Day 1 – Germination (Water Glass Method) Today I started germinating my Gelato K seeds using the water glass method. The seeds are soaking in room temperature water for 12-24 hours, giving them a good start. Waiting for them to crack open and show the first signs of life! I'll keep you posted on the progress. 🌱💧 Day 2 – Into the Soil (No Germination Yet) Even though the seeds haven't germinated yet in the water, I decided to go ahead and plant them directly into the soil. I’ve placed the seeds about 1 cm deep and added a sprinkle of mycorrhizal fungi to help encourage root development once they sprout. Now, I’m making sure the soil stays moist and hoping the seeds will break through soon. Let's see what happens over the next few days! 🌱🌍 Day 4 – First Leaves Unfolding Exciting progress! 🌱 Yesterday, on Day 3, the seedling finally broke through the soil and made its appearance. Today, on Day 4, the first tiny leaves (cotyledons) have fully formed. It’s a great sign that the plant is establishing itself and is ready to begin photosynthesis. The soil is staying moist, and I’m keeping the light at a good distance to encourage steady growth. Looking forward to seeing those first true leaves pop up in the coming days!

2/8 - 2/14: Still have the BJ's and GG's on plain water with Liquidsoil. I expect their last night alive will be next Friday.

Week 11 Day 71 (9/25) Well I made an partially informed decision with her. I went ahead and gave her a mini flush, ran 3 gallons of water through her to try and get some of the excess nutrients out. I'll give a few days, then will feed her again. I'm going to try and remember to bust out the microscope tonight and check her trichomes. She's still got plenty of white pistils, but I just need to see if I am actually able to see the trichs for when the time comes. Day 72 (9/26) Her pot was still fairly heavy this morning, so no plans to feed today. I'm thinking tomorrow she'll be ready. I feel so bad for her, she's looking kinda pitiful. I did get a chance to try out a cheap little phone clip on microscope I have. It was difficult to get it down to the bud, but took a few pics. These are zoomed in on the small area that it actually captured. Worked out okay, but it's gotta be like ON the bud to see anything, and now it's sticky and funky. Which to be fair, isn't really a bad thing. I think it will work well enough to check trichomes for readiness. Her pistils are browning surprisingly quickly, I wasn't expecting that. I may start checking trichomes every few days or so. Day 73 (9/27) Wasn't able to get on and get posted yesterday, the mother-in-law was at our house all day. But she was feeding us mushrooms all day, so I guess that's okay lol. Day 74 (9/28) I was able to get up early and get her fed. Her smell is amazing, sweet and potent. I messed around a bit with the microscope but it's pretty hard to get decent pics. Day 75 (9/29) Played around with the microscope a bit last night. It's pretty hard to get clear shots of the trichomes, but I'm getting better at it the more a mess with it. Debating on getting a handheld microscope off amazon or something, just to try to make it easier and more clear to see the trichomes. Currently working on the wife about getting some lights for the 4x4 and getting that tent going. I'd like to be able to run multiple plants! Day 76 (9/30) She's getting closer and closer! After the flush, it seems like the lockout is over as she isn't progressing like she was. Day 77 (10/1) I pulled out the microscope lens for my phone and checked trichomes. Realized I was probably better off just taking a video and checking multiple buds. Worked out pretty good, just paused the video when I had a clear shot and was able to zoom in and such to look closer. Here I am...just waiting....waiting...waiting...waiting...

Plant going as wanted, INSANE growth, very special in the way it behaves. I cannot kill this thing no matter what you do. After the second schwazzing where I took I think 130+ leaves, it regend within 48 hours... I am not sure what to say, but I guess these mofos are made with some mastermind in the back. Im just blown away and that from a free tester seed.

They pulled out of the power outage wish I coulda seen what they done without all the undue stress from bad temps and no light for a day....

4 days ago last cut and huge stressing, now i sent them on 12/12 Bloom time, i Like how they grow and think everything Looks good so far. Any thoughts?

Very few white pistols left. I have started checking tricomes now for peak harvest time (hopefully) lol. 11/9/22 Added tricome pics and video to this week. Starting to turn milky, which is what I want, so I'll be keeping an eye on her.

