420Fastbuds FBT2301 Week 8 What up grow fam. Weekly update on these two lovely ladies. Flowers are definitely getting bigger. Crazy you can almost see the growth from day to day at this stage of flower. No real signs of any issues so will keep up the same routine as it seems to work really well for them. All in all Happy Growing.

It is looking like 2 - 3 more weeks till harvest. Buds are thick and heavy. Not alot of trichrome production yet, but getting more every day.

I started germination of 2 Critical purple kush beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with CPK. I've ran this strain a good dozen times. It's a very short, robust, and branchy variety. Packs on fat dense colas with immaculate bud structre and trichome production. It's a fairly fast finisher and packs a real potent stoned. She gets very sexy purple highlights and hues. Some phenos more purple than others but I've always got color. She doesn't mind lst, and some good training work greatly increases yeilds. I've ran her inside and out and all times of the year. She seems to strive and flourish in any environment. Just give her that light and watch her grow! She packs a very signature kush pallet and she always has a spot in my rotation! Seedsman knocked it out the park with these genetics.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went pretty good for the Strawberry Banana Auto, I did go out of town for 4 days and my PH got too high in my reservoir so that set me back a couple days or so but the plants still look pretty healthy, I did notice a couple rust colored spots on the lower most leaves of this plant. She is topped and I did a light defolilation yesterday and some LST just to try and keep a level canopy. The tomatoes are looking great as well as enjoying the runoff from the cannabis, got my first flowerson them this week. In the tent I am still running the Spectrum X at 60% power in V1 mode which is the veg mode and it is keeping the plants very green, bushy, and with tight internodal spacing. I will continue LST and slowly make the change to flower nutes as soon as the stretch is about over. December 15, day 1, seedling healthy with taproot growing 1.5 inches out of rapid rooter. Transplanted to seedling container. Under 25w Sansi LED untill it is ready for veg lighting. 5 gallon final container prepped with buffered coco/perlite. December 18, day 4. Seedling has had some issues with transpiration, probably due to not enough flushing of the coco. The result is damage to the tips/necrosis of the first true leaves. I flushed the medium and the seedling seems to be recovering. It is sending out more roots and growing at a steady pace. I also moved the seedling into its final pot. This feels a little premature, but it was over growing it's humidity dome. In the final pot it can be covered by clear plastic to maintain humidity. December 19, day 5, new growth is healthy which I am happy about. I will cross my fingers that my quick adjustments fixed the transpiration issues. I am hoping to get it huge and have it trained across the whole 2x4 tent, and it needs to avoid getting stunted for that to happen. 💪🌱 December 20, day 6, I had a bit of a scare when I accidentally knocked my humidity meter and it fell right onto the seedling! The poor thing was knocked right over. It seems to be fine, just leaning a little bit over which will hopefully correct itself in the next few days. December 21, day 7, healthy growing 🌱👍

Pink kush has been flowering the quickest, she’s growing well and her new leaves don’t show any sign on the claw so good thing I backed off of that two weeks ago. Her preflowers are turning purple and sometimes it almost looks as if she’s bleeding pink blood. I’m giving her big bud already as she started flowering a solid week before the others. Only giving a little lst and defoliation lately. Canna cheese just keeps stretching, I can’t complain because I let her go. I just hope she won’t overgrow her space. She has a nice thick stem and drinks plenty. Only a little lst and defoliation lately. Alien berries so far is the smallest of the bunch, although she’s the slowest to flower, I gave her one more dose of grow nutes before committing to bloom nutes for her. She keeps stretching and gets awfully bushy. Some light Defoliation and little lst. Strawberry Skywalker has a nice fat stem for its size, she’s short but wide and is throwing out some insane preflowers. She gets very bushy so I defoliate and lst her. In the next few feeds I’ll add big bud to the rest of them.

Nice colours

The grow was fairly straightforward and no complications. Veg was fast amd stalks were the thickest to date, I was impressed. Flower was a beautiful show, colors were dark and pretty, got to love that. Buds frosted up immensely amd after the trim still looked frosty. Smell was also a beautiful fragrance, the nose does not work so good amd to be honest mybe its me too. Cant really say amd don't want to make shit up. I will leave this up to a friend and will update later with the smoke report. I have to say this was a great and very satisfying grow. I'm not really sure if I am getting better or ot is the strain. I did change a bunch of things up. I topped at the fourth node this time, probably should have did some more topping too. Will work on that on later grows. During flower I did not let the pots get too dry, maybe 40 or 50%. I also started using a smaller area and now in a tent. Temperatures were also a bit higher, I think the Silicate helped the plan throught this. Flower I had low humidity, consistantly around 38%. Started using a PH pen part way through, just after flower started. This also seemed to help and being it was accurate. I PH'd runoff, never had to make much adjustments thought. I am not happy with this strain, but I blame myself, I dried it to quick, allowed a lot of airflow in the dry closet when I should of kept the airflow as minimal as possible, slower you dry the bud, the better the result when it it comes to bud size, aesthetics, aroma, smoothness and when smoking it, the taste on your pallet will be fantastic. However I am hopeful when I bake this strain, I will be amazed 😇

Day 89. Looks like they are not ready yet. Not that much amber. Only the Purple Haze has a bit more.

Il titolo lo potrei definire ( meravigliose creature) . Cmq siamo alla quarta settimana è tutto va alla grande, devo dire che per me che vengo dall’idroponica, lavorare con la terra è davvero semplice. Domanda per gli esperti; come vi sembra questa coltura? Devo sistemare qualcosa?

Growing like a weed. Did some LST, defoliated some yellowing leaves. Looks like nitrogen deficiency. Side dressed with Back to Earth 4-4-4, half the recommended amount and Superthrive. Hasn’t been give any nutrients since transplant. 4 days earlier treated with cal-mag and recharge. Sprayed with some organic neem oil mix a few days prior to that to keep pests away. I’m doing my best to keep everything au naturale.

Her leaves are being leached of all their nutes. We are approaching the end of this plants journey within the next week or two. Molasses and plain bottled water seem to be doing her great.

8/31: I fed today..8 gallons split between the 15 plants. Now that the 3 autos are out of the closet, they've all got a little more elbow room. 9/1: Lotsa frost and aromas now.. 9/4: Fed today, rotated edge plants, plucked off some yellow and dead leaves, and sniffed them up really well..😋 I started germinating the next batch of beans today, so these bitches need to get busy... 9/6: One of the FFT4's is starting to ripen up and show some senescence, and one of them is showing some potassium deficiency... I'm switching over to Cha Ching and will be reducing the dosage of ONE at the next feed. I lowered the lights to be at about 12" on the taller ones and 14" on the shorter ones shooting for maximum PAR for a few days...they'll either blow up really big or burn up really bad 😬
