Hoku and Mephisto

distractedgrower I haven't really been tracking this grow as it was just meant to be a bit of an experiment, my first time running coco, and to get a feel for how much more work mixing nutes is. It's not really comparative to my previous grow because I have both of these plants in a 2x2 under a 100w light, instead of 2 plants in a 2x4 under 300w. My tap water comes out around ec 0.34, using only A+B for the first few weeks and starting with 0.7ec and working up to 1.0 over the first 4 weeks. They aren't perfect, as I don't really know what I'm doing and they really aren't getting much of my attention, but they're growing well enough I've decided to keep them. I've let the coco in both dry out a few times already. They just hit about 10" tall, bent em down to about 6".

distractedgrower Gradually upped the feed to 1.2 EC, added a low dose of cal/mag. Continued LST, DLI 20-30 across canopy.

distractedgrower Slowly up to 1.7 EC with another low dose cal/mag. I am feeding to a little runoff every watering. Did a little bit of defoliation and one last round of LST. I have a feeling these are both going to stretch a lot. I may add 3 or 4 18W supplemental light bars around the outside soon.
