Well, friends, the big day has arrived—harvest time! It’s been a long 12–13 weeks, but the wait was worth it. I was rewarded with about 1,100 grams of wet weight (including the stems). Now I’ll let them dry for 10–14 days, and then we’ll see how they turned out and just how good the final product really is!
