Its powdery mildew. it will Kill your plants and it spreads really fast. You can get a 1 litre spray for about £6.00 I had it pretty bad and got the out and drenched then and it helped a lot. keep spraying them every 3 days just before the lights go on. It soon makes a difference. And your plants will start to grow again as powdery mildew will stunt them. Make sure you have good air flow around your grow space. If they are getting it outside just keep spraying them. as its every where.
