<span class="link_user">@Bruce_Leroy1</span>, The first time, they sent me out a "new" one that was all scratched. Instead they ended up repairing my original unit. This time they want me to pay frieght for a loaner and being into a grow already, I don't have that option. Freight both ways is super expensive. They told me I could keep using it until the grow was over. Personally, I think Black Dog's customer service has sucked. I won't buy another light of theirs.
