I'm doing the same here I got GG#4 ready and finished with a huge mother plant of Pink Coma Star going to flower her this week 12/12 lights on/off or 10/14 on/off heard the 2 hours extra in dark help the buds grow bigger and higher THC levels were recorded by doing this, Anyways man my pink coma star is huge so I'm saying you'll be able to do this just don't transplant your Autos they hate that you should start them in the pot you will finish them, oh and do the Autos on 20hours on and 4hours off for the lights as there is a better THC percentage as well. photoperiod plants and seeds don't mind transplanting as long as you don't damage the main root! I've been growing for a few years now I'm not an expert just have been around a lot of people and growers and have read a lot on this since I plan on working in the medical cannabis industry so hopefully, this helps you good luck bud & happy growing :)
