This is a new, second version, grow light that is very powerful for its small size, but it generates a lot of heat for an LED. Plan your grow accordingly.

The SolarXtreme 500 proved to much light for the 9 sq ft tent. The plants improved noticeably once I switched to the SolarXtreme 250 and kept it 2 to 3 feet away.

Now that I see what what can be achieved with 200w I'll try the 400w version next indoor grow

Didn't use due to leaf damage (not light related).

I like the light, it is just a little bit too hot, so I assume an a/c will help... we ll see in the next grow how it is going to act with the ac setup
