5-24-20: Shes getting fat! Getting close to harvest. Leafs are starting to fade to yellow. Shes getting more and more stinky and stickier by the day. Good covering of trichomes and buds aren't to airy looking. Pistils are nice and amber with a few white ones still lingering around. Looks like the lower buds are maturing at the same rate as the top, so im sure i will be able to harvest all at once. Only the trichomes will tell.

There I was. Talking on another forum to what I consider to be a true aficionado and master green thumb. Explaining that I had a staggered set in my tent. He told me to ease into the beastie bloomz 0-50-30 with 1/8 tsp per gallon in my reservoir. Keep in mind I’m hydro NOT soil. The first watering I did so with these little ladies that are 46” tall. Somehow I was in a rush and not thinking clearly the second watering which was two days later and added a full tablespoon into 4 gallons and the plants were already being fed before I did the math in my head. Much to my surprise they BLEW UP. When I went back and test the PPM on my reservoir the following day it was at a staggering 3400ppm. I should have had zombies. I cleaned it and reset with 1500 ppm and have slowly been adding water and watching it creep again into higher numbers. 3 different strains and they are all stoked on these numbers. So you know what. I’m literally going to test the uncharted waters and see exactly how much they can take. Like I always so, don’t do what I do. Do what your plants tell you to do. Party on wayne!

Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and everything is definitely looking and smelling great. Gave her the first feeding of the week today and will start monitoring the trichs here soon but she’s definitely still got some time left. Day 58 - All is looking good and nothing big to update but a few pictures to keep track of the buds fattening. Day 59 - Man she’s getting fat! Measure one bids width and it’s close to 3.5” wide and she’s still got a couple weeks still to go! Gave her a good drink of pH’d water today. Day 61 - Gave the girl the final feeding of the week today and she’s doing nothing but get fat. Did a quick check of the runoff pH and it’s coming out just as it’s going in, 6.6. Can not wait for this girl to finish. Day 63 - Ending week 9 and this thing is a beast, at least for me. She’s is fat and happy and just counting down till chop time but pistils are still white and she’s still fattening up so thinking another 2 weeks or so.

So, with my crooked hands, I broke a branch on it, and I only noticed it a few days later :( I hope it recovers soon, the truth is that the girl grows really tall despite the fact that she gets more light than she needs :) but the spaces between the branches speak for themselves. Alien OG Autoflower grew great, and finished beautifully. Strong smell, frosty, and sticky. She grew great under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. It was my first time using the Gen 1:11 nutrients. I really like them, and will use again till I run out or get more. She will hang dry 24 hours then be put into the cannatrol for a 8 day cycle. I got a great grow to try it out the first time. 🤞. 91 Grapes day 80; Well for a plant that is supposed to grow a 65 day from sprout she still has some time left to finish. Buds are stacking in true chem91 fashion super dense and chunky but the smell is nothing short of downright grapes, it’s the same smell of grape koolaid when you tear into a package, or a grape pixie stick. Trichomes are getting thick and buds are covered in the grape residue not complaining mind you. She is showing signs of some sort of illness, or nutrient imbalance but she is in mid to late stage of flower development so just going to water her and see what happens, let her grow. Vanilla Fizz. Ms. Fizz her flowers are on the airy side of things but they do continue to fatten daily so time will tell if they will harden up. Trichomes are in abundance and cover everything. And smell,my goodness she stinks, it’s a sweet smell very perfumie kind of thing going on. Her branches are starting to sag and will need some support before next week’s update. Harvey Wallbanger. The Plants had a shorter vegetation period than i had the previous runs. I usually like to „fill up the tent“ mostly with more plant mass. But the timing wasn’t perfect. Im still overall happy with the current state. All organic. Living soil and RO water. And the occasional compost tea. 15l fabric pots wich aren’t ideal for living soil but still work out great so far. Hope you like it too
