Recommended for sure! The best growing medium if you’re using coco perlite in my opinion.

I used two of the same lights in the canopy of the grow tent to give my plant the light that it needed. I already had them so it didn’t make sense to purchase another light.

Does well with the help of the resiliency of the plant. I also used this amendment with transplanting.
