MELs_Garden Welkom bij RQS Triple G Hallo allemaal, deze keer komen we met de Triple G, een nieuwe variëteit van Royal Queen Seeds die we mogen uitproberen. We zijn erg blij met deze kans en we zullen ons best doen. Laten we de strain bespreken. Type variëteit: Feminiseren THC: 26% CBD: Laag Oogst binnen: 525 - 575 gr/m2 Hoogte binnen: 90 – 140 cm Bloeitijd: 8 - 9 weken Genetische oorsprong: Gorilla Glue 4 x Gelato 33 Type: Sativa 15% Indica 85% Effect: Een schone cerebrale high Klimaat: Warm Smaak: Aards, Den, Zoet 25 augustus om 00:30 zetten we de 5 zaden in water om te hydrateren. 26 augustus Na 18 uur zien we dat de 5 een beetje het schilletje hebben geopend. Daarna stoppen we ze in de plugin pro en in een kleine elektrische kweekkas met een deken om het water in de lucht te laten verdampen. We laten ze in het donker. 27 augustus 4 van de 5 zijn uit de plugin-pro gekomen en we verplaatsen ze naar containers van ongeveer 0,2l met monkey soil coco substraat. We bevochtigen het substraat een beetje met water + 0,25ml•l van ryzofuel. We zetten ze weer in de kweekkassen, maar deze keer met licht. 28 augustus We zetten ze in de kast met grow the jungle LED-strips van 3 × 15w op 24 uur, op ongeveer 5 cm boven de kweekkas. 30 augustus We voeren regelmatig bladvoeding uit, altijd met ryzofuel. Vandaag hebben we het deksel van de kweekkas gehaald en nu krijgen ze direct licht. De kweekomstandigheden zijn behoorlijk goed wat betreft temperatuur en vochtigheid. We hebben 1 van de 5 zaden verloren, maar om redenen die niet aan het zaad zelf liggen. Het is niet helemaal verloren, maar ik denk niet dat het het niveau van de rest zal halen, dus zelfs als het opkomt, zal het worden weggegooid. De rest ziet er erg goed uit, met veel energie.

MELs_Garden Week 2 From September 2 to 8 September 4 We filled the pots a bit and gave them a watering, soaking the pot with Ryzofuel at pH 6 and EC of 0.2ms. At the bottom of the pots, we can see that they are developing roots, so we will start watering with nutrients soon. We're continuing with the same rhythm as the week, everything is going well and there's not much to comment on. Next week we will start adding the nutrients. On September 7, we did a preventive treatment with spider killer. September 8 Today we prepared the reservoir with nutrients. We will continue with the Cyco range and the Toni 13 charts, one of my favorite growers. We will follow the charts that he uses for Cyco cultivation in coco. The mix we prepared contains: (As our tap water has 0.1ms, we leave it at 0.4ms using Calmax and magnesium; from here we apply the fertilizers.) • 0.5 ml/l: Uptake + Dr Repair + Silica • 0.6 ml/l: Grow A + Grow B • 1 ml/l: Zyme + B1 Boost + Ryzofuel (Amount we added of each product.) EC: 900 microsiemens pH: 5.8 Th20 23.3°C Well, until now we had the LED strips at about 20cm or less to reduce initial stretching, but once that was done, we raised them to 30cm, which is ideal. Other than that, very happy, all very symmetrical and so far all the same.

MELs_Garden Week 3 From September 9 to 15 We give a splash of the cyco mix every 1-2 days, depending on what each one needs. Today I checked the substrate and it looks like the bottom of the pot is well-rooted. September 12 We transplanted to 2L pots with 100% coco. As you can see, all 4 were very well-rooted and are in good health. The ryzofuel is very good. Watering with 1ml/l ryzofuel at pH 5.8 and EC 0.2ms September 13 We do a foliar spray with vitality plus 50ml/l to help them recover better from the transplant stress and to prevent issues. In the photos, you will see they are a bit down from the transplant. September 15 We finish this week with very good feelings. They have recovered from the transplant stress as if nothing happened. They look very healthy and as you can see, they are very uniform; for now, all 4 are very stable.

