Valoya’s BX120 is a mid-to-high intensity LED bar for growth chambers and multi-tier cultivation. The IP67-rated luminaire measures 1176 x 73.5 x 58 mm, weighs 2.6 kg and is dimmable via 0–10 V/PWM. Power consumption is spectrum dependent (typically about 130 W). Available spectra include AP67, AP673L, NS1 and Solray385; light output reaches up to 335 µmol/s per bar. The tempered-glass covered, passively cooled design directs heat upward and is built for wet-location cleaning. For canopy planning, Valoya recommends using 4–6 BX120 bars to light a 120 x 120 cm area, depending on target PPFD and mounting height. Typical service life is 50,000 hours to 70% output. Applications include research facilities, indoor farms, medical plants and hybrid HPS conversions.