For ten days or so, this zebra Stripe was stuffed in the corner of a 3x3 dominated by a 30 gallon pot filled to the brim with Apple Glitter, but now she's free! The environment is unstable and not ideal most of the time, but it's starting to fill out now that I've defoliated and it's not so crammed.

On day 70 they both went down. The trichomes showed the were ready. The last week I kept the girls in the shade a bit during the day. We´ve had temperatures close to 40 degrees C. I didn´t want to expose them to too much heat.

Week 9 flowering

Everything is dense with tight buds. Decent yield to her, I think. Nice light green color and smells. Fruity/blueberry scentbto her for sure. Going to be harvesting in less then a Week. I started flushing a couple days ago. I want to let her pot dry out, become lighter in weight, before I chop it. To ensure she's properly flushed and because I'm going to chop as an entire plant so If I chop it when the container's lighter then heavy, it'll dry faster for trimming/jarring/curing. All the hairs appear to be orange and curling back in; if not already done so. I checked with my scope and am beginning to notice amber trichomes far and few. Another reason im giving her another 4-5 days before taking it down. Definitely there, but i like to wait a tad bit longer. Also, I feel the flush is important, although others can say otherwise.

11/29 Start week 4 still solidly in veg Tighten training daily . Still on same feed of 800ppm Water filter be in Monday-ish and so I can drop the tap water TDS so to raise the nuet level. 12/1 Continuing to get hang of coco, the runoff in particular will be worked on. Happy with it 12/2 Seeing the first signs of flower so beginning the intro of bloom nuets. dropped the CT A&B Grow to 9ml/gal adding 1 ml/gal Bloom A&B. Will increase the bloom over the next week to full. 12/5 Into the flowering tent still on half grow half bloom nuets 800ppm for a while. Changed feeding to once per day 1 qt(liter) with @ one cup runoff each (25%) New camera learning how to use it

Der Grow ist nun durch , bin mit dem gesamten Verlauf sehr zufrieden. Es gab nie Probleme, alles lief nach Plan. Es wurde kein großes Entlauben, noch Topping oder sonstiges gemacht, lediglich die großen Blätter wurden entfernt. Gesamtgenommen , würde ich es wieder so machen, es war einfach ein ruhiger entspannter Grow. Die Lampe von Greenception, der Dünger von Biotabs, und auch der Blumat, funktionierten super in einer Symbiose zusammen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis nicht riesig ist, ist es wie in der Vorwoche bereits erwähnt für mich absolut in Ordnung. Da ich nicht viel benötige und es mehr ein Hobby ist . Die gesamte Lichtleistung habe ich durch 3 geteilt, es sind schließlich 3 Pflanzen im Zelt, damit man ein korrektes Ergebnis erhält. Ich danke für die Free Seeds @SuperSativaSeedsClub, und kann Sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Rauch und Endergebnis werde ich selbstverständlich nachliefern. There were never any problems; everything went according to plan. No major defoliation, topping, or other interventions were done; only the large leaves were removed. Overall, I would do it the same way again, as it was simply a calm and relaxed grow. The lamp from Greenception, the fertilizer from Biotabs, and the Blumat system worked perfectly together in symbiosis. Even though the result isn't huge, as I mentioned last week, it's absolutely fine for me. I don't need much, and it's more of a hobby. I divided the total light output by 3, as there are 3 plants in the tent, to get an accurate result. I thank SuperSativaSeedsClub for the free seeds and can recommend them without hesitation. Sensi Seeds Jack Herer week 10 Update 18th Feb 2020 Finally She's flowering. Now that all of my Photoperiod strains are flowering I can see the End is in sight. I performed the last of the HST I'll be doing to this girl on a few branches that were taller than the rest. Now that she's in flower mode I'll need to start introducing some of the Dr greenthumbs Bud and bloom mix. Ive already added about half a kilo of fresh worm castings to the soil and some Epsom salts to boost magnesium levels. As youll see in the above pics the plant is looking lovely and lush and when I rub the stems she eminates a marvelous smell I simply cannot describe.
