Heard a lot of good things about them, its a fine top dress. After some googling I don't think I'd use 4-8-4 for bloom again. Too nitrogen heavy while not enough potassium.

Definitely using Silica with every grow from now on. Build a Soil is an awesome company. They have a youtube which you should check out if you haven't.

A nice organic cal/mag. I use RO water so I use it at half strength with every watering. It stinks when opened, but doesn't linger in the tent.

Unsure. The bottle went anaerobic a couple months into use. Did a few google searches and folks say this is 'how it's supposed to smell like that'... I disagree. More searches returned that this product may be overhyped, especially for their '16% yield increase' claim. Stored it/used it proper. A year of using hydro nutes the same way never contaminated them. Idk, I won't be using it next time... the $65 dollar bottle went down the drain after it started to smell like raw sewage.

Well, it my first soil grow so its hard to say how easy the plants were to grow... don't have anything to compare it to. Will say that that due to my mistakes they lacked the needed nutrition for about 1/3rd of the grow if not a little more, and they still came out decent and I'm happy with them. She's frosty. Think I took her a little premature but she's ready enough. Updates coming after dry/trim.

I love the deep purple/black/red colors on them, paired with the deep red/dark orange hairs, surrounded by a good amount of trichomes. They look and smell delicious - skunky berries. For the price point and what it is, it's a great light. Just make sure to train plants accordingly as it will not penetrate a dense canopy.
