<span class="link_user">@lee7782</span>, Hi Lee. Thanks bud. This was also my first plant, and I was cautious not to burn it with the light distance. So used just desk tube light for the first 2 weeks on seedlings. And then I&#039;ve only used Bloom/Veg mode with a distance of around 50-70cm and then soon as plants started flowering I&#039;ve added Boost the Cree Cob LEDs, but some pros say that better to use both settings switched ON through the whole cycle.
