When the lights go off try and lower the temperatures a little . As far as humidity don’t over think it too much just keep this in mind seedlings prefer high humidity (moisture) and high temperatures and as the plant matures it becomes resilient as well as becomes more leafy so gradually decreasing the humidity and temperatures little by little as the plant grows would be fine