MELs_Garden Week 4 From September 16 to 22 We are watering each plant individually according to their needs, the watering is always with the same conditions as the values above :arrow_up::arrow_up:) for all plants, but the periods between waterings are different. The plants are starting to grow well and we are running out of space, so in a few days we will start the culling. September 19 We have removed about 5 plants from our cabinet and now we have better space for them to grow without competing with each other. The plants have gone to our friend noobgrower's grow, including the gorilla glue #4, so we have deleted the diary we were keeping. September 20 We pruned a node starting from the bottom. Once in a while, a foliar spray with ryzofuel at 1ml/l since it doesn't create a magnifying effect and can be used both in ON and OFF. September 22 This is going really well, with the space we've given them they have reduced stretching a lot and are becoming more compact. It won't be long until the transplant to final pots.

MELs_Garden Week 5 Van 23 tot 29 september We gaan verder met hetzelfde als vorige week. De bewateringen zijn praktisch hetzelfde en af en toe een foliair met ryzofuel. 28 september We hebben 2 van de 4 triple G overgezet naar een pot van 7l. We hebben de 4 niet overgezet omdat de substraat op is.. morgen zetten we de overige over. Verder heb ik niet veel te zeggen omdat alles tot nu toe praktisch hetzelfde is als de voorgaande weken. De bewateringen zijn zoals altijd.

MELs_Garden Week 6 From September 30 to October 6 October 1 We transplanted the 2 that were left. We would have done it earlier, but it took a few days to get the soil. We're going to try the CANNA coco substrate. At first glance, it looks good. The 2 that were missing were very well rooted. We moved to the LEC room at 315w. October 3 We watered with the same base as always but without the grow A+B so they don't get too much, keeping the EC at 0.8ms and the pH at 6. October 3 We did a little defoliation, removing some fan leaves to let the light penetrate better, we also placed stakes and did some low pruning. Tomorrow we’ll switch to flowering; it’s about time... From now on, they will stay in their final spot, and the monitoring will be more thorough.

MELs_Garden Week 1 From October 4 to 11 We switched to 12h. Let the party begin. October 6 We did a foliar spray with vitality plus at 50ml/l to prevent pests and the like. October 8 We turned on the sulfur burner for at least 6 hours to eliminate possible predators, fungi... October 9 We did a watering with all the cyco nutrients that we will mark above with the indicated pH and EC above.

MELs_Garden Week 2 From October 12 to 18 October 13 We did watering with my Cyco schedule, practically with the conditions and fertilizers mentioned above. We took the opportunity to move the plants and make the most of the space we have. Now they have their space without bothering each other and can develop without problems. One of them is incredibly well, big and robust, the other 2 are doing fine and then we have one that is a little less developed but is hanging in there, we'll see how it goes. Low temperatures around 23°C when ON and about 18/19°C when OFF. Humidity between 50/60% October 14 We did a small defoliation by removing some sinkers and a large leaf that was blocking the light. October 16 With the lights off, we did a foliar spray of C no insects to prevent pests and eliminate any possible threat. On the other hand, we did watering with the Cyco fertilizers and with the conditions specified above, both pH and EC as well as the doses per product. Other than that, everything is progressing well.

MELs_Garden Week 3 From October 19 to 25 The product we used for prevention left a kind of grit on the leaves, the plants may be pest-free but I'm not very sure it suited them too well.. October 20 We don't know if it's due to excess or the residues on the leaves, but just to be safe we watered with water. 1.5ml calcium max + 1ml magnesium pH 6.1 EC 0.8ms Th20: 22°C October 21 We do some small defoliation, mainly the lower leaves that weren't receiving enough light and some upper leaves so that the buds receive direct light, anyway we remove few leaves to avoid stressing her too much or leaving her bald. October 23 We remove the rest of the leaves that we see are bothering but that we didn't remove earlier to avoid over-defoliating. October 24 We water again following Toni's cyco chart 13 which basically includes the fertilizers and conditions marked above. October 25 We finish the week, we have 4 triple Gs heading into flowering. The conditions are great, 24.3°C ON and about 20.2°C OFF with a relative humidity around 50/55% with some days at 47%. Very thick stems and large, wide leaves. The sizes vary, 80, 75, 70, and 60 (cm) respectively.

