bountifulbuds In de laatste week voor de oogst. Dit is ongeveer 10 weken na het planten van de zaad en het ontkiemen. Ik zie 20% amberkleurige trichomen op de Fire OG (63-70 dagen levensduur) en een paar amberkleurige op de White Widow (75-83 dagen levensduur). Het ruikt sterk, en de bladeren beginnen te vervagen. Met de eerste kweek wil ik geen problemen hebben met budrot, dus ik haal die vervagende bladeren weg en duw ik een dag of twee langer. Ik zie een beetje foxtailing. Met één plant iets verder dan de andere probeer ik ervoor te zorgen dat ze allebei klaar zijn.
Fire OG wrapped up harvesting it at the tail end of week 12 at around 90 days. Grow was very successful despite things that were messed up:
- over watered the seedlings
- didn't use all the coco I was supposed to so these were growing in a single coco disc each
- calmag lockout from nitrogen toxicity
Did not weigh this grow as it was wet but did a wet trim to get rid of fan leaves and sugar leaves where possible. The bud dried at 70-85 degrees F with a relative humidity between 50- 60 as I didn't have great control over it. The overall dry weight of the White widow was the same as the fire OG coming in at 56 grams (2 oz) which was great for a first grow. Bud smells great, but is a bit fluffier than I would have expected from the way the plant looked wet. Giving this 1 month trying both a cure bag and a jar to see if I have a preference for future grows. Overall would highly recommend the white widow for its resiliency despite my mistakes, and how massive the main stem developed! Pictures show the full plant with trimmed pics and to show how it looks like packaged. I'm rating this strain high as well for tolerating my mistakes, the bud sites were a little smaller than expected but that could very well be from my mistakes.
