It probably helped. Not experienced enough to tell one way or the other.

Helped make some fat and healthy roots.

They got the job done. The recommended amount of fertilizer was about ten times too strong though. Plants almost died, but came back around.

Great light for seedlings, micro grows and supplemental lighting . Super growth for so few watts. Exceeded my expectations.