MELs_Garden WEEK 4 Van 26 oktober tot 1 november Laten we conclusies trekken: 4 planten en ze zijn allemaal gelijk, goed teken. Hoogteverschil tussen de hoogste en de laagste is ongeveer 10 cm, goed teken. Concentratie van bloemen in het centrale topje en zeer stevige stelen. We blijven de gebruikelijke lijn volgen en de bewatering blijft individueel. Hoewel ze op verschillende dagen plaatsvinden, zal de oplossing voor allemaal hetzelfde zijn en onder dezelfde omstandigheden (meststoffen, pH, EC...) 30 oktober We hebben een kleine defoliatie uitgevoerd. De bewatering gebeurt op basis van behoefte, dus sommige dagen geef ik alleen water aan 1 plant en de volgende dag aan 2... afhankelijk van wat ze vragen, geef ik water. 31 oktober We reorganiseren de verdeling van de planten in de binnenruimte en verplaatsen de 4 Triple G naar de andere tray die verlicht wordt met LED. Aangezien we zien dat de planten over het algemeen een beetje te veel voedingsstoffen hebben gekregen, zullen we de volgende bewateringen met de volgende mix uitvoeren: 1,5 calmax + 1,5 mg + 1 dr repair + 1 kleanse + 0,16 Mammoth P pH: 6,2 EC: 0,8 ms Th2O: 22,5°C

MELs_Garden WEEK 5 Van 2 tot 8 november We blijven individuele bewateringen doen voor elke plant, we geven water naarmate ze het vragen. Voorlopig blijven we bij het water en de mix die we hebben gemaakt totdat we zien dat ze 100% zijn. 1 calmax + 1,5 magnesium + 1 kleanse + 1 dr repair PH: 6.2 EC: 0.8ms Th20: 23°C 8 november Vanaf hier gaan we weer beginnen met het bewateren met voedingsstoffen, aangezien ze er nu beter uitzien en meer bereid zijn om te eten. Ze groeien geweldig, behalve 1, de rest ziet eruit alsof ze een heel goede centrale top gaan geven, de andere heeft iets meer vertakt en heeft een betere verdeling over de takken. Bovendien, omdat we met iets lagere temperaturen werken, afhankelijk van de dag, krijgen ze een mooie paarse glans.

The 4 have come out very similar, 3 of them are turning purple, especially 2 of them, all have a central bud full of resinous buds except for 1 of them that has thrown out a bit more branches. Some of them have already lightened their leaves quite a bit, so they will absorb the nutrients eagerly. So far, everything is great. November 14 First, we did a watering with nutrients, everything specified in the section above. On the other hand, we modified the lighting. Before we had 1 lec 315w light + 2 × led jackson 150w, now we have removed one jackson of 150w to take it to our vegetative cabinet and we have put another lec of 315w. The amount of light now is much greater, let's hope they take advantage of it. Other than that, everything is progressing steadily.

MELs_Garden Week 7 From November 16 to 22 After resuming watering with nutrients, they show signs of over-fertilization, so today we did a little flush.. although at this rate we might do one more watering and start with the flushing. Other than that, everything is good. November 20 Everything keeps progressing, the one that has branched out the most is starting to swell day by day, the rest is doing well but they are focusing more on resin production than on fattening up. The humidity is a bit higher than we would like, but it's within the parameters. November 22 We are watering again with nutrients because after the flush I still see them receptive. And so we finish this week 7, next week we will do a watering with nutrients or maybe 2 and then we will start with the flushing, still everything is relative and variable because we will really act according to what we see they are telling us.

