the soil sit empty or dry out. During winter, if it’s not in use indoors, I leave the pots outside to benefit from the natural elements (winters are very humid where I live). In spring, I sow clover (if it’s not already established), which helps fix nitrogen and support new growth. Nature is incredible — work with it, observe it, and you’ll never be disappointed. At the very least, you’ll learn something every time. I could go on about this for hours, but to keep it simple: go fully organic and skip liquid nutrients — that’s where the real difference is made.

It works well at first, but the fabric can stretch when using a space booster. To avoid any stress, I keep it simple: complete darkness around the tents during the night cycle.
