These plants went from 9.5 to 11 weeks. Potency was low on the big yielder. Potency was moderate on SC6, but the yield was miniscule. SC11 was complete hay. I was disappointed in these genetics and would not recommend them to anyone.

GH nutes are inexpensive, readily available and effective.

I'm editing this after this bud had several weeks to cure. It is not short lived at all and is by far the most potent weed I grew in this, my first grow. Almost a trippy high...must be the Thai genetics coming through. Nice flavour...I think the Thai is coming through. Clear euphoric buzz, bordering on trippy. Had some great gigglesfests. This plant was very nute sensitive and she saw much bigger and faster swings in pH than the other plants. I got 70 g of trim from this plant and made some very potent hash.

The Vortex strain gave me two nice plants. They were easy plants to grow. They both had the same floral, slightly citrus smell during flowering and the dried buds are giving me citrus and honeysuckle tones. A little too sweet for my tastes, actually. The effect is similar for both, with a nice energetic buzz that allows you to maintain focus. The potency is good, but not great. Good daytime smoke. The plants differed greatly in phenotype and yield. Vortex #1 was leaning Indica in bud structure with large colas up top and small buds everywhere beneath the canopy. She yielded 166 g and 106 g of trim. Vortex #2 had a sativa structure with chunky buds, large calyxes, but only yielded 63 g of dried buds and 106 g of trim. With over 200 g of trim on hand, There will be some nice hash made from these Vortex plants.

This bagseed came from weed that I got about 10 years ago from a grower in western Massachusetts vie a Deadhead friend. I''m pretty sure it''s a chemdog or chem derivative, because of the leaf structure during growing (see Week 3) and because of the diesely chem funk and copious resin production. It was a pretty stable S1 whatever it was because the phenos were all fairly similar in terms of leaf and bud structure, odor and effect. I gifted a plant to a friend and it turned out to be straight-up old-school diesel in odor and effect. T I got 98 grams of trim that I used to make bubble hash. It was delicious and potent. The smoke is good but needs a decent cure, and the effect is relaxing and happy but sleepiness will eventually bring you down if you smoke it throughout the day, like most weed I guess. I hit some of the smaller buds of Bagseed #1 with pollen from a vigorous Pure Power Plant male and got about 150 nice F1 beans. I shall call the cross Chem Powerplant. :)