MELs_Garden Week 8 From November 23 to 29 Another little week. 2 of them are resinous like champions and the other 2 are still fattening up. This strain is 8-9 weeks so we will do the following. We are going to do a watering with water to take advantage of what remains in the substrate and after this watering we will start with the flush, at least for 2 of them, for the other 2 we will see as we go. November 26 Watering with water + 1 Mg + 1 calcium + 1 kleanse pH: 6.2 EC: 0.8ms Th2O: 22.5°C After the watering with water, we have been doing the flush in the following days. They smell a lot and we are already starting the countdown.. next week we will be harvesting them as we go. Everything else is fine. As the days have passed and they have needed watering, we have only watered with water with a pH of 6 and EC: 0.2ms. December 2 We harvested 3 of the 4 Triple G. December 3 We harvested the Triple G that was missing. Well, this is where the cultivation of our Triple G from Royal Queen Seeds ends. Now until we harvest, dry, and cure a bit (enough to be able to smoke it) there will be no updates. P.S. MELs_Garden Nou, we beschouwen onze Triple G van Royal Queen Seeds als afgerond. GROEI We beginnen met het bespreken van de groei van onze Triple G. Het is een plant met een lage groei, zijn indica-dominantie is duidelijk zichtbaar in zijn morfologie. Het zijn lage planten met een korte internodale afstand, een behoorlijk dikke stam met grote en brede bladeren en een korte/middelmatige vertakking. Ik had het graag getraind om te zien hoe het zou reageren, maar dat is voor een andere keer. Desondanks denk ik dat het zeer aan te raden is voor SOG-teelt. Eet als een kampioen en heeft nooit problemen gegeven. Zeer goede groei. BLOEIING: Wat betreft de bloei, ze zijn ongeveer verdubbeld in grootte, misschien dat sommige zelfs niet dat deden, ik had er een die te kort bleef... ik had naar mijn mening meer groei moeten geven. De takken onderaan zijn behoorlijk uitgerekt en hebben veel kracht gekregen, maar concentreren zich voornamelijk in het centrale deel. Rond de vierde week begonnen 3 van de 4 paarse tinten te krijgen die met de dagen meer werden, en de andere bleef met een iets donkere groene kleur. De paarse planten waren praktisch identiek, alleen diegene die klein bleef, maar verder praktisch gelijk. De groene plant was gelijk aan de rest, maar dan in groen en met grotere bloemen aan de takken. De geur was zeer zoet en doordringend, het gaf al aan dat het een goede plant zou worden en dat heeft het niet teleurgesteld. Wat ik het meest zou benadrukken is de hars, overvloedig overal, bijna het paars van de bladeren overschaduwend, geen woorden. Incredible. PROEF VAN TRIPLE G Eenmaal gedroogd, hebben we onze Triple G in glazen potten gedaan en ze ongeveer 1,5 maand laten rijpen. De toppen zijn compact en ZEER harsachtig met een zeer sterke zoete geur... ik benadruk dat de hoeveelheid hars immens is. Alleen al het pakken van een top om in de grinder te doen, blijven je handen vol, heerlijk. De toppen zijn zeer compact en gaan heel lang mee. Bij het roken is de smaak hetzelfde als het aroma. Het laat je mond doordrenkt van smaak met slechts één hijs. Elke hijs vult je en bij het uitblazen heeft het die zoete, zoete, zoete smaak van een echte gelato. Ongelooflijk, de smaak is een 10 en het is praktisch wat ik zoek. Hier gaat kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en deze strain is een geweldige keuze geweest. Conclusies: Ik zou het opnieuw kweken en ik kan verzekeren dat ik het opnieuw zal kweken, vooral nu ik weet wat ik heb geleerd. Ik hou van het in alle opzichten, maar ik ben vooral weg van de smaak bij het roken en de immense hars.
